학제에 따른 방사선(학)과 학생의 교육만족도 (Education Satisfaction by Students in Department of Radiologic Science according to Educational System)

  • 본 연구는 2015년 04월 08일-06월 18일까지 대전 경상북도지역의 3년제 방사선(학)과 300명, 4년제 방사선학과 300명 총 600명을 대상으로 교육만족도를 평가하였다. 연구결과 3년제보다 4년제 방사선학과 학생들의 교육만족도가 유의하게 높았다(p<0.001). 그리고 남학생과 저학년에서 교육만족도가 높지만 일부 항목에서만 유의하였다(p<0.05, p<0.01,p<0.001). 3년제 방사선(학)과의 교육만족도를 높이기 위해서는 개설과목의 다양성 보다는 새롭고 전문적인 산학협력프로그램을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 더욱 효율적인 방법일 것이다.

19세기 후반 파리에 나타난 이국취미 -봉 마르셰 백화점을 중심으로- (Exotic Tastes Appeared in Paris in the Late 19th Century -Focused on Bon Marche Department Store-)

  • The purpose of this study was to derive exotic products handled by Bon Marche department store, examine characteristics, and reveal the meaning of exotic taste in the 19th century. The research method is literature research centered on original materials of the time, such as old literature related to department stores, and films, newspapers, magazines, and periodicals as well as books and papers. Commercial catalogs and Agenda-Buvard published by Bon Marché were used as visual materials. Results are as follows. Exotic tastes of products of the Bon Marche department store in the late 19th century showed an oriental style centered on Persia, India, China, and Japan. Products from various regions such as Turkey, Spain, Algeria, Tunisia, England, Italy, and Russia were also accepted. These exotic tastes had the following contributions and meanings. First, they expanded items and product development and activated domestic industry through production of imitations and replicas. Second, before the advent of department stores, foreign items that came to Europe were exclusive properties of a few privileged classes. However, in the late 19th century, as the number of consumers who wanted to have a new status higher than themselves increased, exotic products of the Bon Marche department store became the object of desire for material pursuits toward the upper class rather than sentimental fantasies. Third, exotic tastes gradually spread to the public as production of products imitating foreign products became possible industrially with an easy access to them. From this, it can be seen that department stores were mediators of trends and the epicenter of popularizing exotic tastes.

Pattern of Shisha and Cigarette Smoking in the General Population in Malaysia

  • Background: Smoking is a primary risk factor for cancer development. While most research has focused on smoking cigarettes, the increasing popularity of shisha or water pipe smoking has received less attention. This study measured the prevalence and risk factors for shisha and cigarette smoking and related knowledge. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional analytical study was conducted in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Participants aged ${\geq}18years$ were selected from restaurants. Data regarding demographic variables, smoking patterns, and knowledge about shisha smoking were collected in local languages. Logistic regression was performed to assess risk factors. Results: Of 239 participants, 61.9 % were male and 99.2% revealed their smoking status. Some 57.4% were smokers: 50.7% only cigarettes, 5.9% only shisha and 42% both. Mean age of starting cigarette smoking was $17.5{\pm}2.4years$ and for shisha smoking $18.7{\pm}2.0years$. In a univariate model, male gender, age 33-52 years and monthly income > MYR 4,000 increased the risk and unemployment and being a student decreased the risk. In a multivariate model, male gender increased the risk of smoking, while being a student decreased the risk, adjusting for age and income. The perception of shisha being less harmful than cigarettes was present in 14.6% and 7.5% had the opinion that shisha is not harmful at all, while 21.7% said that it is less addictive than cigarettes, 39.7% said that shisha did not contain tar and nicotine, 34.3% said that it did not contain carbon monoxide and 24.3% thought that shisha did not cause health problems. Conclusions: Prevalence of shisha and cigarette smoking is high in the general population in Malaysia and knowledge about shisha smoking is relatively low. The findings of our study might have implications for understanding similarities and differences in incidence of shisha and cigarette smoking in other cultural/geographic regions.

미각 영역별 설색 분석을 이용한 디지털 설진 시스템 개발 (A development of a Digital tongue diagnosis system using the tongue color analysis of the each taste region)

  • 본 논문에서는 미각영역별 색상분석에 의한 새로운 한의학적 설진 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템의 전체 구성은 혀 모양의 영상입력 탬플릿 범위 설정 및 영상획득, 미각영역별 분할, 분할된 영역에 대하여 H-S 히스토그램을 이용한 색상분석 및 이상 유무 판별, 모바일 앱과의 연동으로 구성된다. 혀 영역으로부터 짠맛, 신맛, 단맛, 쓴맛의 네 가지 영역으로 나누어 분할하고, RGB 컬러영상을 HSI 컬러영상으로 변환하였다. 색상분석은 HSI 모델을 이용하였는데, 주변 조도의 영향을 최소화하기 위하여 I(Intensity)값을 제외한 H(Hue)와 S(Saturation) 성분의 히스토그램을 이용하여 색상을 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 이용하여 정상태 히스토그램의 범위를 기준으로 이상 유무를 판별한다. 마지막으로 제안한 알고리즘을 모바일 앱과 연동하여, 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 사용할 수 있는 설진 자가진단 시스템을 제안하였다.

