농촌지역의 대중교통을 이용한 공공서비스시설 접근성 분석 (Accessibility to Public Service Facilities in Rural Area by Public Transportation System)

  • Public transportation is public service that is contributed to the convenience of the public. However, opportunity for public services in rural areas is weaker than the chance in urban areas. The purpose of this study is to evaluate accessibility of various public facilities using public transportation. To evaluate the accessibility, we calculate the various time from community center to the nearest bus stop, walking time, riding time in bus, and waiting time for transfer. The results of this study ares as follows; (1) Villages occupy 19.8% in rural areas that walking time from community center to the nearest bus stop takes over 10 minutes in integrated Chungju-si; (2) The average speed is 21.9 km/hr estimated to departure and arrival time of bus route; (3) The accessibility time from community center using the average bus speed takes 15.43 minutes to public facilities, 35.15 minutes to emergency center, 8.70 minutes to medical center, 9.70 minutes to elementary school, 16.26 minutes to middle school, and 22.61 minutes high school; (4) The transfer time of public transportation takes 13.46, 21.96, 10.48, 7.78, 11.11, 16.10 minutes to public facilities, emergency center, medical center, elementary school, middle school, and high school, respectively; (4) Traffic accessibility using bus vehicles in the East and South Chungju-si is lower than areas in the West and North Chungju-si. Some villages surrounding public offices (eup-myeon office) which have a high density of population, indicate a high traffic accessibility.

  • The purpose of this paper is to take a closer look at an area having shorted emergence facilities and to determine optional candidate sites instead of vulnerable area by using GIS spatial analysis. Newly determined new candidate is performed by concerning spatial efficiency and spatial equity for a public service. It was determined through using the analyzing of the physical accessibility measure, the Location-Allocation, sort of classic model in spatial statistics and general network analysis. The area of this research has been used in administrative boundary of Young-Dong in Gangneung including 13 emergency, medical hospitals, 46 fire-stations and sub-fire stations. In general terms, what all this show is that the way we are approached for geographical view from using GIS spatial analyzing technique of determined location and allocation problem by the social, economical, political factor and simple administrative discrimination at the meantime. At the same time, with problem occurred in the space it is possible to make an Effective proposal or means, policy, decision for new candidate location-allocation suggesting optimum model.

거창군 첨단사업단지 계획방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning for Geochang-gun High Technology Industrial Complex)

  • This study analyzes the feasibility of constructing Geochang high technology industrial complex and present s the site, plan and development strategies. As a result, first, the Wallpyung area, superior form others in site characteristics, accessibility, surrounding facilities, was decided to the plan site. Second, the plan tries to adapt in the environment and maximizes the spatial link and user conveniences. Third, a transportation plan includes a circulation street network that adapt in topography, and considered future traffic situation and accessibility, hierarchy of road etc. Fourth, it also plans to locate a environment-friendly central park in the middle of site and buffer areas along at the outer sites and both sides of the roads. Fifth, for the development, it is advised to construct a public institution which manages the whole project and it is necessary to build a cooperate system.

On the Feasibility of Interference Alignment in the Cellular Network

  • In this paper, we investigate the feasibility of interference alignment(IA) in signal space in the scenario of multiple cell and multiple user cellular networks, as the feasibility issue is closely related to the solvability of a multivariate polynomial system, we give the mathematical analysis to support the constraint condition obtained from the polynomial equations with the tools of algebraic geometry, and a new distribute IA algorithm is also provided to verify the accessibility of the constraint condition for symmetric system in this paper. Simulation results illustrate that the accessibility of the constraint condition is hold if and only if the degree of freedom(DoF) of each user can be divided by both the transmit and receive antenna numbers.

Using GIS to Determine the Best Areas for Displacement from Khartoum State to Other States in Sudan

  • This study tries clarify the process of making decisions with geographic information systems and how to choose the best place for Khartoum State displaced people to relocate to in order to be closer to cheaper places with access to commodities and services. For network analysis, use a unique model. The network analysis tool was dependent on the following information: availability of goods and services, cheap cost, and proximity to the state of Khartoum.in choosing the best state. The study came to the conclusion that, in terms of accessibility, affordability, and availability of products and services, Gezira State is the best state for people who have been displaced from Khartoum State.When developing a new model, we recommend that all GIS users apply the theories of spatial analysis.

사이버스페이스의 공간적 분석과 지도화 (Spatial Analysis of Cyberspace and Mapping Cyberspace)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사이버스페이스의 공간성을 분석하고 사이버스페이스의 공간적 차별화 현상을 지도화 하려는 것이다. 사이버스페이스의 공간성을 분석하게 위해 선정한 도메인수, 인터넷 기간망, 인터넷 이용자 수의 세 지표간에는 서로 높은 상관성을 띄고 있었다. 사이버스페이스는 공간적으로 매우 차별화 된 분포패턴을 보이고 있으며, 특히 서울의 수위성이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 인터넷은 특정 지역들을 선택적으로 연결시키는 동시에 나머지 지역들은 통과하여 접근성을 떨어뜨리면서, 지역간 정보격차를 유발시키고 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 디지털 사회가 진전되면서 대두되고 있는 '거리의 소멸 '또는 '지리학의 종말'이라는 주장과는 다르게 사이버스페이스에서도 지리공간은 여전히 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

