Nitric oxide(NO) play an important role in normal and pathophysiological cells including as a messenger molecule, neurotransmitter, microbiocidal agent, or dilator of blood vessels and artheriosclerosis, hypertension, myocardial infarction, respectively. To investigate that Ondamtang in the potential contribution of the levels of nitric oxide generated by endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and the mechanisms of protection against L-NAME, human ECV304 cells, which normally do not express eNOS, were expressed by L-NAME. L-NAME stimulated rat or cells were found to be resistant to injury and delayed death following the Ondam-tang. Inhibition of nitric oxide synthesis abolished the protective effect against L-NAME, thrombin and collagen exposure. Interestingly, such effects have bee observed during stimulation with agents such as KCl on L-NAME mediate rats, were damaged by the NOS inhibitor NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME). Cardiovascular diseases is one of the blood vessels and renin-angiotensin system dynfunction. So we studied on herbal medicine that have a relation of vessels endothelium necrosis. In Oriental Medicine, Ondam-tang has been used for disease in relation to cardiovascular system. We studied on the protection and inhibitory effects of cardiovascular diseases in L-NAME induced rat or ECV304 cell lines through the Cell morphological pattern, Tunel assay, LDH activity, heart rate, blood pressure and immunohistochemistric analysis by Ondam-tang. As the result of this study, In group, the anti-apoptosis and necrosis in the cardiovascular system have a potential capacity for prevented, protected and treating the diseases of cardiovascular system, against the necrosis of rat and ECV304 cells with eNOS and calpain expression by L-NAME is promoted.

본 연구는 성인 남녀의 이름매력도가 자기효능감과 정서인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구의 대상자는 수도권에 거주하는 10대부터 30대까지 남녀 300명을 모집단으로 하였다. 수집과정에서 누락된 설문지와 회수된 설문지 중 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 250부를 분석에 활용하였다. 변인에 따른 이름매력도의 차이를 분석한 결과 연령대와 학력이 낮을수록 자기 이름에 대해서 불만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이름매력도가 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 실시한 회귀분석의 결과, 모형의 적합도는 R²=.382로 모형의 설명력은 다소 떨어지지만, β=.322, t값이 9.276, p<.001로 나타나 통계적 유의성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 이름의 매력도는 자기효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 이름매력도가 정서인식에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 실시한 회귀분석의 결과 R²=.412로 나타나 모형의 설명력은 41.2%를 보였다. 성별, 연령, 학력 등 인구 통계적 변인을 통제하고 실시한 회귀분석의 결과 β=.326, t값이 6.408, p<.001로 나타나 통계적 유의성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 이름의 매력도는 정서인식에 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다. 이름의 매력도가 행복이나 삶의 질을 높일 수 있다는 실증연구는 아직 없다. 그러나 개명을 통해서 과거보다 좋아졌다는 이야기는 운동선수들 사이에서는 자주 볼 수 있다.

L-Arginine이 산화질소 생성의 전구물질로서 공헌하는 것 이외에 다른 기전에 의하여도 혈관이완을 일으키는가 구명하기 위하여 적출 흰쥐 흉부대동맥 표본에서 L-arginine에 의한 장력, 조직 산화질소 및 cGMP 함량 변동 등을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Phenylephrine(3.5$\times$10－6 mol/L) 수축 대동맥 표본은 L-arginine(10－9~10－3 mol/L)에 의해 용량의존 이완되었다. NG-Nitro-L-arginine methyl ester(L-NAME, 10－5 mol/L) 전처치에 의해 저농도 L-arginine(10－9~10－6 mol/L)에 혈관이완 효과는 소실되었으나 고농도 L-arginine(10－4~10－3 mol/L)의 이완효과는 도리어 증강되었다. 내피층 파괴 혈관 표본은 L-arginine에 대해 이완반응을 보이지 않았다. 2. L-NAME(10－5 mol/L) 존재하에 일어나는 L-arginine 이완효과는 indomethacin 전처치에 의해 영향받지 않으나, ouabain 전처치에 의해 유의하게 감약되었다. 또한 L-arginine 이완효과는 methylene blue에 의해 부분적으로 길항되었다. KCl(3.5$\times$10－2 mol/L) 수축 대동맥 표본은 L-arginine(10－9~10－3 mol/L)에 의해 L-NAME (10－5 mol/L) 처치와 무관하게 이완반응을 보이지 않았다. 3. L-NAME는 혈관조직 산화질소 함량을 감소시키며 이 감소효과는 L-arginine(10－4 mol/L)에 의해 영향받지 않았다. 또한 L-NAME는 혈관조직 cGMP 함량을 감소시키나 이 감소효과는 L-arginine에 의해 영향받지 않았다. 이상의 실험성적은 L-arginine이 내피세포의 산화질소 및 cGMP 생성과 무관한 기전을 통해서도 내피의존 혈관이완효과를 나타냄을 시사하였다.

