창업특성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향연구 : 창업성과를 매개효과로 (A Study on the Influence of Entrepreneurial Characteristic of Entrepreneurial Intentions : Focused on the Mediating Effects of Entrepreneurial Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 창업성과와 창업특성 요인들이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이 과정에서 창업특성 각 차원들이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 창업성과의 매개효과를 검정하고자 하였다. 실증결과 본 연구에서 사용된 창업특성과 창업성과가 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 창업성과의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 창업성과는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검정되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 창업성과에 대한 요인이 창업의도에 매출과 순이익이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 창업특성인 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 사업전략이 창업의도 간의 영향관계를 확인하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 이 연구를 위하여 K공과대학교, K대학교, 대구 Y전문대학, J(사(社))직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사 및 연구결과를 도출하였다. 특히, 미 창업자들의 관점에서 창업특성, 창업성과, 창업의도에 대한 영향관계 확인에 시사점을 제공한다.

단기 창업교육이 예비창업자의 심리적 특성 변화 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory study on a psychological traits changes by entrepreneurship short-term education)

  • 본 연구에서는 창업교육이 예비창업자의 심리적 특성 변화에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 연구의 목적을 두고자 한다. 다시 말하면, 창업자의 심리적 특성이 창업교육을 받은 전과 수료 후 어떤 변화가 있는지에 대한 연구이다. 창업자의 심리적 특성으로는 기존 선행연구에서 주로 통제의 위치, 위험감수성향, 성취욕구, 모호성의 수용을 다루어 왔는데, 여기에 새로운 심리적인 특성인 창의성을 추가하여 연구하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석을 위하여 서울과 대구의 성공창업패키지 교육 실행기관 중 임의의 기관을 선정하여 예비창업자 200명을 대상으로 대응표본 T-검증과 ANCOVA를 실행하였다. 분석결과는 창업교육전과 창업교육 후를 비교하여 볼 때 성취욕구와 모호성의 수용, 창의성은 향상되어진 것으로 나타났다. 다만 통제 위치와 위험 감수 성향은 창업교육 전 후에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연령, 학력 그리고 창업교육 횟수에 따라 창업교육 전후의 심리적 특성의 차이가 있는 가에 대한 검증에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

유아기 자녀에 대한 어머니의 언어반응 유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mother's Verbal Response Types to Her Young Children)

  • This study is based on the interviews with six mothers to analyze their verbal response types with their young children ages 3-5 attending day-care center. This study was done from 10AM. to 12PM. August 18th 2012 at the director's room at P day care center in Seoul. For this study the following four situations mothers experience in child-rearing have been selected: self-achievement, sibling quarrel, nagging and isolation. As for the interview questionnaires the four verbal response types-stimulating, problem-solving, critical and indifferent ones-have been used. According to the results of this research, mothers tend to use stimulating verbal response types like praise in the situation of self-achievement; problem-solving response types like command in the situation of sibling quarrel; problem-solving response types like warning in the situation of nagging; and lastly, stimulating verbal response types like empathy in the situation of isolation. Mothers need to form more empathy with their children in such difficult situations as sibling quarrel or nagging. For mothers' efficient verbal responses for their children, accordingly, empathy in parent education needs to be more emphasized.

성별과 학업 성취도에 따른 학교 과학 실험의 목적에 대한 초등학생의 인식 (Elementary School Students' Perception about the Aims of School Science Experiments by Gender and Academic Achievement)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school students' perception about "the aims of school science experiments". For this study, the perceptions were surveyed from 193 elementary school students (96 boys and 97 girls) in one school located in Gyeonggi-Do. The responses were analyzed with categorization based on their gender, school science test scores. The results from this study were as follows; in relation to the aims of school science experiments, the elementary school students considered intrinsic values of doing experiments were more worthy than the extrinsic values of it. It was found that 25.4% of the students had ideas that students do science experiments for understanding science theory. Up to 70% of the students responded that they do science experiments for understanding and memorizing the contents of science textbooks. School science experiments were regarded as an educational tool for the science study. It is recommended that teacher need to make clear the aims of laboratory work and help students to understand of it.

청소년의 외모관련행동과 라이프스타일에 관한 연구 (A Study of Appearance Behavior and Lifestyle of Adolescents)

  • The objectives of this study were to classify the contents of lifestyle of adolescents, to investigate the relationships between lifestyles and appearance behavior, and to examine how appearance behavior was influenced by lifestyles and demographic variables of male and female adolescents. The method of the study was survey research by using questionnaires. Subjects were 414 high school students in Seoul: 176 were males and 238 females. Five dimensions of lifestyles were derived by factor analysis: ‘digital orientation', 'positive activity', 'achievement orientation', 'material orientation', and ‘frugality'. Digital orientation had, in case of the male, a positive relation with body-modification need, a positive one with appearance interest in female. Positive activity had positive relations with appearance interest and body satisfaction in both male and female. Appearance interest, weight interest, and body-modification need levels were significantly higher for female than for male, whereas body satisfaction were higher for male than for female. Appearance interest of male was influenced by positive activities and social stratification. Appearance interest of female was influenced by material orientation and positive activity. Body-modification need of male was influenced by digital orientation and frugality(-), that of female only influenced by material orientation. Fashion and brand preference of male was influenced by material orientation, frugality(-), and social stratification. In case of the female, fashion was influenced by positive activity, material orientation and frugality(-), brand preference influenced by material orientation and positive activity.

