We study empirically analyzes the relationship between the leadership styles and management strategies of executives perceived by members of small and medium venture companies through organizational performance through SPSS 24.0. The empirical results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that the strategic leadership of the one-level management team had a significant influence on the management strategy showed that strategic leadership (strategic direction, strategic control, maintaining effective organizational culture, ethical management, human resource development, competency development) The relationship between positive cost, strategy of differentiation, and strategy of concentration was positive. Second, the hypothesis 2 management strategy (cost advantage strategy, differentiation strategy, centralization strategy) was statistically significant for both organizational performance (financial performance and non-financial performance). Therefore, management strategy implemented by management acts as a factor to improve organizational performance. Therefore, the execution ability of management strategy should be strengthened. Third, hypothesis 3 (Strategic Direction, Strategic Control, Maintaining Effective Organizational Culture, Ethical Management, Human Resource Development, Competency Development) could be identified as an important role factor for financial and non-financial performance. The organizational performance of SMEs has been a key factor in the strategic leadership and management strategy implemented by management. Therefore, the establishment and implementation of various practical measures to upgrade this were continuously required.

This paper presents a novel control strategy for passive output filter reduction using an active output filter. The proposed method achieves the dual-function of regulating the output voltage ripple and output voltage variation during load transients. The novel control strategy allows traditional simple voltage controllers to be used, without requiring the expensive current sensors and complex controllers used in conventional approaches. The proposed method is verified with results from a 125-W forward converter.

The effect of the instructional approach that asked students to check their problem-solving processes through a paired think-aloud problem solving after presenting molecular-level pictures and a four stage-problem solving strategy was investigated. Four high school classes (N = 191) were randomly assigned to St group (using Strategy individually), SL group (Solver Listener), St-SL group (using Strategy-Solver Listener), and control group. Although the test scores of the St-SL group on strategy performing ability were significantly higher than those of the control group, there was not significant difference for the scores in the multiple-choice algorithmic problems. Regarding the subcategories of strategy performing ability test, students' ability of understanding given of problems and deriving the proper physical quantity was improved, but their ability of setting up subgoals and reviewing their solving process was very low. The preference to the strategy of the St-SL group was more positive than that of the St group.

In this paper, we offer a new strategic portfolio model for national IT R&D project selection in Korea. A risk and return (R-R) portfolio model was developed using an objectively quantified index on the two axes of risk and return, in order to select a strategic project and allocate resources in compliance with a national IT R&D strategy. We strategize using the R-R portfolio model to solve the non-strategy and subjectivity problems of the existing national R&D project selection model. We also use the quantified evaluation index of the IT technology road map (TRM) and the technical level reports (TLR) for the subjectivity of project selection, and try to discover the weights using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In addition, we intend to maximize the chance for a successful national IT R&D project, by selecting a strategic portfolio project and balancing the allocation of resources effectively and objectively.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the management strategies and organizational culture required in the digital economy have an effect on business performance. It provided basic data on management strategies and organizational culture necessary to approach as a digital leading country. For data collection, a survey was conducted from March 1 to May 30, 2022 for companies located in J province and engaged in industries related to the digital economy. The survey was conducted online and non-face-to-face, and a total of 225 companies participated in the survey. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, cluster analysis, independent sample t-test, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The research results are as follows. First, organizational culture was classified into high and low groups according to preference in innovation oriented, relationship oriented, task oriented, and hierarchical oriented. Second, the 4 types of organizational culture showed differences in prospectors strategy, analyzers strategy, defenders strategy, differentiation strategy, cost leadership strategy, financial performance, and non-financial performance according to preference. Third, management strategies affecting financial performance were found to be analyzers strategy, differentiation strategy, prospectors strategy, and cost leadership strategy. Fourth, management strategies affecting non-financial performance were found to be differentiation strategy, defenders strategy, analysis strategy, offensive strategy, cost leadership strategy, and focus strategy. Fifth, organizational culture affecting financial performance was found to be task oriented. Sixth, organizational culture affecting non-financial performance was found to be innovation oriented and relationship oriented. Through these studies, it is expected that the economy will be revitalized in the domestic market and a growth ecosystem that can take a new leap forward is created in the global market.

As an Increased penetration level of renewable resources has caused concerns about primary frequency response, an increase in BESS(Battery Energy Storage System) capacity has been expected because of its fast response to the disturbances in the power system. This paper proposes the Integrated Control Strategy of multiple BESS for effectively providing the primary frequency control in the bulk power systems by coordinating the response, SOC and its recovery of BESS. The proposed strategy prevents multiple BESS from providing exceeding response and keeps the balance between SOC of multiple BESS. In addition, It would recover the SOC of BESS efficiently. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through various case studies employing Korean power system.

As cable TV, which has been leading the paid broadcasting market, has given the lead to IPTV, which has huge communication capital, its competitiveness is gradually weakening. This study examines the operation status of local cable TV and seeks ways to strengthen competitiveness for survival. To this end, we conducted data analysis such as related statistics, broadcasting industry survey reports, IPTV growth reports, CMB management indicators, paid broadcasting literature data, marketing reports, industry success stories, and marketing mix and SWOT analysis. As a result, four strategies for strengthening the survival competitiveness of local cable TV, namely joint purchase apartment marketing strategy, influencer marketing strategy, relationship marketing strategy, and digital marketing strategy were derived. Therefore, the results of this study can contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of local cable TV, which has been with local residents through close content, and can be used as basic data for establishing marketing strategies for local cable TV in the future.

Overhead transmission lines are crucial components in power transmission systems. Well-designed maintenance strategy for overhead lines is required for power utilities to minimize operating costs, while improving the reliability of the power system. This paper presents a maintenance priority index (MPI) of overhead lines for a reliability centered approach. Proposed maintenance strategy is composed of a state index and importance indices, taking into account a transmission condition and importance in system reliability, respectively. The state index is used to determine the condition of overhead lines. On the other hand, the proposed importance indices indicate their criticality analysis in transmission system, by using a load effect index (LEI) and failure effect index (FEI). The proposed maintenance method using the MPI has been tested on an IEEE 9-bus system, and a numerical result demonstrates that our strategy is more cost effective than traditional maintenance strategies.
