War game Simulation System is a simulation system of military operation. In order to ensure all of the data that are running are secure, this system has to emphasize the security policy. In this paper, we analyze the running environment and the weakness of the security about exiting system. For improving the weakness, we design and implement this security system that is consisted of three components: Authentication System, Encryption System and Network Security System. Therefore, we can apply War game Simulation System to security system and improve the secure performance of this one.

The National Institute of Environmental Research(NIER) launched a research about Framework of Environmental Health Information System for Industrial Complex in 2001, with the goal of finding out measures to establish an integrated management system(IMS) for environmental health information. Based on the research results, NIER started to build integrated information system. The process will continue from 2006 to 2008. As the first step, in 2006, NIER outsourced the job of setting up the specific plan. In 2007, based on the plan created in the previous year, computerization work began. During 2008, the $3^{rd}$ year of the process, the integrated system will be compatible to conventional GIS system and statistics analysis system to deliver funker efficient and useful services. In this vein, the objective of the study is to identify data collection procedure, data utilization, and overall goal of the system. In addition, It will illustrate digitalization process and recommendation about how to utilize the system.

추력 250kgf급 소형액체로켓엔진을 대상으로 한 공급시스템을 설계 및 제작하였다. 기존시스템의 분석을 통해 공급시스템 설계시 반영하였으며, 새로운 공급시스템을 통한 엔진의 수류 및 연소시험을 수행하여 공급시스템의 성능을 검증하였다. 이 결과 기존시스템보다 추진제공급이 안정적으로 이루어짐을 확인하였다.

Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research (KSTAR) has a helium refrigeration system (HRS) with the cooling capacity of 9 kW at 4.5 K. Main cold components are composed of 300 tons of superconducting (SC) magnets, main cryostat thermal shields, and SC current feeder system. The HRS comprises six gas storage tanks, a liquid nitrogen tank, the room temperature compression sector, the cold box (C/B), the 1st stage helium distribution box (DB#1), the PLC base local control system interconnected to central control tower and so on. Between HRS and cold components, there's another distribution box (DB#2) nearby the KSTAR device. The entire KSTAR device was constructed in 2007 and has been operated since 2008. This paper will present the maintenance result of the KSTAR HRS during the campaign and discuss the operation record and maintenance history of the KSTAR HRS.

This paper deals with operational characteristic analysis of a single-phase PCS (Power Conditioning System) for PV (Photovoltaic) power generation system with AF (Active Filter) function. The theory of dq transformation has been applied to the control strategy of a single-phase PV power generation system to implement the AF function. Application of the virtual two-phase using phase-shift makes it possible to use the dq theory for the single-phase PV power generation system. The authors are sure that the proposed system is a very useful to compensate harmonics caused by nonlinear loads in a single-phase utility system. In this paper, not only a theoretical aspect of the single-phase PV-AF system is discussed, but also the DSP (Digital Signal Processor) based experiment results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the single-phase PV-AF system.

In typical spectroscopic ellipsometry, the optical and geometrical properties of thin film and nano pattern can be obtained by measuring the polarization state of light reflected/transmitted from the object by rotating a analyzer or a compensator. We proposed a snapshot spectroscopic ellipsometric system based on a modified Michelson interferometer to overcome the time-consuring measurement principle due to rotating part. The proposed system provides spectral ellipsometric parameters (psi, delta) in real time by using a single spectral interference signal generated in the interferometric polarization module. However, it has a long-term stability problem resulting in delta(k) drift. In this paper, it is experimentally proved that the drift problem is caused by anisotropic refractive index change of the beam intersection layer in beam splitter of interferometer.
