Although the use of NC machine is increasing in modern industry, unfamiliarities of the NC program syntax do not allow us to program it easily. So, automatic programming systems, such as APT, COMPACT, CL, were developed to help the uninitiated to write NC program easily. In this research, Korean Automatic Programming System for 2-axis NC lathe is developed, by which NC program is easily programmed using Korean letters. In addition, Graphic Debugger for 2-axis NC lathe is developed for debugging the NC program error and animating the cutting process. The above systems are run on the IBM-PC/XT.

The purpose of this study is to examine closely effect that YKS used to atopic dermatitis disease patient get in atopy eruption control experimentally. We analyzed the expression of IgE, IL-6, IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13's level in serum, and IFN-${\gamma}'$ production by YKS extract. We also analyzed YKS extract get to NC/Nga mice's skin establishment analyzes neck-back skin after biopsy, and H&E method measured about epidermis and dermis part in comparison with control group. In this research YKS extract as treatment result to a NC/Nga mice, IgE and IL-6 content in serum decreased remarkably than control group. And decreased than result control group which measure IL-4, IL-5, IL-13's level in serum, and IFN-${\gamma}'$ production secreted in Th1 cell displayed increase by YKS extract. IL-4 and IFN-${\gamma}'s$ gene revelation amount displayed marked decrease than control group in result that observe effect that get in skin of a NC/Nga mice. Also, In culture supernatant which cultivate for 14 day after separate skin cell, IL-13 and IL-6 production decreased than control group. YKS extract get to NC/Nga mice's skin establishment analyzes neck-back skin after biopsy, and dye by H&E method decreased about epidermis and inflammation of dermis part remarkably than control group. These results suggest that Th1 cell and Th2 cell observe to be shifted by secretion amount of IL-4 and IFN-$\gamma$ by YKS extract could know that YKS extract can use usefully in allergy autoimmune disease.

This study was conducted to examine the hypoglycemic effects of complexcity extract(DB 55) from five oriental medicinal plants on the intake of food, body weight, blood glucose level, insulin content, serum GOP, GPT, BUN and hematocrit value in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats. General nutritional composition was also assessed. Thirty- five male Sprague-Dawley rats were assigned to five groups : normal control group(NC), STZ-diabetic control group (STZ-control), STZ-diabetic DB-1 group(DB 55-1), STZ-diabetic DB-2 group(DB 55-2) and STZ-diabetic DB-3 group(DB 55-3). The animals were fed an experimental diet for 12 weeks. Body weight gain of the STZ-diabetic group was significantly lower but diet intake was significantly higher than the NC group. Blood glucose levels of the DB-1, DB-2 and DB-3 rats were significantly lower than the STZ-control animals. Insulin level of STZ-control rats was lower than the NC serum GOT, GPT and BUN levels were significantly higher in the NC group, but hematocrit value was not significant as compare to the STZ-diabetic group. Blood glucose level was lower observed for the DB 55-1, DB 55-2 and DB 55-3 group. The results will be useful in oriental diet therapy and in the developing functional food resources.

NC controller parameters are fixed when the controller is combined with a machine. However, the characteristics of controller could be changed as it has being used by the machine or other environmental conditions. Ultimately, it results in tool positioning accuracy changing. The loading torque in servo motor also influences on the positioning accuracy. This study focus on a measuring and analysing method for verifying the angular positioning accuracy of NC servo motor. We used a high resolution A/D converter for acquiring analogue signal of rotary encoder in servo motor. Generating tool path by the combination of axial movements (X,Y,Z) is compared with the encoder signals with the servo motor torque. The current variation signal is also read from the servo motor power using a hall sensor and converted to the motor torque. The method of analysing proposed in this study will be used for determining the gains (tuning) of parameter in NC controller, when the controller is set up at a machine initially or the controller condition is changed during the work.

본 논문에서는 제조업체의 공장자동화 환경을 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 SaaS 구축기술을 활용하여 전용 NC포스트프로세서를 웹 환경에서 서비스 받을 수 있도록 융합기술을 적용한 사례를 기술하였다. 개발된 WPS시스템은 기존 소프트웨어 개발방법론인 SPLE을 보완한 SCoD 방법론을 활용하여 안정되고 지속적인 시스템 서비스를 제공하도록 구현하였다. WPS는 범용의 NC포스트프로세서를 사용자 인터페이스와 프로세서 엔진으로 분리하여 각각의 사용자 PC와 클라우드 팜에 설치하고, 이 두 모듈을 네트워크로 연결하는 구조로 설계하였다. WPS는 철판절단 및 금형생산 공정 등에 활용할 수 있도록 현업에서 기능상의 테스트를 완료하였고, 사용자의 편의성을 개선하고 과금을 위한 모듈을 추가하는 등의 보완 작업을 거쳐 상용 서비스를 진행 중에 있다.