최근 가장 주목받고 있는 연구 분야 중 하나인 사물인터넷(Internet of Things, IoT)은 네트워크에 연결된 매우 많은 디바이스를 통해 사용자에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. IoT 환경에서 IoT 디바이스는 매우 많은 개수가 사용되는데 각 IoT 디바이스에 대한 DNS(Domain Name System) 네임을 일일이 수동으로 설정하는 것은 비효율적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IPv6 기반의 IoT 환경에서 IoT 디바이스의 DNS 네임을 자동으로 생성하고 관리하는 DNS Name Autoconfiguration(DNSNA)이라는 기법을 제안한다. DNS 네임을 생성 및 등록하는 과정에서 Internet Engineering Task Force(IETF)에서 재정된 표준 프로토콜을 이용한다. 본 기법은 유니캐스트로 DNS 서버를 통해 IoT 디바이스의 DNS 네임을 IPv6 주소로 레졸루션(Resolution)하기 때문에 멀티링크 네트워크 환경에서는 기존의 멀티캐스트 기반의 mDNS(Multicast DNS) 기법보다 트래픽을 적게 발생시킨다. 따라서 본 기법은 멀티홉으로 구성된 IoT 네트워크에서 mDNS 보다 더 적합하다. 본 논문은 제안한 기법의 디자인과 스마트 홈과 스마트 로드에서의 서비스 시나리오를 설명한다. 또한 본 논문은 스마트 그리드 환경에서 구현 및 테스트에 대하여 설명한다.

Endothelial cell products can modulate the magnitude of a response to a vasoconstrictor, as evinced by the greater constriction after endothelium removal or NO synthesis blockade. To investigate that Boonsimgieum in the potential contribution of the levels of nitric oxide generated by endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and the mechanisms of protection against NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), human ECV 304 cells, which normally do not express eNOS, were expressed by L-NAME. L-NAME stimulated rat or cells were found to be resistant to injury and delayed death following the Boonsimgieum. Inhibition of nitric oxide synthesis abolished the protective effect against L-NAME, thrombin and collagen exposure. Interestingly, such effects have been observed during stimulation with agents such as phenylephrine and KCl on L-NAME mediate rats, were damaged by the NOS inhibitor L-NAME. Result : As the result of this study, In group, the anti-apoptosis and necrosis in the cardiovascular system have a potential capacity for prevented, protected and treating the diseases of cardiovascular system, against the necrosis of rat and ECV 304 cells with Caspase 3 and calpain expression by L-NAME is promoted. Conclusion : these results demonstrate neuroprotective and memory enhancing effects of ZIBU, suggesting its beneficial actions for the treatment of AD.

본 연구는 지명 전거데이터의 체계적 구축과 표준화 필요성에 따라 지명 전거데이터 기술에 필요한 한국 특성에 맞는 지침을 개발함으로써 국가 전거 고품질화의 기반을 제공하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 지명전거와 관련된 국내·외 동향 및 사례 조사를 실시하고, 지명 전거 구축을 위한 각국의 규칙과 지침을 분석했다. 이러한 현황 조사 및 규칙 분석을 바탕으로 지명 전거데이터 구축에 필요한 개념 범위와 용어를 정의하고 지명 전거데이터 지침 개발의 방향성을 설정하였다. 또한, 분석 결과, 지침이 포함해야 할 범위, 체계, 기존 규칙의 참조 내용과 방식 등을 결정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 지침의 체계는 Original RDA와 NCR을 기준으로 삼아 설정하였다. 분석 과정에서 도출된 시사점을 중심으로 구축 대상 범위, 우선 지명 선정 및 기록, 이형 지명의 기록, 지명의 속성 등으로 지침을 구성하고 내용을 제시하여 한국 실정에 맞는 지명 전거데이터 기술 지침(안)을 제안하고자 하였으며, 이에 따른 향후 논의사항을 밝혔다.

