기존 개인정보보호관련 법은 공공과 민간으로 개별화된 체계로 인하여 헌법기관, 오프라인 사업자, 비영리기관등은 관련법이 부재함에 따라 법 적용의 사각지대라는 커다란 허점을 드러냈다. 또한, 개별 법 사이의 보호원칙, 처리기준 및 추진체계가 상이하여 법의 보호를 받는 국민들에게 혼란을 주기도 한다. 본 논문은 신규 제정되어 2011년 9월 발효가 예정되어 있는 개인정보보호법(안)을 기준으로 기업이 개인정보보호 수준을 스스로 측정할 수 있는 지표를 만드는 것에 목표를 두고 있다.

This study aimed to improve mothers' knowledge, attitude, and practice of home safety. The study subjects were 146 mothers who were randomly assigned to either the intervention or control group. The intervention group received a Home Safety program at a childcare center for 90 minutes once a week for 5 sessions, while the control group received no treatment. The scores of the mothers in the intervention group were significantly increased compared to those in the control group after the five-week program. The mothers' safety practice lasted for at least two weeks after the termination of this program.

A new driving waveform was proposed to reduce the cost in PDP-TV based on Vt close curve by eliminating the common (X) board under the conventional 42-inch panel structure. Due to the serious misfiring problem during a sustain-period when applying the new driving waveform, the wall voltage was measured and analyzed after the reset-period using Vt close curve. As a result of adopting the proposed driving waveform designed using Vt close curve analysis, the cost of PDP module could reduce compared with the conventional PDP module without any misfiring discharge.

In this paper, collision avoidance of two robots working in a common workspace is described. The workspace for a two robot system is defined and classified. JCM (Joint Constraint Map) is designed which shows the region of joint values that must be avoided for collision free motion, and application of the JCM is studied.

A reliable fault type identification (phase selection) plays a very important role in transmission line protection, particularly in Extra High Voltage(EHV) networks. The conventional fault type identification algorithm used the phase difference between positive and negative sequence current excluding load current. But, it is difficult to pick out only fault current since we can not know when a fault occurs and identify the fault type in weak-infeed conditions that dominate zero-sequence current in phase current. The proposed algorithm can identify the accurately fault type using the sum of unit vectors which are calculated by positive-sequence votage and negative-sequence voltage.

In this paper, we measured the impedence |Z| and phase angle $\theta$ using the Impedence Analyzer (Hp 4192A). When frequency is varied to produce resonance, the curves(admittance diagram) are obtained. The resonant frequency is obtained also. We analyzed the operating characteristics of quartz crystal coated with sensitive LB films. That is the size of circle in the admittance diagram is decreased as to coat sensitive LB films on the quartz crystal. The resonant frequency and resistance is changed with coating on the surface.

장대레일 궤도의 부동구간에서 발생되는 과도한 축력은 혹서기 궤도의 좌굴을 유발시켜 주행하는 열차의 안정성을 위협할 수 있다. 궤도 제원을 제외한 압축응력과 관련된 레일온도 인자, 궤도 강성과 관련된 도상저항력, 궤도의 초기결함인 궤도틀림과 같은 인자들은 기후조건, 궤도 운영조건, 유지관리조건 등에 의해 임의적으로 변동되는 불확실성이 높은 궤도 매개변수이다. 그러므로 장대레일 궤도의 좌굴은 불확실성이 높은 현상임을 알 수 있다. 따라서 궤도 매개변수들의 불확실성 및 임의성을 합리적으로 고려하기 위해서는 확률론적 접근방법의 적용이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 본 연구진에 의해 개발된 장대레일 궤도의 좌굴확률 평가시스템을 이용하여 장대레일 축력을 산정하기 위한 필수요소인 중립온도의 확률분포 특성에 따른 좌굴 안정성을 분석하였다.
