최근 집중호우나 태풍에 의한 홍수피해가 급증하면서, 댐방류시 하류하천의 홍수범람지역에 대한 가시화 정보가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 남강댐 하류지역을 대상으로 홍수범람지역을 가시화할 수 있는 3차원 GIS 시스템을 개발하였다. 먼저, TextureMaker와 HeightMaker 모듈을 이용하여 NGIS 수치지형도에서 추출한 DEM과 IKONOS 위성영상을 iWorld 엔진에 탑재 가능한 형태로 최적화 하였으며, 홍수분석모형(COSFIM)과 FLDWAV 수리모델을 이용하여 예측한 하천 횡단측선별 실시간 홍수위정보를 기반으로 댐하류 지역에 대한 홍수범람지역을 효과적으로 추출할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 홍수범람 가시화 정보는 실시간 댐운영에 필요한 침수취약지역 파악 및 신속한 홍수재해 대처계획 수립에도 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.

This study attempts to develop the management and control system of water pipe on the footing of database builded by the research on the pipe of water supply equipped over 48.809km within district of Hamyang-up by Hamyang-Gun, and to apply it to the work of self-governing body. And, since the structure and equipment of facilities of underground water supply pipe ate so complex, the maintenance and management of function of facilities are needed for long-term. This study has the purpose to build the database per self-governing body which can be connected with the future NGIS project, and to promote the efficiency of management and control of facilities and equipment.

The aim of this study is propriety review for underground facility surveying on development area of land for housing and efficient management. Because of integration information administration system construction of the nation and development of information technology, construction of Urban information system(UIS) to manage systematically city space is increasingly necessary We manage systematically attribute information for each lot in the development area of land lot housing that it Is connected with NGIS in order to drive gradual computerization of underground facilities and arrange the base of facility management. Review arrangement methods on development area of land for housing makes it to check safety accident of urban and to leading base of urban information. Thus, this study draw the most suitable way through analysis of driving methods and expectation effect from above facts.

Underground facility DB that is constructed by NGIS project need efficient management methodology, because falling-off in quality was worried by confused of existing management affair and management affair of computerization environment. Through analysis of existing management affair, underground facility DB and management system decide that modification/renewal factor of underground facility DB and subject affair Through modification/renewal factor of underground facility DB, developed underground facility DB management methodology using MMS. Result that apply developed management methodology to subject affair, existing affair environment improved to computerization environment and Could improve underground facilities DB authoritativeness.

Recently, As a part of NGIS project, cultural-assets digital map is produced by cultural properties administration and local autonomous entities. Cultural-assets unified GIS(Geographical Information System) is essential to cultural properties managers and other organizations which is executing land related business for appling it at planning stage. With explosive national land developments, it has been obligated to implement surface survey by the cultural properties protection Art(clause 2, Atr 74). In this paper, the author used the district of Sachon city and made 3D terrain model using digital map which is made of It5000 scale. moreover, the author improved to RDBMS(Relational Database Management System) structure and remodeled the existing DB design in detail. The author suggest to realize shape and kind of remains which have 3D information of accuracy and actualization from surface survey to excavation.

Since the first phase of NGIS (National Geographic Information System) project was launched in 1988, various types and spatial database has been produced and updated. With recent developments in the information technology, the application of spatial data has increased in amount as well as in the coverage of the area of interest. There is a need for production and management of a nationwide single continuous digital map. This paper looks into three problems of map edge matching when dealing with such a task : 1) different scales of adjacent maps, 2) different time of capture between adjacent maps, and 3) different responsible organization where map matching has not been peformed along the boundary.

Since enforcement of double entry book-keeping accounting system on 1 January 2007, local government should draw out financial statement for assets and liabilities possessed after due diligence. But, some social infrastructure including underground facilities are difficult to implement entire inspection actually. In this study, we proposed effective approach for assessing assets of local government's social infrastructure such as road, water and sewage, subsidiary facilities etc. using GIS built on local government by NGIS project. Through this, local government ensures correctness and effectiveness of asset inspection as a result of successive establishment of double entry book-keeping accounting system.

The NGIS(National Geographic Information System) project is in its third phase currently. To put the produced data to practical use, central and local governments are trying to implement spatial data warehouse(SDW). In this study, status of local and international SDW(Spatial Data Warehouse) technology were investigated. It has been observed that in Korea it was necessary to shift the focus from management of spatial data to servicing of spatial data to information end users. To that end, the following tasks should be pursued : 1) standardization, 2) automatic ways of linking various legacy administrative information, 3) development of customized middleware for spatial data integration and 4) legal system infra structure.

본 연구는 대구광역시에서 구축하여 운영중인 GIS과 GIS간 On-Line을 통하여 변동된 개체만을 교환하는 자료교환체계의 경제성 평가를 비용편익 분석기법을 이용하여 지역전체 측면과 수치지도의 제작과 유지관리를 수행하는 대구광역시 측면, 시설물 관리 및 활용기관 측면 등 3가지 측면에서 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 지상지하 지형지물들의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 자치단체별로 추진하고 있는 GIS사업들의 효율적인 추진방안을 제시하고, 확산함으로써 NGIS발전에 많은 공헌을 할 수 있을 것으로 간주되며, 공간객체별 실시간 자료교환에 따른 경제성 평가를 실시하고 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.