본 연구에서는 선반작업에서의 피삭체의 형상을 특징형상(feature)단위로 정 의하였고, 이 특징형상을 이용하여 형상정의를 수행한 후 가공순서 및 가공조건을 대 화형식으로 입력하면 공구위치 데이터(CL data)를 자동으로 산출하고 이를 기계제어데 이터(MC data)로 변화시켜 주는 NC선반가공 프로그래밍시스템 FeaTURN (Feature-based TURNing system)을 개발하였다.

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of crude saponin fracton from Korean red ginseng on physiological events of ovariectomized rats. The saponin fractions was prepared by Diaion HP-20 adsorption chromatography and spirit. Total 50 rats were divided into 5 groups : normal control (NC), sham-ovariectomized (SO), ovariectomized (OR), ovariectomized and saponin treated (OS), and normal control treated with saponin (NS). Saponin was intraperitonally administered for 8 weeks. Ovariectomy was carried out at 1 st and 2nd weeks of experiment. Right-side ovary of rat was removed at 1st week, the otehr was done at 2nd week. The body weights fo ovariectomized rats showed no significant changes but that of NS group showed significant increase (p<0.05) compared with NC group. Ovariectomy of rats reduced the weights of femur by 6 to 8% compared with that of NC group. In addition, femur weight of NS group was 5 to 6% higher than that of NC. Uterus weight showed no significant differences by saponin treatment or ovariectomy. Serum testosterone level of ovariectomized rats increased by 60 times compared with that of NC. However, administration of crude saponin to ovariectomized rat attenuated testosterone level to almost that of NC. These results suggest that Korean red ginseng saponin attenuates physiological disorders induced by malfunction of ovary.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Gupoongjeseuptang (GPJST) on atopic dermatitis by in vivo experiment using NC/Nga atopic dermatitis mouse, which has histological and clinical similarities to the atopic dermatitis of human. Methods : To investigate the effect of GPJST on atopic dermatifis, we evaluated atopic dermatitis-like skin lesions by clinical skin index and analyzed immunological parameters in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), splenocytes, draining lymph node (DLN) and performed skin histology in ears and dorsal skin of atopic dermatitis-like skin NC/Nga mouse in vivo. Results : In vivo, clinical skin severity score were significantly lower in GPJST group than control group. IgE, IL-6, $TNF-{\alpha}$, IgG1, IgM, IgG2a and IgG2b levels in serum decreased remarkably in GPJST group than control group. Also, total absolute number of $CD3^+CD69^+$, and $CCR3^+$ cells recovered as normal in PBMCs and $CD3^+$, $CD3^+CD69^+$ decreased significantly compared with control group in isolated DLN from NC/Nga mouse and total absolute number of $CD11b^+Gr-1^+$, $CCR3^+CD3^+$ in dorsal skin of NC/Nga mouse decreased by GPJST. We analyzed ear and neck-back skin after biopsy and dyeing by hematoxyline/eosin (H&E) and toluidine staining (mast cells marker) and obtained results that GPJST are very effective to histological symptoms (dermal and epidermal thickening, hyperkeratosis and inflammatory cell (CD4, $CCR3^+$) infiltration). Conclusions : This study demonstrates immunological activity of GPJST on atopic dermatitis-like model mice.

STEP-NC는 차세대 수치제어 장치의 인터페이스 표준 제정 및 새 표준을 기반으로 한 지능적인 고성능 수치제어 장치의 개발을 목표로 한다. 차세대 수치제어 장치의 인터페이스 표준제정은 ISO TC184/SC1/WG7에서 ISO 14649라는 이름으로 수행하고 있으며, 여기에는 밀링, 선반, EDM, 그라인딩 등 수치제어를 사용할 수 있는 전 공정을 대상으로 한 수치제어 장치의 인터페이스 표준을 제정 중에 있고 현재는 밀링 공정을 위한 데이터 모델이 CD 또는 DIS 버전으로 개발되어 있다.

The solution of problems in the automation of mold manufacturing process are high speed and resolution. To catch two problems at once, digital servo system will be essential replacing the analog servo system. In this paper, we tried some hardware/software approach including, designing basic structure, modeling of servo actuator, and designing & simulating of velocity & position controller. Finally, we constructed the hardware for 1 axis digital servo controller of NC system. As a result we obtained the design technics of digital servo systems for high speed NC system.