A Review on Camel Milk Composition, Techno-Functional Properties and Processing Constraints

  • Camel milk plays a critical role in the diet of peoples belongs to the semi-arid and arid regions. Since prehistoric times, camel milk marketing was limited due to lacking the processing facilities in the camel-rearing areas, nomads practiced the self-consumption of raw and fermented camel milk. A better understanding of the techno-functional properties of camel milk is required for product improvement to address market and customer needs. Despite the superior nutraceutical and health promoting potential, limited camel dairy products are available compared to other bovines. It is a challenging impetus for the dairy industry to provide diversified camel dairy products to consumers with superior nutritional and functional qualities. The physicochemical behavior and characteristics of camel milk is different than the bovine milk, which poses processing and technological challenges. Traditionally camel milk is only processed into various fermented and non-fermented products; however, the production of commercially important dairy products (cheese, butter, yogurt, and milk powder) from camel milk still needs to be processed successfully. Therefore, the industrial processing and transformation of camel milk into various products, including fermented dairy products, pasteurized milk, milk powder, cheese, and other products, require the development of new technologies based on applied research. This review highlights camel milk's processing constraints and techno-functional properties while presenting the challenges associated with processing the milk into various dairy products. Future research directions to improve product quality have also been discussed.

상백피(桑白皮)의 항알레르기성 효과 (Anti-allergic effect of Cortex Mori)

  • Moraceae comprise a large family of sixty genera and neary 1,400 specieses, including important groups such as Artocarpus, Morus, and Ficus. In particular, Morus(mulberry) is a small genus of tree and shrubs found in temperate and subtropical regions of the Northern hemishere and has been widely cultivated in China and Korea, In addition, the root bark of mulberry tree have been used as an antiphlogic, diuretic, and expectorant in white medicine, and the crude drug is known as "Sangbaikpi" in Korea. Recently, some papers have been published reporting the hypotensive effect, antiviral effect, antifungal effect, inhibitory effect of cAMP-phosphodiesterase, and anticancer effect of this extract. Little is known about that Cortex mori could have been an antiallergic effect. The purpose of this study was the development of an antiallergic agent with an antiallergic effect from Cortex mori. For this, several in vivo and in vitro experimental models were used. Results are 1) Cortex mori inhibited the compound 48/80-induced degranu-lation, histamine release and calcium uptake of rat peritoneal mast cells, 2) compound 48/80-induced anaphylactic shock and cutaneous reaction were significantly inhibited by pretreatment of Cortex mori, and 3) Cortex mori inhibited the ovalbumin-induced late astmatic reaction. From the above results it is suggested that Cortex mori has some substances with an antiallergic activity. Our final purpose of this study is to develope the new drug with an antiallergic activity from Cortex mori

문화산업의 서울, 부천시 비교 접근방법연구 (A Study on Regional Approaches in Seoul city & Bucheon city of the Culture Industry)

  • 본 논문에서는 문화산업이 국가경쟁력의 새로운 척도로 부각되는 가운데 국가단위에서 지역도시단위로 옮아가고 있고 지역 특성화 방안으로 문화산업 즉, 엔터테인먼트산업에 대한 지역 및 주민의 요구가 크고 다양하게 증대되고 있다. 문화산업의 도시별 차이점을 고찰함으로서 대 . 중소도시별 상관관계와 문화산업의 접근방법에 따른 이해와 이용의 차이를 분석하였고 대도시와 중소도시에 따른 변화나 문화정책도 연구목적으로 하였다. 연구결과에서 첫째, 문화가 변화함에 따라 문화산업이 변화하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 여건에 따라 도시별 차이점을 발견할 수 있었는데 대도시에선 대중문화 부상이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며 중소도시에서는 대중문화 부상이 영향을 미치고 있으나 문화생활화도 중요시됨을 도출 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 경제적인 여건에 따라 도시별 차이점을 발견할 수 있었는데 대도시에선 문화유통체계다양화와 문화상품화, 문화클러스터화가 고루 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며 중소도시에서는 문화유통체계다양화와 문화상품화가 영향을 미치고 있으나 문화 클러스터화에 대해 영향을 못 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

