소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service) 환경의 급속한 발전과 더불어 사용자의 니즈가 다양해지면서 새로운 형태의 이미지 기반 SNS가 등장하고 있다. 이미지 기반 SNS는 기존의 페이스북과 같은 관계기반 SNS에서는 충족될 수 없었던 사용자의 세분된 콘텐츠 니즈를 충족시킬 수 있는 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공함으로써 서비스의 다양화를 선도하고 있다. 이미지 기반 SNS는 작은 모바일 화면에서 보기 불편했던 기존의 텍스트 기반 SNS와는 달리 간단한 텍스트와 이미지를 위주로 소통하는 방식을 제공함으로써 문자보다 이미지에 익숙한 20대의 젊은 사용자들을 중심으로 주 사용자층을 형성하고 있다. 이에 따라 SNS의 UI 기능과 역할도 다양해졌으므로 그만큼 사용성이 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이미지 기반 SNS의 주 이용자인 20대의 사용자를 대상으로 하여 사용성을 조사하고자 한다. 이를 위해, UI의 문제점을 파악할 수 있는 휴리스틱 평가 방법을 바탕으로 하였고 사용성을 이루는 주요 요인들을 도출하여 사용성 평가 방법을 재구성하였다. 그리고 만족도 측정을 추가하여 이미지 기반 SNS를 이용하는 20대의 사용자들에게 설문조사를 시행하고 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 이미지 기반 SNS의 사용성에 영향을 끼치는 사용성의 요소를 분석하였고, 이는 소셜 미디어의 서비스 개발 과정에서 사용성 향상을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 네트워크 사용자의 가치 변화와 이용 패턴을 살펴보면, 단순 웹 정보, 단방향 정보습득의 일방적인 데이터 전달에서, 멀티미디어 활용의 증가, 보안 및 개인화의 요구 증대, 자유로운 이동성에 대한 욕구 증가 등의 변화가 생기고 있다. 이러한 욕구의 변화로 인해 개별적으로 제공되는 각각의 서비스는 점차 융합화된 형태의 통합 서비스로 발전하고, 네트워크 또한 각각의 서비스를 위한 개별 망에서 이용자의 다양한 통합 욕구를 실현시켜 주는 지능형 통합망의 형태로 발전할 것으로 전망되며, 관련한 기술의 핵심이 되는 통신망 제어기술 또한 급속히 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자원의 효율적 사용은 물론 다중 도메인 (multi-domain)환경에서 다계층 (multi-layer)간의 정보 전달을 최소화하고, 최적의 경로선택을 할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 경로선택에서 각각의 계층에 대한 정보를 이용하여 경로를 선택한 것에 비하여 다계층 구조상에서 다 계층의 정보를 활용하여 경로선택에 대한 다각화를 통한 최적의 경로선택이 수행되도록 제안하였다.

세계경제는 정보${\cdot}$통신 기술의 발달, 기업의 재조직화, 그리고 해외투자의 신장 등에 의해 매우 급속하게 변화하고 있다. 오늘날 세계화된 경제체제속에서 가속되는 상호의존과 금융자유화는 다국적 기업을 빠르게 팽창하게 하고 세계 경제의 형성에 가장 중요한 결정인자로 작용하게 하고 있다. 기업의 중심업무기능, 즉 명령, 통제, 조정, 전략적 의사결정등은 계속 그 범위와 양이 증가하고 있으며 대규모 4차 산업공간에 집중되고 있다. 반면에 기업체계의 조직적 유연성은 분권화된 내외적 기업 네트웍 형성을 통해 점차로 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 네트웍국제화이론에 바탕을 두고 4차산업활동의 대표적인 사례인 다국적기업의 본사-해외지사의 입지와 연계의 변화를 각 경제부문별로 고찰해 보았다. 연구 기간동안 4차산업활동의 공간은 점차로 분산되고 있으며 그 연계도 수직적이고 하향적인 계층적 형태에서 어느정도 수평적인 네트웍형태로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 분산과 다양화는 중${\cdot}$소규모의 도시(4차산업활동의 공간)와 서비스산업을 중심으로 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 앞으로 세계체제도 다원화되고 대도시의 영향력이 포화점에 이르면 다국적기업의 입지와 네트웍도 더욱 분산되리가 예상된다.

