A new image coding system called knowledge- based coding is presented which uses positively the knowledge for coding objects. The 3- dimensional model and the psychological knowledge for a person's face can be used as the knowledge for a coding system, when a person's face is coding object. A transmitter analyzes input images and a receiver synthesizes output images using them. The construction of 3-dimensional model and the introduction of the psychological knowledge to the new coding system are discussed. The basic facial expressions are synthesized from a neutral face using them. The synthesized images are very natural.

Recently, the numerical analysis using person shape model for CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) has been researched widely for the thermal comfort and inhaled air quality of human body in the indoor environments. The purpose of this research is to examine the characteristic of airflow and thermal environment around human body by the experiment of displacement ventilation that assumes the indoor environment of natural convection. In this study, thermal manikin was used instead of real human body. The Airflow characteristic around human body was measured in precision by PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry). This experimental result will be used as data for CFD benchmark test using person shape model.

The purpose of this study is to provide the guidelines for the planning and design of officetels, meeting the requirements of life in one-person household which is a new type in housing market. Literature survey is used as a research method. We analyzed the needs of officetel residents, by reviewing researches and by examining internet homepages and catalogs of 20 officetels sold since 2000. Case study analysis method is used as a qualitative analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows; 1) In dwelling unit space, it lacks the independence of working space and the privacy of living space. Therefore, the provision of various unit plans, such as 2-bay plan, unit with mezzanine floor or movable walls, layout of kitchen and dining area in window side, is proposed. 2) In communal space, it lacks the consideration of natural environments and the systematic maintenance. Therefore, the introduction of communal workshop and conference rooms and of various types of garden space, is proposed.

In this paper, we describe a concept-based question-answering system in which concept rather than keyword itself makes an important role on both question analysis and answer extraction. Our idea is that concepts occurred in same type of questions are similar, and if a question is analyzed according to those concepts then we can extract more accurate answer because we know the semantic role of each word or phrase in question. Concept frame is defined for each type of question, and it is composed of important concepts in that question type. Currently the number of question type is 79 including 34 types for person, 14 types for location, and so on. We experiment this concept-based approach about questions which require person s name as their answer. Experimental results show that our system has high accuracy in answer extraction. Also, this concept-based approach can be used in combination with conventional approaches.

인공지능이 활발하게 연구되면서 이미지, 영상, 자연어 처리와 같은 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 특히 자연어 처리 분야는 사람이 말하고 쓰는 언어들을 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있도록 하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있고 인공지능 기술에서 매우 중요한 영역 중 하나로 여겨진다. 자연어 처리에서 컴퓨터에게 사람의 상식을 이해할 수 있도록 학습시키고 사람의 상식을 기반으로 결과를 생성하도록 하는 것은 복잡하지만 중요한 기술이다. 단어들의 관계를 이용해 연결한 지식 그래프는 컴퓨터에게 쉽게 상식을 학습시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 하지만 기존에 고안된 지식 그래프들은 특정 언어나 분야에만 집중해 구성되어 있거나 신조어 등에는 대응하지 못하는 한계점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 데이터를 수집 및 분석하여 자동으로 확장 가능한 지식 그래프를 구축하고, 이를 기반 데이터로 활용하는 챗봇 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 자동 확장 그래프에 BERT 기반의 관계 추출 모델을 적용시켜 성능을 향상시키고자 한다. 자동 확장 지식 그래프를 이용해 상식이 학습되어 있는 챗봇을 구축하여 지식 그래프의 활용 가능성과 성능을 검증한다.

This study explored Jeju natural resources with healing function and tried mixed dyeing of Ecklonia cava and onion shell to improve dyeing. The results showed that silk dyed with a mixture of Ecklonia cava powder and onion shells rather than Jeju's individually dyed silk had better color power to develop fashion products. In addition, all friction lightning bolts, dry cleaning and sweat mining levels were excellent as well as excellent UV protection rates. The three baenaet jeogori worn during a birth anniversary and four rest suits that infants and children can wear comfortably maintained the dyeing and functioning of Ecklonia cava and onion shell mixture that was proven through abnormal experiments. For the three baenaet jeogori and two rest suits, the company has developed a fashion product recognized for high value-added merchandise using a variegation dyeing method made in a handmade style for expressing a person's natural sensibility through dyeing fabrics. Based on the results of the above research, it is expected that various fashion product developments will be possible by dyeing a mixture of functional and colorful extracts of the drug and colorful dye.

한국의 전통 단청의 천연석채 및 기법을 바탕으로 화려함과 장엄(莊嚴)함에서 오는 이미지를 연구자의 주관적인 해석에 의해 장신구 제작에 있어서 보석으로 활용 표현하고자 한다. 본 논문의 연구 목적은 한국 전통 단청에 사용되는 천연석채 안료와 단청이미지를 활용하여 다양한 색상표현의 가능성, 견고함과 광택이 있는 합성수지를 조합하여 보석 디자인으로 사용 가능성이 있음을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 단청이미지를 보석디자인에 이입하여 라이프 스타일을 추구하는 현대인의 생활 속에서 접근 할 수 있는 가능성을 제시함과 동시에 과거의 전통적인 재료와 현대의 재료와 디지털 제작방법으로 접근하여 장신구에 활용 될 보석디자인의 폭 넓은 변화를 모색하고자 한다.

The author introduced 12 session short term dynamic psychotherapy for the intervention of stress related disorders. An examplary case was introduced to suggest the clinal usefulness of time limitted short term dynamic psychotherapy for stress related disorders. It was suggested that the term "stress" should be limitted to certain natural and man-made catastrophies and disasters whose consequences rep quire a total reorganization of the person. Common defensive manuvers and psychological responses in the stress disorders were also reviewed.

We have known that ethno-mathematics is a field of a study that emphasizes the socio-cultural environment in which a person "does" mathematics as stated by D'Ambrosio(Ethno mathematics and its Place in the History and Pedagogy of Mathematics, 1985). Measurement is an important mathematical topic, which leads students to relate math to the eal-world applications, particularly with socio-cultural aspects. The purpose of this article is to review the history of the measurement system in Korea briefly and to adapt the measurement system into real-world problems so that children acquire measurement knowledge in the most natural way.

Walking is the first thing an infant wants to do and the last thing an old person wants to give up. Walking is the exercise that does not need a gym. It is the prescription without medicine, the weight control without diet, and the cosmetic that can't be found in a chemist. It is the tranquillizer without a pill, the therapy without a psychoanalyst, and the holiday that does not cost a penny. What's more, it does not pollute, consumers few natural resources and is highly efficient. Walking is convenient, it needs no special equipment, is self-regulating and inherently safe.
