개인방사선측정시스템은 광범위한 에너지의 방사선에 대하여 정확한 개인선량당량을 측정할 수 있어야 하지만 현재 사용중인 선량평가 알고리즘은 ANSI N13.11의 방사선장과 거의 유사한 과학기술부 고시에 명시되어 있는 X-선장을 기준으로 개발되었고 이는 실제 측정이 요구되는 방사선장과 상당한 차이가 있을 수 있다. 방사선작업종사자가 ANSI N13.11의 방사선장과 다른 형태의 방사선에 피폭되었을 경우 좀더 정확한 선량을 평가하기 위하여 한국원자력연구소에 설치되어 있는 단일에너지 X-선장에 $CaSO_4:Dy$ 열형광체를 조사시켜 에너지반응도를 실험적으로 구한 후 두 가지 형태의 알고리즘을 개발하였으며 이를 ANSI N13.11의 연속스펙트럼 X-선장에 기본을 두고 개발한 알고리즘과 비교하였다. 알고리즘 개발 후 ANSI, ISO의 연속 스펙트럼 X-선 및 단일에너지 X-선장과 IAEA/RCA 상호비교시험시 사용되었던 혼합방사선장 및 각도변화 실험데이타를 이용하여 이를 검증하였다. 검증결과 개발된 알고리즘들은 과학기술부 고시에 나타나 있는 X-선장뿐만 아니라 방사선작업환경에서 피폭될 수 있는 다른 종류의 방사선장에서도 매우 정확한 선량평가를 하고 있음을 확인하였다.

Using $6wt%Y_2O_3-2wt%Al_2O_3$ as sintering additives and Si as a raw powder, the continuously porous in-situ $Si_2N_2O-Si_3N_4$ bodies were fabricated by multi-pass extrusion process and their microstructures were investigated depending on the addition of carbon (0-9wt%) in the mixture powder. The introduction of $Si_2N_2O$ fibers observed in the unidirectional continuous pores as well as in the pore-frame regions of the nitrided bodies can be an effective method in increasing the filtration efficiency. In the case of no carbon addition, the network type $Si_2N_2O$ fibers with high aspect ratio appeared in the continuous pores with diameters of 150-200 nm. However, in the case of 9wt% C addition, the fibers were found without any network type and had diameters of 200-250 nm.

This paper deals with some fundamental matters pertaining to estimation of critical quantities associated with continuous processes which are frequently related to the quality rating of the product. Specifically, it examines bounds on estimation and bounds on the estimation error variance. It draws on recent results from the theory of mathematical inequalities and their applications.

In this paper we establish an upper bound for the estimation error variance of a continuous stream with a stationary variogram V which is assumed to be of the r-Holder type (Lipschitzian) on [-d, d]. Functional properties for the mapping ${\xi}(t):=E[(X-X(t))^2]$, $t{\in}[0,d]$, are also given.

By strengthening dichotomy condition and weakening decay conditions, we show that a four term 2n-th order differential operator with unbounded coefficients is nonlimit-point. Using stringent conditions we show that the deficiency index of this operator is determined by the behaviour of the coefficients themselves. Similarly, we prove the absence of singular continuous spectrum and that the absolutely continuous spectrum has multiplicity two.

In this paper, we consider the oscillation second order unstable neutral difference equations with continuous arguments $\Delta^2_{/tau}(\chi(t)-p\chi(t-\sigma))=f(t,\chi(g(t)))$ and obtain some criteria for the bounded solutions of this equation to be oscillatory.