QoS기술과 전송기술의 고도화로 실시간 통신과 다양한 응용서비스가 가능하며 서비스 고품질을 만족시키기 위해서는 단순히 대역폭 확장과 라우터 증가와 라우팅 테이블의 증가를 고려하여 망의 확장성 문제가 포함되어진다. 트래픽 폭주에 따른 데이터를 분산할 수 있는 환경이 중심이 되어야 된다. 그러기 위해서는 현재 수신지 기반 라우팅 방식을 송신지 기반 (Source routing )의 라우팅 설정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기존망의 고유 특징인 Best Effect 환경에서 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터 전송의 QoS 보장과 하드웨어적 고속 스위칭을 위해 MPLS Label을 이용하여 packet을 forwarding 한다. 또한 최적화된 MPLS망에서 QoS 보장을 위해 IP Packet의 MPLS Label PUSH 과정에서 IP Header의 QoS Field(IP Pre/DSCP)의 첫 3bit를 MPLS Label의 EXP Field를 고정시킨 MPLS Header Format으로 QoS 부분인 EXP Bit를 Expedited Forwarding으로 고정하는 방법을 제안한다.

대학도서관 자료의 전문화, 세분화된 학술정보자료의 공동수집 및 공동이용은 대학 내 연구의 활성화와 대학간 다양화, 특성화, 지역화를 추진하게 할 것이다. 이것은 국가 및 대학 차원에서 대학도서관의 특성화, 차별화 정책을 기반으로 할 때 가능할 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학도서관의 주제별 특성화를 기반으로 한 국가적 학술정보공동활용체계를 제안했으며, 구체적으로 두 가지 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째 한국교육학술정보원을 중심으로 형성된 협력망을 이용하는 방법과 둘째. 주제 또는 지역별로 형성된 각종 협의회를 중심으로 주제별 특성화를 유도하고 이를 활용하는 방법이다.

The travelling salesman problem (TSP) is an important combinatorial optimization problem that is used in several engineering science branches and has drawn interest to several researchers and scientists. In this problem, a salesman from an arbitrary node, called the warehouse, starts moving and returns to the warehouse after visiting n clients, given that each client is visited only once. The objective in this problem is to find the route with the least cost to the salesman. In this study, a meta-based ant colony system algorithm (ACSA) is suggested to find solution to the TSP that does not use local pheromone update. This algorithm uses the global pheromone update and new heuristic information. Further, pheromone evaporation coefficients are used in search space of the problem as diversification. This modification allows the algorithm to escape local optimization points as much as possible. In addition, 3-opt local search is used as an intensification mechanism for more quality. The effectiveness of the suggested algorithm is assessed on a several standard problem instances. The results show the power of the suggested algorithm which could find quality solutions with a small gap, between obtained solution and optimal solution, of 1%. Additionally, the results in contrast with other algorithms show the appropriate quality of competitiveness of our proposed ACSA.

The Korean government amended the Environmental Technology and Industry Support Act to foster the environment industry and support the advancement of domestic environmental companies into overseas markets. The amended act reflects changes in the government's policies on environment related issues. This paper uses outcomes of research conducted on environmental policies in foreign countries and the current status of the domestic environment industry to present long-term strategic plans and measures to support the expansion of environmental companies into the global markets and to vitalize the environment industry at home. The suggestions for assisting domestic companies in making inroads into overseas markets are as follows: building up and expanding cooperative network; fostering promising companies and exports by making the right choices and focuses; diversification of export markets and strengthening supports for development of new customers; promoting supports for winning overseas projects; and developing cooperative projects to respond to climate change in developing countries using the Global Climate Fund (GCF).

The excitement over radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has gained momentum in the last five years, with a diversification in the range of applications. Besides academic research into radio frequency identification (RFID) has proliferated over the last few years, however there is much to be desired on Packaging industry. In this paper, we present a literature reviews of researches of RFID system on Packaging, especially focused on RFID system standardization into packaging. There is not any packaging standard or guidance about tag locations, classification with the materials and so on. Therefore it hampers reduction of the distribution costs on political and corporate sides, and lack consistency of applying RFID system. The main focus of this review paper is to establish a constituency about legislating RFID system standard on packaging. It is hoped that the review will be a good resource for future research in order to applly RFID system to Packaging industry effectively.

This study focus on the revitalization of green tourism by the agricultural landscape conservation policy. Today, agricultural landuse for food production is restricted by agricultural products import. In this context, agricultural land use policy should be paradigm shift to the consumers needs which accelerates the green tourism in the rural areas. This research screen the agricultural landscape conservation policy of Japan' system and construct the new policy implementation for agricultural landscape conservation in Korea. For this purpose, agricultural landscape guideline and support system should be established in line with the revitalization of green tourism and agricultural income diversification in the rural areas.

The objectives of this study are investigate the satisfaction index and determined the characteristics of visitors. Also present the issues and direction for development of rural-experience village. This study area is seven villages of rural experience in Cheongwongun, Chungcheongbukdo. This place consists rural cooperative tourism model project that is pursued to Cooperative Tourism Model Project by the government. The projects are forming a network of towns and themes to be exhumed. The purpose of this project inner improves the ability of residents and external to contents diversification. This polling in the February-March 2008 was conducted between visitor 330 people. The question is personal information, satisfaction and rural tourism experience of detail as part of a total of 22.
