TEA, glibenclamide, L-NAME and SKF 525A-induced reversible contraction were investigated using acetylcholine, sodium nitroprusside (SNP) and pinacidil in rat abdominal and thoracic aorta. Acetylcho-line, SNP or pinacidil produced in a dose dependent manner relaxation on phenylephrine-induced contraction In rat aorta. TEA, SKF 525A, and L-NAME produced reversible contractions on acetylcholine-induced relaxation, but not on SNP- or pinacidil-induced relaxation. Glibenclamide significantly produced reversible con- traction on pinacidll-induced relaxation. The reversible effect of TEA on the acetylcholine-induced relaxation was reduced by SKF 525A. These results indicate that the acetylcholine-induced relaxation may be mediated by NO, cytochrome P$_{450}$-dependent epoxygenase pathway, or $Ca^{2+}$ activated $K^{+}$ channel, and the pinacidil-induced relaxation may be mediated by ATP-sensitive $K^{+}$ channel.annel.

The classification and coding of part for group technology applications continus to be labour intensive and time-consuming process, and therefore much effort is dedicated to the structure and creation of automatic coding systems. IN this paper, Neural networks is used to generate processes-related digit as well as part geometry-related digit of the TS code where part name is provided as input.since part name, which is appropriately designated, provides much information about part geometry and manufacturing processes. THe developed GT recommendation system is integrated with interactive TS coding system and database in order to handle the changes of production environment, such as the change of production part of plant. It is found to recommend codes accurately and promises to be a useful tool for consistent, reliable and convenient coding processes.

In order to extract some important information of a person from text, an extracting model was proposed. The person's name is recognized based on the maximal entropy statistic model and the training corpus. The sentences surrounding the person's name are analyzed according to the conceptual knowledge base. The three main elements of events, domain, situation and background, are also extracted from the sentences to construct the structure of events about the person.

This paper surveys the meaning of the pen name ′Yi Sang(李箱)′ in the light of the arbitariness of language and the relationship among names, observing in three ways how the images of ′Sang′ (Box) appear differently in his works. In Particular, we look into (1) the relationship between a box and its inner boxes, (2) the divisional relationship in the box, and (3) the relationship between the box and an outer box. In Yi Sang′s work, image (1) gives shape to the relationship between the writer himself and his ancestors who are responsible for his present existence. Image (2) gives shape to two internally divided Yi Sangs, and is symbolized as a mirror that reflects two selves. Image (3) gives shape to a relationship between himself in the closed world and other people and/or a bigger outside world. All these symbolic relationships are fully represented in his work "Nalgae" (The Wing)". What is interesting is that Yi Sang has already employed these box images in his earlier poetry "Geonchuk-muhan-yukmyeon-gaucho" (Infinite Architectural Hexagon). furthermore, by visualizing his name as a sqaure($\square$), he means to suggest the intentional image of his pen name as a ′box′.

Angelicae gigantis radix is the root of the perennial plant, which belongs to the family Umbelliferae. However, this herbal drug is represented quite different chemical components according to its different genus name, though other herbal drugs (i.e. Leonuri Herba, Xanthii Fructus and so on) show similar constituents on the same name. The root of Angelica gigas containing the coumarin compounds is commonly used in Korea, while Angelica sinensis and Angelica acutiloba including phthalide compounds are used in China and Japan, respectively as Angelicae gigantis radix. In this paper, a nearinfrared spectroscopic method was developed to determine genus name of Angelica spp., especially A. gigas and A. sinensis which are commonly misused in herbal markets. X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and electronic nose have been also applied as nondestructive methods to discriminate A. gigas from A. sinensis according to their specific properties.

한국연안에는 여러 종류의 베도라치류(Blennoidea)가 분포하며 그 중 베도라치 속(Enedrias)은 가장 큰 무리를 형성하여 연안어업자원으로서 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 지금까지 한국 연안에서는 Enedrias nebulosus(베도라치)만이 기록되어 있었으나 본 조사결과 Enedrias fangi도 분포함이 발견되었다. 따라서 이 두 종에 대한 외부형태를 조사 비교하였으며 Enedrias fangi의 한국명을 '흰베도라치'로 제창하는 바다.

We introduce the forecasting method for a next day electric peak load that uses the optimal combination of two types of neural networks. First network uses learning data that are past 10days of the target day. We name the neural network Short Term Neural Network (STNN). Second network uses those of last year. We name the neural network Long Term Neural Network (LTNN). Then we get the forecasting results that are the linear combination of the forecasting results by STNN and the forecasting results by LTNN. We name the method Combination Forecasting Method (CFM). Then we discuss the optimal combination of STNN and LTNN. Using CFM of the optimal combination of STNN and LTNN, we can reduce the forecasting error.

Astronomy is one of the interesting but difficult topics in science for elementary education. Therefore, it is interesting to create astronomy activities that children can understand clearly. The researchers developed activities by using astronomy and botany to improve writing skills. They have to glue the local flowers on the star pictures then write the name of those flowers, the name of the constellation and write an essay describing their work. The participants are into two groups. 71 $3^{rd}$ year undergraduate students who registered for teaching and are learning science as an elementary education subjec, and 10 $1^{st}$ grade student from the laboratory school of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat university. We can conclude that both groups were more interested in astronomy, they can tell the name of local flowers and not only used their imagination to create their work, but also to write great essays.

As more generic drugs become available, the quality, safety, and efficacy of generic drugs have become a public concern. Specifically, drug interchangeability among generic copies of the same brand-name drug is a safety concern. This research proposes a Bayesian method for assessing bioequivalence between two generic copies of the same brand-name drug from two independent $2{\times}2$ crossover design experiments. Uninformative priors are considered for general use and the posterior distribution of the difference of two generic drug effects is derived from which the highest probability density interval can be evaluated. Examples are presented for illustration.

본 논문에서는 기존의 Active-Standby 방식의 이중화가 아닌 Active-Active 방식의 DNS (Domain Name System) 이중화에 관해 연구하였다. Active-Active 방식의 DNS 이중화를 위해 1, 2차 DNS 서버 간에는 rsync와 crontab을 이용하여 주기적으로 복사하여 동일한 상태를 유지하고, 1차 혹은 2차 DNS 서버가 장애로 인해 정지되더라도 살아 있는 DNS 서버가 계속해서 서비스를 지속하도록 하였다.
