중소도시 택지개발지구내 복합건축물의 건축적 특성에 관한 연구 - 김천시 신음택지지구를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Architectural Characteristics of the Mixed-use Buildings in the Residential Land Development District in country-side cities - Focused on Shin-Eum Housing district in Gimcheon -)

  • The intent of this study is to propose future planning guidelines and directions of the mixed-use buildings in the residential land development district in country-side cities, based on the concept that the neighborhood facilities are to be strategically laid out in a convenient location and planned in a proper manner for a healthy, safe, friendly and new neighborhood environment. For this purpose, seventeen mixed-use buildings which had been built in Shin-Eum housing development district in Gimcheon from 1995 until 2004 were chosen and investigated in terms of architectural characteristics in that process with surveying and analyzing those. The scope of investigation on case studies was that site size would be below 400 square meters, total area below 1500 square meters, and the number of stories below five stories high on the ground. Method of investigation on those was through field investigation, field photographs, recordings and drawings on those. Investigative contents have been divided and analyzed into the quantitative and qualitative factors in urban and architectural dimension. From results of quantitative investigations, five planning guidelines or directions could be obtained. From results of qualitative investigations, five planning guidelines or directions could be obtained. The criteria will be applied to new architectural developments of the neighborhood facilities linked with the small shops.

거주자가 지각한 정신건강 관련 주거의 질 분석에 기초한 주거 개선요소 (Housing Improvement Elements Depended on the Analysis of Urban Residents' Perceived Korean Housing Quality Related to Mental Health)

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze the improvement elements depended on housing quality measurement tool related to mental health. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from November 1, 2012 to January 17, 2013, and the sample consisted of 720 respondents living in single detached houses, multi-families detached houses, apartments, and town houses in 4 cities, Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, and Kwangju. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of improvement elements are as follows: 1) Pedestrian-threaten street from cars in physical safety 2) A secluded or dark spot and fear of walking at night in social security, 3) Indoor noise, outdoor noise, and evidence of abandoned trash heap/bottle in neighborhood in health & sanitation, 4) Illegal parking and heating control system in facility convenience, 5) Extra kitchen, number of bathrooms, and community spaces in space convenience, 6) Openness and spaciousness of indoor room, and satisfaction of house and neighborhood in comfort, 7) Management common/sharing space in maintenance, 8) Energy saving facility and environment friendly materials use in sustainability, 9) Burden on housing cost, asset value on house, and school district in economic value, 10) Reflection of residents style, surrounding building's number of layers, and neighborhood appearance of preference in housing environment image.

유선형 차체가 적용된 1인용 저속 전기 자동차의 설계 및 제작 (Design and Fabrication of Single-person Neighborhood Electric Vehicle with Streamlined Car Body)

  • In recent years, with the growing interest in electric vehicles, the development of a Neighborhood Electronic Vehicle (NEV) made for urban driving is accelerating. Existing NEVs are set to ~0.3 - 0.35 with more emphasis on performance rather than minimizing air resistance. In this paper, a NEV with a streamlined car body is proposed. The shape of dolphins and sharks was applied to the car body to minimize the air resistance generated when driving. Also, the performance of the vehicle was estimated by calculating the traction force and the roll couple, etc. To check the drag coefficient of the car body, finite element analysis software (COMSOL Multiphysics) was used. The frame of the vehicle is divided into the forward and the rear parts. Carbon pipe is used for the frame by MIG welding. The car body of the vehicle was fabricated by forming carbon fiber. This study confirmed the general possibility of using NEVs through driving experiments.

개인의 자원봉사 결정에 대한 소득이질성의 영향분석 (The Effect of Income Heterogeneity on Volunteering)

  • 본 연구에서는 소득이질성과 개인의 공공재 공급행위(여기서는 자원봉사활동) 간의 상관관계를 우리나라의 통계청 자료를 사용해 분석하였다. 관련문헌에 대한 차별화된 공헌으로, 첫째, 소득이질성의 영향을 개인의 소득계층별 위치에 따른 영향과 분리하여 이론화하여 실중분석하였고, 둘째, 관련실증문헌의 주요 쟁점 중 하나인 소득이질성을 정의하는 오목함수 지역단위의 설정 문제에 대한 대응방안을 제시하였고, 셋째, 봉살활동에 소극적인 경역단위 설명변수의 내생성 문제를 극복한 결과를 제시하였고, 넷째, 자원봉사활동 단순 참여 여부만을 고려하는 선행연구와 달리 자원봉사시간을 가중치로 사용해 기존 연구의 실증분석 결과의 강건도를 점검하였다. 실증분석 결과를 종합할 때 소득이질성이 커지면 다수의 선행연구와 유사하게 자원봉사행위의 저하 가능성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