진주시 버스 이용객 통행에 따른 도시계획시설 서비스 권역 분석 (Analysis of Urban Planning Facility Service Area according to Bus Passenger Traffic in Jinju)

  • This study aims to investigate the gap in accessibility to urban planning facilities between living spheres in local small and medium-sized cities. In this study, OD data between administrative dongs of public transportation users was constructed to analyze the living shpere, and community analysis was conducted based on cohesion between data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that a total of 10 clusters (mid-living areas) were formed, and the topographical difference between the 11 middle living areas established in the existing Jinju City Basic Plan and the single living areas were actively exchanged to form a community with other administrative dongs. Next, the analysis of the service area of urban planning facilities for mid-living areas was conducted based on the road network. As a result of analyzing the area accessible within 5, 10, and 15 minutes, educational facilities, public facilities, cultural facilities, tourism, and green facilities could be reached within 15 minutes in most mid-living areas. On the other hand, there were many areas where access to transportation facilities, medical facilities, and cultural facilities was difficult within 15 minutes. In particular, the accessibility of the outer living area and the central living area were different. To improve the quality of life of citizens, using urban planning facilities in Jinju-si and establishing related plans in urban basic plans, it is necessary to conduct a study on service areas through network analysis.

미시공간에서 도시·건축형태요소가 보행량에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Urban and Architectural Form Factors on Pedestrian Volume)

  • 본 연구는 도시의 미시적 요소들과 보행량과의 상관관계를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 보행을 촉진시키는 미시적 요소로 밀도, 다양성, 네트워크 구조, 접근성, 필지 및 건축물 형태, 건축물 전면부 형태 등의 요소를 중심으로 접근했다. 특히, 밀도, 다양성, 접근성 등은 Cervero and Kockelman(1997)의 3Ds(Density, Diversity, Design)와 Ewing et al(2008)이 추가한 2Ds(Distance to Transit, Destination Accessibility)와 관련이 깊은 개념으로 이들은 보행을 촉진시키는 것으로 잘 알려져있다. 이러한 분석을 위해서 2010 서울시 유동인구조사 자료 중 서울시 내 강북지역의 종로구와 중구를 중심으로 분석을 수행하였다. 종로구와 중구 내 보행량을 측정한 지점 1,028개소를 중심으로 반경 500m의 미시적 요소들을 조사하여 데이터를 구축하였다. 분석결과, 기존의 보행량 촉진에 효과적인 요소들인 밀도, 다양성, 접근성 등은 종로구와 중구의 상황에도 유효했다. 또한 건축물의 1층부 형태와 건축물 전면 공간의 형태 역시도 보행량에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것을 도출할 수 있었다. 연구결과는 추후 보행량 촉진을 통한 지속가능한 도시, 회복력 있는 도시 조성의 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Framing North Korea on Twitter: Is Network Strength Related to Sentiment?

  • Research on the news coverage of North Korea has been paying less attention to social media platforms than to legacy media. An increasing number of social media users post, retweet, share, interpret, and set agendas on North Korea. The accessibility of international users and North Korea's publicity purposes make social media a venue for expression, news diversity, and framing about the nation. This study examined the sentiment of Twitter posts on North Korea from a framing perspective and the relationship between network strengths and sentiment from a social network perspective. Data were collected using two tools: Jupyter Notebook with Python 3.6 for preliminary analysis and NodeXL for main analysis. A total of 11,957 tweets, 10,000 of which were collected using Python and 1,957 tweets using NodeXL, about North Korea between June 20-21, 2020 were collected. Results demonstrated that there was more negative sentiment than positive sentiment about North Korea in the sampled Twitter posts. Some users belonging to small network sizes reached out to others on Twitter to build networks and spread positive information about North Korea. Influential users tended to be impartial to sentiment about North Korea, while some Twitter users with a small network exhibited high percentages of positive words about North Korea. Overall, marginalized populations with network bonding were more likely to express positive sentiment about North Korea than were influencers at the center of networks.

공간구문론 및 지리적 가중회귀 기법을 이용한 지가분석 (Land Value Analysis Using Space Syntax and GWR)

  • 대부분의 지가분석 연구들은 접근성 변수로서 단순 직선거리를 사용하고, 분석방법으로는 OLS를 사용하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 그러나 단순한 거리개념의 접근성을 밀집된 도시지역에 적용시키는 것은 도로 네트워크의 특성을 반영하지 못하는 한계가 있으며, 또한 일반데이터를 위한 분석방법인 OLS는 공간데이터가 가진 공간효과를 고려하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 개선된 접근성 변수의 개발과 공간효과를 반영한 분석기법에 초점을 두어 지가를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 접근성 변수인 도로는 단순한 거리가 아닌 도로네트워크 형태를 고려한 기법인 space syntax를 도입하였다. 둘째, 공간효과를 고려한 GWR을 OLS와 비교하여 분석하였다. 셋째, MAUP 이론을 고려하여 크기가 다른 grid-cell을 이용한 공간단위를 설정하였으며, 이를 강남구에 적용하였다. 더 나아가 각 cell별로 OLS를 통해 독립변수들의 전반적인 영향력을 해석하고, 각 계수들을 국지적인 분석과 도식화가 가능한 GWR을 통해 표현하였다. 분석결과, 접근성 변수는 지가분석에 유의한 결과를 보였으며 GWR이 OLS보다 개선되었고, 공간단위설정에 따라 결과 값이 달라지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
