  • The systems with probe and SIL(Solid Immersion Lens) mechanisms have been researched as the technology to perform NFR(Near Field Recording). Most of them use the flying head mechanism to accomplish high recording density and fast data transfer rate. In this paper, ABS shape of flying head was optimized with the object of securing the maximum compliance ability of OFH. We suggest low different optimization processes to predict the static flying characteristics for the OFH. Two different approximation methods, regression analysis and back propagation neural network were used. And we compared the result of directly connected(between CAE and optimizer) method and two approximated optimization results. Design Optimization Tool(DOT) and ${\mu}GA$ were used as the optimizers.

  • When the information of announcement facility is modified or added, they are recorded on a tape and then are updated manually using the cassette tape recorder at each office. But the degrade of the tone quality owing to repeated use of the tape and some recording mistakes by processing manually deteriorate the quality of service. And new services such as IN(Intelligent Network) and added functions make the announcement changed very often. Therefore the improved skill of the announcement handling is needed. This paper introduces the implementation of the TDX-10A on-line recording function of transferring voice in PCM data file and storing it in the memory of the recorded announcement facility, when message is recorded onthe fixed type of announcement facility.

  • Smartphones are fast growing in the IT market and are the most influential devices in our daily life. Smartphones are being studied for their use in body sensor networks with excellent processing power and wireless communication technology. In this paper, we propose a coordinator design that provides data collection, classification, and display using based on Android-smartphone in multiple sensor nodes. The coordinator collects data of sensor nodes that measure biological patterns using wireless communication technologies such as Bluetooth and NFC. The coordinator constructs a network using a multiple-level scheduling algorithm for efficient data collection at multiple sensor nodes. Also, to support different protocols between heterogeneous sensors, a data sheet recording wireless communication protocol information is used. The designed coordinator used Arduino to test the performance of multiple sensor node environments.

The recording packet drop whose UDP degree error ratio will be high is frequent and does not arrive packet little by little increases is a possibility of knowing in the transmission unit. The technique which it proposes with traffic pattern of the transmission unit is visible the transfer characteristic of the same shape from 1% packet error ratio degree. The effective transmission technique of the robot control data which puts a base in UDP protocols was proposed from the present paper. • In this paper, the power system automation based on CAN communication protocol is introduced. Along with digitalization of electrical device, the various on-line services such as remote control, remote monitoring, remote parameter setting, fault data recording and remote diagnostic have been realized and become available. Therefore, it is necessary for those electrical devices to have real-time and reliable communication protocols. Author proposes DNPC(Distributed Network Protocol with CAN) which is proper to the power system SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) and DCS (Distributed Control System). The physical and datalink layer of DNPC protocol consists of the CAN2.0B which has the real-time characteristics and powerful error control scheme. As the transport and application layer, DNP3.0 is adopted because of its flexibility and compatible feature. Using the DNPC protocol, the power system automation is realized.

  • With the development of artificial intelligence and unmanned technologies, the remote surveillance/autonomous driving systems have been actively researched. For an effective performance analysis of the developed remote control system, it is important to record the data of it in real time. In addition, in order to analyze the performance between the control system and the remote system, the recorded data from them should be synchronized with time. In this paper we proposed a novel time synchronization method for the remote control system. The proposed remote control system satisfies the time difference of the recorded data within 1 ms, and we can reduce the time difference by using a CPU shielding and affinity setting. The performance of the proposed method was proved through various network data storage experiments. And the experiments confirmed that the proposed method can be applied to recording devices of unmanned ground vehicles and control vehicles. The proposed method will be used as a method for analyzing network data of UGV-R (Unmanned Ground Vehicle - Reconnaissance).

  • We have installed the borehole seismic recording system at Hyodongri in eastern part of Kyungsan Basin, which has the advantages of reduction in noise by human activities and distorting effects of near-surface rocks. Here we describe briefly the borehole seismic station and recording system. And we analyse the characteistics of back ground the station obtained from borehole sensors. The back ground noise level in time domain is about 50~100$\mu$cm/sec. The average curve of noise spectrum is lower than NHNM(New High Noise Model)of GSN(Global Seismic Network)operated by USGS. The results could be useful prior information for study on earthquake records observed at Hydongri station.

  • This paper describes the implementations of the application service based on embedded Linux; Personal Audio Recorder (PAR) which uses WiBro network for data communications and CDMA network for voice communications. At PAR, when PAR client starts voice recording on a dual-mode terminal, the CDMA voice data of caller and callee is transmitted to storage server located in the Internet through WiBro network. Then, PAR server stores voice data on storage server according to the call number and call time. In case of shortage of storage space on terminal, PAR makes user to store voice data. And, PAR can search a catalog of stored data on server and play the specific content.

  • In this paper, we propose a ubiquitous Farming Diary System which can support the easy and reliable recording of a farming diary for the certificate on environment-friendly agricultural products by using the USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) technologies. By using growth-related data, the system can also control farming facilities remotely and automatically. To achieve this goal, the UFDS(Ubiquitous Farming Diary System) is consisted with 3 layers. The first 'physical layer' can collect data from sensors, cameras and facilities then controls the growth environment based on the analyzed information. The second 'Middle layer' can process and store the data from 'physical layer' to sensor manager, image manager, control manager and diary manager separately. The third 'application layer' can provide growth-related services to users through various applications. The UFDS can recording grow history information automatically and Easily. Besides, the system can make an accurate and reliable farming diary with multimedia information such as motion and sound. Furthermore, environmental information such as temperature, humidity, luminance and soil conditions (soil temperature, soil humidity, soil EC) can be monitored in real-time and the facilities managed in remote sites.

  • In this study, in order to improve and optimize the performance of the turning mechanism for a fish robot in the fluid, we propose the tail joint trajectories using neural networks to mimic the CST(C-shape Sharp Turn) patterns of a real fish which is optimized in the natural environment. In order to mimic the CST patterns of a fish, we convert the sequential recording CST patterns into the coordinate data, and change the numerical coordinate data into a functions. We change the motion functions to the relative joint angles which is adapted to suit robot's shape and data. However, these relative joint trajectories obtained by the sequential recording of the carp have low-precision. It is difficult to apply to the control of a fish robot. Therefore, the relative joint trajectories are interpolated using neural networks with superior generalization ability and applied to the fish robot. we have found that the proposed method using neural networks is superior to ones using high-order polynomial equation through the computer simulations.
