지식사회는 기존 보유 기술의 진화 방식이 아닌 전혀 새로운 기술 혁신에 의해 그 기반이 구성되고 있으며, 디지털 기술 기반 위에서 구성된 멀티미디어 네트워크에 의해 예전에 비해 수십 수백 배의 속도로 이루어지는 빠른 변화를 특성으로 한다. 따라서 이러한 환경에서 기대되는 디지털도서관 시스템 개발이 겨냥하는 미래 정보 이용자는 웹 이전세대의 이용자 수요나 정보 그 자체에 대한 가치 기준을 넘어서고 있다. 현재와 같은 멀티미디어 혁명과 네트워크 시장의 급격한 변화 추세에서 구현시키고자하는 디지털도서관을 정확하게 이해하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 멀티미디어 정보 전송의 기반이 되는 네트워크 응용 현황과 기술적 동향을 일차적으로 검토하고, 미래 네트워크 인프라 구조의 변화를 조명하며, 멀티미디어 네트워크의 경제성과 정책과의 관계를 비판적으로 살펴보고자 한다.

Gathering information and systemization of infrastructure disaster management is to reduce uncertainties in making decisions and maximize the number of alternations. The key objects of a sensor-based progress report and propagation automation systems are to provide objective data, realize and support decision making and deliver them to a certain area, department, manager and other people rapidly. The major findings and results of this study are as follows. 1) Application of international standard-based alerting protocol(CAP; Common Alerting Protocol). 2) Development of database of existing progress report and propagation manual in order to achieve networking of safety management on major social infrastructure of the nation. 3) Development middleware application programs to progress report and propagation data using SMS, FAX, EMS, VMS, MMS.

The relevance of the topic is determined by the existence of inconsistencies between economic and environmental aspects of innovative development of urban logistics infrastructure, as well as the conflict of public, state and private commercial interests in this issue. The purpose of the article is to determine the principles and effective tools for innovative development of urban logistics infrastructure, taking into account pandemic constraints. The influence of the environmental aspect on the dynamics of transport flows was analyzed in detail and characterized, the scheme of determining the optimal solution for the development of the city was proposed considering the compromise between economic and ecological interests of society, state and business entities. A scheme of innovative development of urban logistics infrastructure under pandemic constraints was also developed. Materials of the article are relevant for developers of city plans, managers of urban logistics infrastructure, employees of enterprises participating in transport and logistics markets, scientists, and doctoral students.

2017년 통합보안(IS, Integrated Security), 융합 보안(CS, Convergence Security) 등과 같은 새로운 보안시장의 변화 속에서 운영과 관리 차원의 다양한 보안 패러다임이 제시되고 있다. 이러한 솔루션과 기술은 현존하는 네트워크 인프라의 변경과 유동적인 다차원적인 변화를 이끌어 내기보다는 보안성을 높이는 1차원적인 방어에 모든 보안 역량이 집중되어짐으로써 예상치 못한 침해와 장애를 지속적으로 내제하고 있는 네트워크 인프라를 유지해 오고 있다. 따라서 WB(Water-Bubble)이라는 새로운 아이디어를 네트워크 인프라에 접목하고 실험과 구현 기반의 분석을 진행함으로써 유사패턴 공격과 집중화 트래픽 공격을 방어할 수 있는 탄력적 네트워크 구간을 제안하고 개발할 수 있는 기회이기도 한다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안하는 WB 기반의 강한 보안성을 갖는 탄력적 네트워크 구간에 관한 연구기법은 공격의 최종 목적지로 예상되는 네트워크 영역을 울림형태의 탄력적 영역변화를 갖는 네트워크 구간(구역)으로 유동성과 비예측성, 상호 접점비율에 따른 비 영역 확장성 등의 3대 주요 제한 및 보안 기준을 바탕으로 네트워크 구간 보안성 확보를 위한 연구 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