문화적 유사성이 의료관광산업에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Cultural Similarity Effects on the Industry of Medical Tourism)

  • Purpose - With the worldwide aging problem and the development of globalization, customers prefer to seek affordable medical services with the higher quality overseas. This new trend has urged some destination countries to improve their services for the more competitive advantages over other countries. Literature research indicate that medical quality and cost may be the key factors influencing global patients' decisions. In the international environment, however, medical tourism destinations are selected due to cultural similarity between the hosting country and the customers' own country. The more similarity perceived between the two countries leads foreign patients to choose the considering country as the destination for medical tourism. However, little research has been conducted on this topic. Thus, we empirically investigate how cultural similarity influences Chinese medical customers' choice of the destinations. We also consider the factors related to medical competency and travel attribute which might affect customers' decisions along with some moderating roles of disease types. Research design, data, and methodology - We proposed a research model in order to confirm the relations among different variables of cultural similarity, medical competency, travel attractiveness, disease types, and destination choice. The questionnaire survey is processed in the more economically developed regions of China such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Jiangsu. Conditional logit regression is applied to analyze the data of 881. Results - Results indicate that cultural similarity is the important predictor of Chinese customers' decision to select a medical country. However, the effects of cultural similarity vary according to the disease types. We also find that medical competency and travel attractiveness influence their decisions with the moderating role of disease types. Conclusions - Cultural similarity is the important factor that influences Chinese potential medical tourists' decisions to select a destination. Marketing managers should consider the effects of cultural similarity when developing strategies for attracting Chinese medical tourists. Since medical competency and travel attractiveness are still the critical key elements for them to evaluate the destination countries, it is necessary to continuously improve medical service quality and facilities. The results also recommend that medical managers should sharpen their marketing strategies by segmenting Chinese potential customers in terms of disease types.

ROI를 고려한 공개키 암호화 알고리즘 기반 의료영상 디지털 워터마킹 (Digital Watermarking of Medical Image Based on Public Key Encryption Algorithm Considering ROI)

  • 정보통신 기술 및 컴퓨터의 발달로 의료기기의 디지털화가 가능하게 되어 의료 영상 분야에 다양한 활용이 이루어지고 있다. DICOM표준에 따른 PACS의 구축으로 의료 영상의 저장, 데이터베이스 검색 및 네트워크를 통한 원격 진료가 가능하게 됨으로써 의료 영상에 대한 불법복제, 소유권 및 데이터 인증 문제가 야기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무결성 인증을 위하여 공개 키 암호화 알고리즘을 기반한 새로운 의료 영상 디지털 워터마킹 기법을 제안한다. 이는 의료 영상 데이터를 원격으로 전송 후에 발생하는 불법적인 위/변조를 막기 위한 디지털 워터마킹 기법이다. 워터마크는 원 의료 영상을 웨이블릿 변환 후 비트플레인 값을 사용한다. 제안한 방법에서 삽입되는 영역은 ROI(region of interest)를 고려하여 랜덤하게 선택되도록 하고, MD5의 해쉬 함수는-디지털 서명을 생성하기 위하여 비밀 키로 사용한다. 실험 결과 제안한 알고리즘은 영상 처리에서도 워터마크 정보를 검출할 수 있으며 비가시성이 우수하다.

창조계층의 이동에 관한 연구 (Analysis on the Movement of the Creative Class)

  • 창조계층은 전문 지식 및 기술을 가지고 창의적이고 혁신적인 업무에 종사하는 직업군을 뜻하며, 지역의 경제성장에 중요한 역할을 한다는 점에서 많은 관심을 받아 왔다. 이에 지역정부에는 도시의 경제 성장을 위해 창조계층을 유입하기 위한 각종 정책 및 방안들을 제시하고 있으나 실제 창조계층이 이동과 관련된 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 17차 노동패널 자료를 이용하여 창조계층의 이동특성과 이주동기를 분석하여 함의를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 창조계층은 비창조계층에 비하여 이동성이 높았다. 둘째, 창조계층 이동자는 여성보다 남성이, 20대와 30대의 젊은층이, 미혼보다는 기혼자, 전세 등 자가가 아니며, 아파트에 거주하는 이동자가 많았다. 셋째, 창조계층과 비창조계층이 이주 동기에는 차이가 존재하였다. 창조계층의 이주 동기는 주거 요인과 직장 요인이 중요한 역할을 하였다. 특히 비창조계층에 비하여 직장 요인이 더 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 인간관계, 편의시설 등의 변수는 창조계층의 이동에 중요한 영향을 주지 않았다.
