The purpose of this study was to investigate perceived health status, activities of daily living and depression of the elderly in nursing facilities and to identify correlations among them. The collected data is to improve healthy life for the aged people in communities. This study was performed by using of questionnaire which was consisted of perceived health status, activity of daily living(ADL) and depression. The survey was conducted by 180 aged people at nursing homes. The results of perceived health status show that 64.9% of elderly feel very bad or bad, 61.6% of elderly have a degree of independent level of activity of daily living(ADL) and 48.6% of elderly have a degree of depression. There were statically revealed meaningful correlation between ability of activity of daily living(ADL) and perceived health status, ability of activity of daily living(ADL) and depression. This study about connection among perceived health status, activity of daily living(ADL) and depression is necessary for number of the affiliation function of elderly at nursing homes and development of intervention programs concerned about depression are necessary.
To overcome obstacles and to attain the goals of practical training for the students in the department of physical therapy it is necessary to effective an effective system for practical training. And to develop a good System it is essential to monitor the response of the students in practical training of physical therapy and to gather fundamental data. The author made up a questionnaire to the students in the department of physical therapy after the end of practical training course. The questionnaire consisted of 13 questionnaire for the general characterisitcs of the students, 19 questions for the degree of satisfaction (4 for the environment of practical training, 4 for the environment of practical training, 4 for the content 3 for the time assignment and 4 for the evaluation) and one open question. As results the students were satisfied with the practicality and fresh experience. But they were relatively unsatisfied with the environment of the practical training and the number and sincerity of the trainers. Especially they were dissatisfied with the correspondence with the objectives of education, conection with the lecture, communication with the trainers, time assignment and evaluation. As a Part of efforts to formulate an effective system fer practical training it is necessary to estabilish concrete goals and detail check lists to guide both trainers and students.

Objectives: We evaluated the learning objectives of dental hygiene courses based on Bloom's learning objectives, and analyze the degree of match with the dental hygienist's job for each detailed subject. Methods: The 5th edition of 'Dental hygiene and learning objectives' was analyzed by subject based on Bloom's cognitive domain classification from March 10 to April. Results: The total number of dental hygiene learning objectives was 2,975 (2,762 theory, 52 practice). Among the cognitive domains, the comprehension domain was the most common (79.8%), and the skill domain was very low (4.9%). Conclusions: Overall, dental hygiene learning objectives are mostly theory-oriented, so it is necessary to expand and improve in the direction related to the jobs that clinical dental hygienists perform in the field. Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the degree of dental fear according to the experiences of the preventive dental care services. Methods: A self-administered survey was conducted in the subjects of male and female teenagers who lived in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas, and 231 copies of collected data for a month from July 26, 2017 were analyzed to find the following results. Results: In terms of the experiences of the preventive dental care services, they were classified in the order of preventive scaling (67.5%), education of toothbrushing (60.6%), fluoride application (49.8%) and sealant (44.2%). For the degree of dental fear according to their general characteristics, treatment avoidance factor ($2.56{\pm}1.19$) in the married was higher than that in the unmarried. All of treatment avoidance, physiological response and fearful stimulus induction factor, and the entire degree of fear were higher when there were experiences of the preventive dental care services than those without such experiences. The factors affecting the degree of dental fear included dental health conditions, experiences of toothbrushing education, sealant and fluoride application. In case those without the experiences considered their dental health condition was not healthy, the degree of dental fear was increased. Conclusions: This study verified that the degree of dental fear was increased in case no experiences of the preventive dental care services. Therefore, it is necessary to seek out the measures for promotion of the preventive dental care services, to reduce the degree of dental fear and enhance the dental health.
This study examined the cost consciousness, food materials satisfaction, job satisfaction, and degree of food materials management of chefs, as a means to increase food materials management efficiency in hotel restaurants and to make suggestions, for efficiently reducing food material costs, Chefs from eleven 5-star hotels and one exceptional-grade restaurant in Seoul were asked to fill out a questionnaire for sampling. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed and 334 were returned (95.4% return rate). The characteristics of the respondents were examined by population statistics analysis, and the chefs' cost consciousness, food materials satisfaction, and job satisfaction were examined by descriptive statistics after reliability and propriety analyses. The degree of cost consciousness in the respondents was very high and this degree of consciousness proved to have a partially significant impact on the degree of food materials management. That is when the chefs were more conscious about cost, the degree of food materials management was high. This implies that food materials satisfaction can be enhanced by enhancing the degree of food materials management. Job satisfaction also had a partially significant, influence on the degree of food materials management. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain consistency in the quality and inspection of food materials, provide related information, enhance the satisfaction level for standards of food materials and improve policies for welfare and career after retirement in order to enhance the job satisfaction of chefs and subsequently reduce costs in relation to the level of food materials management.

In this paper, a fish drying process control system is proposed, which predicts the proper change with time in weight of the material fish and the drying conditions in advance, based on the performance of skilled worker. In order to implement a human expertise into an automated fish drying process control system, an experimental analysis is made and a model for the process is built. The proposed system divided into two procedures: The procedure before drying and the one during drying. The procedure before drying is for the prediction of necessary drying time. To estimate the necessary drying time, first, the proper change in weight for the product is obtained by using fuzzy reasoning. The condition part of the production rule consists of the factors of fish body and the expected degree of dryness. Kext, the necessary drying time is obtained by regression models. The variables employed in the models are the factors, inferred change in weight and drying conditions. The model for the procedure during drying is also proposed for more accurate estimation, which is described by a system of linear-differential equations.