악성코드 감염, 외부침입 등으로 인한 금융회사의 고객정보 유출, 기타 금융사고 발생에 대한 위험으로부터 금융거래를 보호하기 위해 금융위원회에서는 "금융전산 보안강화 종합대책"에서 업무망과 인터넷망 분리에 의한 안전한 금융거래와 고객정보 보호대책의 가이드라인을 제시하고 금융전산망 분리를 의무화시켰다. 이에 각 금융회사는 회사별 IT전산 환경에 맞는 물리적, 논리적 망분리 방법을 선택하여 망분리 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 본 논문은 전통적 범용장비의 구성과 최근 발전중인 가상화 기술 중 하나인 Hyper Converged를 통한 통합형 HCI(Hyper Converged Infrastructure) 방식에 대한 비교 및 사례 연구로 논리적 망분리 구축을 위한 효율적인 인프라 구성 방안을 제시한다.

To promote academic researches on earth environment utilizing satellite data, research infrastructure such as satellite data reception processing, distribution and archival systems should be fully provided. The means to enhance the infrastructure were discussed by a working group and“Satellite Data Center via Network”has been proposed. This concept has three principles; (1) To realize necessary functions by organizing experts distributed all over Japan and connecting them by network, (2) To realize“Satellite Data Center via Network”for GMS and NOAA Satellites, which are widely used for research, and (3) Satellite data set oriented to specific research area should be generated by researchers having definite research purposes of sensor algorithms and hugh volume data processing. Utilization of the Science Information Network (SINET) has been discussed to realize this concept, and to accelerate this project an experiment“Network Utilization for Wide Area Use of Satellite Image Data”under“Cooperative Experiment on Multimedia Communication”has been introduced. And the roles of the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo to contribute this project has been described.

This paper proposes a model for assessing enterprise network maturity. We define maturity in terms of the institutional and member support for the network(organizational maturity) and its technical sophistication(technological maturity), and examine their relationships. We build several hypotheses about the relationships between the maturity types and between the maturity of the network and various organizational factors including industry, size, and performance of the enterprise. We test the hypotheses using data collected from a questionnaire survey with Korean firms. The results show that there is a positive correlation between organizational and technological maturity. It is also found that investment in the network infrastructure has a positive influence on the organizational efficiency. However, it is found that industry type does not affect network utilization, but size does, suggesting that large firms utilize network infrastructure more than small ones do. We also identify various relationships among performance, satisfaction level and the maturity of the enterprise networks. Finally, we provide an overview on the current technological state of the Korean enterprise networks.

FANET (Flying ad-hoc network) is a self-adjusting wireless network that enables easy to deploy flying nodes, inexpensive, flexible such as UAV in the absence of fixed network infrastructure they communicate amoung themselves. Past few decades FANET is only the emerging networks with it's huge range of next-generation applications.FANET is a sub-set of MANET's(Mobile Ad-hoc Network) and UAV networks are known as FANET.Routing enables the flying nodes to establish routes to radio access infrastructure specifically FANET and among themselves coordinate and collaborate.This paper presents a review on existing proposed communication architecture and routing protocols for FANETS.In addition open issues and challenges are summarized in tabular form with proposed solution.Our goal is to provide a general idea to the researchers about different topics to be addressed in future.

The Korea Information Infrastructure aims at the construction of an advanced national information infrastructure, consisting of communication networks, computers, databases and multimedia terminals. In the emerging information society, a well-established national information network plays a crucial role in enhancing economic efficiency and creating national wealth. Till 2015, government plans to construct an Information Superhighway Network and to provide a telecommunication service for speedy transmission of multi-media typed information and development of various applied programs, which help government's commitment to establish nationwide infrastructure to perform a leading role as a high level information society in the 21st century. In the field of health education, the research monograph contains three main parts: health education and information, acceptability of health education; development of health education management information system. In the most remote areas, it can bring high-quality health care where none is now available. In global health care, it can enhance and standardize the quality of medical care throughout the world. Before enlarging the establishment of the health education network system, the issues from this study should be considered to improve the health status through the introduction of information technology and applications in health care.