작은도서관 평가지표의 유효성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Evaluation Indicators for the Small Library)

  • 이 연구는 작은도서관의 활성화와 내실화를 위해 현행 작은도서관 실태조사 및 평가 결과 달성률 분석과 표적집단 인터뷰를 통하여 현행 평가지표의 유효성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 현행 작은도서관 평가지표 문항을 검토하고, 시간 흐름에 따른 평가 점수와 항목의 차이를 살펴보기 위하여 2018년부터 2020년까지 총 19,476개관의 실태조사 데이터를 조사하여 평가 영역별 달성률을 분석하였다. 또한, 작은도서관 관련 단체와 담당자를 전문가로 선정하고 표적집단 인터뷰를 진행하여 현행 평가지표의 문제점과 개선사항에 대한 논의와 의견을 수렴하였다. 이를 통해 도출한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 작은도서관 평가는 외적인 환경 평가보다는 내적인 질적 서비스 위주의 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 둘째, 체계적인 증빙이 가능한 지표를 설계하고, 용어의 모호성을 해소하기 위한 명확한 설명을 첨부해야 한다. 셋째, 공립작은도서관과 사립작은도서관의 평가 문항의 구분과 지방자체단체의 직접적인 평가가 필요하다. 넷째, 이용자들의 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 정성 평가 요소가 추가되어야 한다.

간호학과 인증평가에 따른 간호교육의 질 향상 및 질 확보 노력에 대한 교수 인식 (Faculty Perceptions of the Improvement and Effort for the Achievement of Quality in Nursing Education through Accreditation in Baccalaureate Nursing Programs)

  • This study investigated faculty perceptions of the improvement and effort for achievement of the quality of nursing education through accreditation in baccalaureate nursing programs in 2006. Survey data from 190 professors of 33 accredited nursing schools were statistically analyzed using SPSS ver. 19.0 software with descriptive statistics, t-tests, and ANOVA. Through accreditation, about two-thirds of subjects perceived that the quality of education had 'improved' and the purposes of the accreditation were moderately successfully achieved (score 3.50). They also perceived their schools made a strong attempt (score 4.24) to assure quality. The perception scores of efforts to assure the quality of education varied significantly according to the characteristics of the subjects, the existence of a university hospital, the type of college, and the year of school founding. There were significant differences between the level of improvement in education and the extent of effort to assure the quality of education. Accreditation contributed to improved quality of nursing education except for some issues which need more consideration. To maintain high quality, the accreditation of baccalaureate nursing programs should be performed with continuity and on a regular basis.

지구과학자에 대한 고등학생들의 인식 분석 (An Analysis on High School Students' Perceptions of Earth Science Scientists)

  • 본 연구는 90명의 고등학생들(성취도 상 중 하 수준의 각 30명)을 대상으로 GAP 프로그램의 일환으로 개발된 10개의 문항으로 지구과학자에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 고등학생들은 지구과학 교과에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 갖고 있으나, 직업인으로서 지구과학자에 대한 이해가 매우 부족하며, 자신의 진로로 연계하여 인식하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 성취 수준이 낮은 학생들의 지구과학 학습의 실패는 지구과학자에 대한 부정적인 인식과 미래 진로로의 비연계로 이어졌다. 학교교육 현장에서부터 학생들이 지구과학자를 접할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 진로교육 프로그램을 통해 직업으로 연계시키려는 노력이 절실하게 필요하다.

The Impact of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance: A Case Study of Multinational Corporations in Thailand

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between employee engagement and individual performance outcomes (including growth, achievement, contribution, and customer satisfaction) in large firms in Thailand, which is rapidly growing as an international business hub. The study took place in Thai offices of multinational corporations, whose performance is both very important for Thailand's overall economy and for the firm's continued presence in Thailand. The study was conducted using a survey methodology. A convenience sample of employees of multinational corporations (n = 423) completed a survey on employee engagement and individual performance outcomes. The data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant, positive relationship between employee engagement and all four performance outcomes that were targeted. The strongest effect was observed for achievement (β = 0.899), followed by growth (β = 0.887), contribution (β = 0.872), and customer satisfaction (β = .867). These findings indicate that employee engagement is a significant and strong factor that determines the individual performance of employees of multinational corporations. This implies that companies do need to consider how to promote employee engagement. There were some limitations, especially social response bias and the self-reported nature of performance, that limit these findings.

블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 팀 기반 학습 실습 수업에서 약학대학 학생의 학습만족도와 플랫폼 선호도: 예비 연구 (Effects of Blended Learning on Pharmacy Student Learning Satisfaction and Learning Platform Preferences in a Team-based Learning Pharmacy Experiential Course: A Pilot Study)

  • Background: With the emergent transition of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for online/offline blended learning that can effectively be utilized in a team-based learning (TBL) course has emerged. Methods: We used the online metaverse platforms, Gather and Zoom, along with face-to-face teaching methods in a team-based Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience (IPPE) course and examined students' learning satisfaction and achievement, as well as their preferences to the learning platforms. A survey questionnaire was distributed to the students after the IPPE course completion. All data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS. Results: Students had high levels of course satisfaction (4.61±0.57 out of 5) and achievement of course learning objectives (4.49±0.70 out of 5), and these were positively correlated with self-directed learning ability. While students believed that the face-to-face platform was the most effective method for many of the class activities, they responded that Gather was the most effective platform for team presentations. The majority of students (64.3%) indicated that blended learning was the most preferred method for a TBL course. Conclusion: Students in a blended TBL IPPE course had high satisfaction and achievements with the use of various online/offline platforms, and indicated that blended learning was the most preferred learning method. In the post-COVID-19 era, it is important to utilize the blended learning approach in a TBL setting that effectively applies online/offline platforms according to the learning contents and activities to maximize students' learning satisfaction and achievement.
