This study was carried out through survey based on job candidates of marine-bio, marine logistics, and GIS in order to train the human resources with the IT combined ability in the field of fisheries and oceans in Busan. Also, it included the survey on the field of the human resource development which businesses require in Busan. The analysis showed that food industry was most preferred by job candidates and the most required efforts for self-development to employ was to improve their English skills. The most preferred area was Busan and their salary requirements were in the 25 million to 30 million Won range. In findings on survey of businesses, businesses showed a profound interest in HACCP qualification in sea food and logitics manager qualification, and thought that the abilities that job candidates must have were communication and creativity rather than major and skills.

This study aims to analyze operation status of the professional fire investigation education in Korea and derive improvement measures. Study results showed that professional fire investigation educations are conducted mainly by public sectors (Fire Service, Police, Korea Electrical Safety Corp, Korea Gas Safety Corp, etc.) and the educations conducted by National Fire Service Academy are most systematic. In addition, there was no professional fire investigation educations conducted for private sector (fire accident suffers, common peoples, etc.) In order to improve the problems, this study suggests changing the National Fire Service Academy to lifelong education system in coordinance with the scholar's courses of universities, classifying the fire inspector qualification course (executed by National Emergency Management Agency) in five stages, and opening the fire inspector qualification test to the public.

The special organization that our military service is conscripted by the duty of national defense purposes to the period of military service. So couple of soldiers are think as the corresponds to college, or some knowledge layer from the operating management discarding period, lifetime value. But, now a day changed of the military life, it is when the individual soldiers can have some self-development and the lifelong education in terms of a period, and can changeing the footsteps of the new life that the function as a 'bridge' to activate production of barracks life. So that it can be supported themselves need to strive for human resource development. This study is being discussed on the correlation of military human resources and qualified operating and sustainable and promising future eligibility for qualified by taking advantage of the Boston Consulting Group Matrix(Boston Consulting Group Matrix).

The industrialized countries have promoted the rehabilitation of existing housing units as a national agenda, such as green policies, whereas korea, although having a housing stock as huge as that of world countries, have focused on the growth of housing by constructing new units rather than rehabilitating existing ones. Today, it has been so long since many multiple dwellings in Seoul and in the vicinity of Seoul were constructed. There were, however, very few political efforts to encourage the rehabilitation of housing. Today, substantial time has passed since multiple dwellings in Seoul and the first-stage new cities such as Bundang and Ilsan were constructed. What is required to maintain the quality of the existing housing and use it with safety is to promote the engineer of maintenance for multiple dwellings to work the maintenance of existing multiple dwellings. The objective of this study is to compare and analyze the maintenance qualification system of multiple dwellings of Japan, and then to propose to raise engineers of maintenance for multiple dwellings in korea.

On the general fishing boat in the same person of the fishing Chief and the Captain, the fishing chief positions are not separately. In this case, in Civil, Criminal and Administrative law, does not cause any problems. Just he take only responsibility for the legal effect of each, this is a natural solution for the effects of laws. But, if make one work unit, the fishing chief take fishing work from the position of the dominant of the captain, and moreover throughout the voyage work commands the captain. Such fishing chief center structure have roots institutive. In the case, according to legal liability by presenting solutions to the problem are as follows : firstly, The legal division Of the Sailing courses and operation course are necessary. Secondly, In the adminstrative ship official law, obligatory acquisition of the fishing Chief marine engineer qualification is necessary.

Recently, STEM education and improvement in creativity took a lot of attention in local and foreign educational programs, and the robot education is regarded as one of the answers which can achieve the objectives. The robot education is quite active locally in various ways including robot classes for after school program in elementary schools, a number of robot competitions, and education for the gifted. Under these circumstances, the qualification test for robot technology is developed to provide a standard for evaluating professional knowledge on robotics and is currently under consideration to be one of the government-approved qualification tests. However, compared to the robot classes for after school program, this test is not well recognized by most teachers in elementary and middle schools. This paper addresses and analyzes the current status of the test, in particular, backgrounds, qualification standards, organizing committee, intention of presenting questions, examples of problems used in the test, and demands raised by applicants, etc. Base on the analysis, some suggestions are made to establish a solid standard for evaluating robot technologies. It is suggested that the level of difficulty and contents covered should be properly adjusted considering the level of applicants. In addition, it is essential to provide well organized supplementary material for students and wide range of contents on robot technology. Finally, some efforts including cooperating with the robot classes for after school program should be made to invigorate the test.

Objectives: This study aims to provide baseline information for health educator training, standards for university curriculum on health education and health educator training, and ultimately to help settling the national qualification system for health education specialists. Results and Conclusion: Based on literature review and professional taskforce meetings, we discuss: 1) Principles for course standards; and 2) Objectives and content standards for 9 required courses for health education specialists. The curriculum standards could be used for the course evaluation run by Korea Health Educator Qualification Management Office, and as a guiding principle for the development of courses and curricula for health education and health educator training.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the practical evaluation method used to determine the national technical qualification in field of flower design to improve its development. First, an advisory committee was formed, after which comparisons, an analyses and matching were conducted of the currently used national technical qualifications and competency units and the competency unit elements of the National Competency Standards in an effort to strength practical skills and industrial field abilities in the field of flower design. Second, we visited an industrial site to understand the practical and technical aspects as well as the facilities and equipment used in the flower design field. The status of workers in the industrial field in the field of flower design was then analyzed. Through this process, practical examination questions were developed for improve the evaluation method. In addition, to ensure a properly configured result, a pilot test was conducted involving those majoring in the field of flower design. To investigate the feasibility of the developed exam, a survey focusing on targets related to flower design was conducted. Based on the results, by suggesting an improvement plan for the practical evaluation method of national technical qualifications in the field of flower design, it is possible to improve knowledge, technical aspects, and literacy, allowing us to train outstanding technical professionals. In the end, this study can be expected to contribute to the improvement of the flower design industry.

Objectives This study aims to develop Korean Medicine Clinical Pathway (CP) based on Clinical Practice Guideline of carpal tunnel syndrome to improve quality of treatment and reduce medical cost to maximize the quality of patient management. Methods A draft version of CP for carpal tunnel syndrome is developed by expert agreement and a prospective case study was carried out based on the draft CP. Twenty experts working at various medical institution answered validity verification survey of developed CP. Fifteen patients enrolled in the prospective case study answered survey on demand and satisfaction. Qualification and adjustment process of the draft CP was conducted based on results of both surveys. Results Final version of CP for carpal tunnel syndrome is confirmed after qualification and adjustment on the draft version. Conclusions CP for carpal tunnel syndrome will provide patients with standardized, high-quality Korean medicine treatment and also reduce financial burden of health insurance by reducing medical cost.