본 연구에서는 문자인식기술의 활용도를 높이고 인식률을 높이기 위해 스마트폰을 문자영상의 입력, 인식결과의 디스플레이, 영상전송을 위한 단말기로만 활용하고 서버에서 문자인식을 처리하도록 하는 서버기반 모바일 다국어 명함인식 시스템을 개발하였다. 인식 시스템에서는 스마트폰에서 촬영된 영상의 효율적인 처리와 전송을 위해, 왜곡보정과 잡음제거 등을 수행하였고, 인식서버와의 효율적인 영상전송을 위한 소켓기반 프로토콜을 정의하였다. 5개 언어의 명함들에 대한 다양한 실험을 통해 개발된 시스템이 기존 스마트폰 기반 문자인식기에 비해 향상된 인식률과 인식속도를 보였다.

Place names are generally composed of first half and second half, whether the originality of those names comes from Korean or Chinese. The first half, modifying the second half, represents the naming flexibility of the name, while the second half of the name points out its directive object, which refers to a branch of the name. For example, 'Myeong' in 'Myeongryang' and 'No' in 'Noryang' represent their naming flexibility while 'Ryang', constituting the second half, points out the name's directive object. The purpose of this study was to investigate the etymology of place names, 'Myeongryang' and 'Noryang', by figuring out the meanings of those two elements. In order to search for the meaning of the second half, 'Ryang', other examples presented in the related literature have been examined. The finding indicated that 'Ryang' means 'dol', or 'do', which refers to 'moon(door)'. Furthermore, it is found out that the meaning of 'Ryang' has been transferred from 'dol' or 'do' to 'moon(door)', furthermore, to the straits. Upon looking into the origins of those names on the field, it is interpreted that 'Myeong Ryang' has been meant as a door in which huge and rough waves cry out, and 'No Ryang' has been meant as a door in which huge and rough waves rise up.

The historical facts usually remain in the linguistic records. The name of a place has been considered most useful among the records. The name of a place contains lots of information which help us analyzing and explaining the historical problems. The main purpose of this thesis is to account for the relation between language and history based on the data of the name of a place with the property just mentioned above. Firstly I will estimate the territory of the former period of Paek-Che (18B.C.~475A.D.) on the basis of the distribution of the old name of a place and show that the presumed shape of the territory could prove the fact that the unification of Shilla is 'the unification of two nations' but not 'the unification of three nations' Secondly the distribution of the old name of a place can bring light on the interrelation between Paek-Che language and Kara language and help us understand the relation of neighboring countries between two nations. Thirdly we can discuss the relation between the language of the former period of Paek-Che and of the old period of Japan: that is, how the language of Paek-Che came in the Japanese language. Also, the history of cultural domination between Paek-Che and Japan could be clarified if we can prove the linguistic similarity of two nations either to be genealogical relation or to be borrowing one.

In this paper, I propose that the figurative structure of Tongjoo Yoon′s "One Night, Counting the Stars" reflects the poet′s anguish over the colonial reality of Korea in the later stages of the Japanese occupation, especially regarding the forced adoption of Japanese names in 1939. The poet Yoon himself registered at Yonhi College with an adopted Japanese name. In the second half of the poem, the speaker alludes to this historical fact when he confesses that "On a hill lit by myriads of stars / I spelled my name / And covered it over with dirt," and that he "laments (his) shameful name." In the simile of the last stanza, the speaker continues to allude to the "buried" name: "But past winter, come spring to my star, / As green grass sprouts on a grave mound, / So will it spread with pride / On the hill where my name is buried." The longing and the yearning, expressed so simply and in child-like manner in the first half of the poem, become in the second half an urgent need for something that should have been but cannot be, and yet will be in the future-for a world that should be, now lost but to be regained. The poem contains the poet′s earnest belief that the inherited Korean names that were then so shamefully taken away will one day be recovered. It is almost impossible to find any other work written in Korean (despite the most suppressive measures against the use of the Korean language) that also alludes to the adoption of Japanese names. In this respect, "One Night, Counting the Stars" has a unique value in the history of modem Korean literature.