조경식재공간에서 다층식재의 실태분석 -수도권 아파트와 근린공원을 중심으로- (An Analysis of Status Quo on the Multi-layer Planting at the landscape Planting Area in Apartment and Neighborhood Parks in Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • This study based on the theoretical understanding of multi-layer planting which have engineering, ecological and landscape benefits, was conducted to find out the status of multi-layer planting in the apartment and neighborhood park in Seoul. This study was also aimed to seek for the problematic matters, and suggest a solution on the current multi-layer planting. The results of this study were as follows; 1) Since landscape woody plants have been classified just as tree and shrub in Korea, the classification for the multi-layer planting has been unreasonable, and landscape woody plants might have been classified as tree, sub-tree and shrub, or upper, middle, and lower-layer, It could be defined that upper layer is over eight meters in full growth, middle over 3-8 meters and lower under 3 meters. 2) In apartments, the upper layer consisted of eighteen species, the middle and lower layer seven species each. In neighborhood parks, the upper layer consisted of fifteen species, and the middle and lower layer five species each. 3) In terms of planting year of the surveyed areas, there were no differences in the number of species when planting year of the apartment was divided into two groups, the first half(1900-1995) and the second(1996-2000). But, in terms of individual occupation, the percentage was decreased in upper layer, while there was increasing in middle and lower layer. 4) As the result of survey of multi-layered area, it appeared that apartment was shown 0.65 percent and neighborhood park 0.61 percent of the planted area, which was less than 1 percentage of landscape architecturally planted area. 5) In apartment, the number of individual in middle layers has been increased in the first half and the second, but with respect to the correlation with multi-layered area, the apartments had the "$\rho$=0.208", saying that increasing middle layer was scattered planting instead of multi-layered planting. 6) In planting at the apartments in Korea, the planting density was limited, because the layer division was restricted to only tree and shrub. On the contrary, it was divided into upper, middle and lower tree in Japan. Therefore, in Korea, it should be classified as the planting density by dividing into tree, sub-tree, and shrubs, or upper, middle and lower tree by the law. And, it should be considered that the multi-layered planting has a proper organic relation as well as the planting density.g density.

초안산근린공원 숲길 훼손 실태 및 복원방안 연구 (Status of Damage and Restoration Planning of Forest Trail in Choansan(Mt.) Neighborhood Park, Seoul, South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 최근 이용압력이 높은 서울시 초안산근린공원을 대상으로 숲길의 분포와 훼손 실태를 파악하여 향후 도심 내 숲길 정비 방향을 설정하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 초안산근린공원 숲길(25,964m)의 훼손 현황 중 노폭 2m 이상 20.3%, 침식 깊이 30cm 이상 36.3%, 훼손이 심한 형태인 나지침식이나 근계노출, 암석노출 구간 47.0%이었고, 환경피해도 등급 IV 이상이 70.6%로 숲길 훼손이 심각한 상태이었다. 훼손이 심한 숲길 노선은 대부분 주능선을 따라 형성된 주요 숲길과 저지대 급경사 숲길, 주요 숲길과 연결된 샛길이었다. 연구결과에 기초하여 초안산근린공원 숲길의 복원유형을 숲길 확산방지, 숲길 지반안정, 숲길 노면정비, 숲길 폐쇄 후 식생복원, 유지 등 5가지로 구분하였고, 유형별 복원방안을 제안하였다. 숲길 확산방지는 나지가 노출되어 있는 숲길 폭원 확대를 방지하고, 숲길 지반안정은 숲길 내 침식 및 뿌리노출을 방지하며, 숲길 노면정비는 훼손이 심각한 숲길의 노면을 목재데크, 목재계단, 노면 포장 실시 등을 통하여 보호하기 위한 계획을 수립하였다.

공공개발지구 내 주차장용지의 이용실태와 토지공급방법 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Use of Parking Lots and Improvement Methods of Land Supply in Public Development Zones)

  • Parking lot within housing site contains public interest of relieving parking space shortage problem and subject to public restriction. If auctioned off at higher price by excessive competition in general competitive bid for land bidders, the development of parking lot will be made against its original purpose supply. The core issue is that a bid price is quite often to be blown out of proportion by 150%~ 250% due to extreme competition and, could face serious problem if a winning bidder runs sale business. If it is rental business, although about 30% of the total floor space of the whole building to be used as neighborhood facilities, too high winning bid price cause to lose transparency. In case of sale at aggregate buildings, most business operators would sell 30% of the neighborhood facilities, spare the parking lot and manages thereof separately. According to Aggregate Buildings Act, neighborhood facilities are allowed for individual registration and ownership of parking lot by business operator or designated person by business operator. In this case, the parking lot becomes 70% of the total floor space of the whole building and 70% of the land share which makes the mortgage very valuable and easier for business operator to get financial loan. There used to be many cases such as owners of neighborhood facilities (aggregate buildings partial owners) who run parking lot to repay their loan running parking lot to repay loan, but found that very tough and reached auction and relatively disadvantaged. For parking lot within housing site, it is recommend to exclude the public factors that land has and take into account of public restriction in area (housing site). Business opportunity for operators and protection of property rights for buyers in aggregate buildings, land supply method is recommended to replace from highest bid method into draw or private contract. In terms of price, supply at estimated price (construction price) and restriction on usage (Co-ownership of parking lot) proposals are submitted.

인근지역 범위 설정이 공간회귀모형 적합에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Neighborhood Segmentation on the Adequacy of a Spatial Regression Model)

  • 공간회귀모형은 공간가중행렬을 통해 공간관계를 명시적으로 정량화한다는 점에서 타 모형과 뚜렷하게 구별되는 강점이 있는 동시에, 공간가중행렬 구성에 자의성이 개입된다는 약점을 가지고 있기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 공간가중행렬의 구성에 따라 모형 적합도가 어떻게 변화하는지 인천시를 사례로 실증적으로 검토하였다. 또한 인근지역 범위 설정에 따라 공간시차모형(spatial lag model) 또는 공간오차모형(spatial error model) 중 어떠한 모형이 보다 우수하게 나타는지 검토하였다. 분석 결과, 토지가격 추정에 있어 인근지역 범위를 좁게 파악하는 공간가중행렬을 구성할수록 모형 적합도가 전반적으로 개선되는 것이 확인되었다. 또한, 공간적 이질성이 심한 지역은 공간오차모형의 적합도가 보다 우수한 것으로 파악되었다. 공간적 이질성이 심한 지역은 동질적 성격을 갖는 하부 인근지역으로 세분함으로써 그러한 이질성을 완화시킬 수 있었고, 그 결과 공간오차모형보다 공간시차모형의 적합도가 우수하게 나타날 수 있음을 밝혔다.

계산주의적 시각단어재인 모델에서의 시각이웃과 음운이웃 효과 (Visual and Phonological Neighborhood Effects in Computational Visual Word Recognition Model)

  • 본 논문은 인간의 언어정보처리 과정 중 시각단어재인(visual word recognition) 과정에서 음운정보(phonological information)와 철자정보(orthography information)의 역할 및 심성어휘집의 표상(representation) 형태를 알아보기 위해 신경망(neural network)을 이용한 계산주의적 모델(computational model)을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델은 한국어 2음절을 입력 값으로 사용하는 입력층(input layer), 은닉층(hidden layer) 그리고 의미를 표현하는 출력층(output layer)으로 구성된 전방향 신경회로망(feed forward network) 구조로 설계하였다. 실험결과 계산주의적 모델은 한국어에 대한 시각 단어재인 시 보이는 언어현상 중 음운, 철자 이웃 크기효과(phonological and orthographic neighborhood effect)를 나타냈으며, 이를 통해 한국어 시각단어재인 과정에서 심성어휘집이 음운정보로 표상되어 있음을 시사하는 증거를 보였다.

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the influence of children's and caregivers' perceptions of local neighborhood environments on children's physical activities (PAs) and screen-based activities (SBAs) among low-income families. Methods: Secondary data analysis was performed using the data of 171 low-income children attending community child care centers and of their caregivers. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis and logistic regression analysis were employed to analyze data. Results: PAs were insufficient and SBAs were excessive in the majority of children. Children and primary caregivers had moderately negative perceptions of their local neighborhood environments. However these perceptions were not found to affect children's PAs or SBAs significantly. Conclusion: Although perceptions of local neighborhoods were not found to significantly influence children's PAs or SBAs, efforts are needed to make community child care centers and neighborhoods safer and more activity-friendly.
