This research is to understand customer satisfaction with virtual fitting based on a 3D body scanner and avatars as well as differences between avatars and the 'real me'. To this end, this research examined Korean college students to facilitate 3D body scanning, avatar generation and surveys. The author used 3D body scan data with direct measurements to identify differences between the 3D body scan data-based 'my avatar' and 'real me' in the virtual dress fitting system. The survey results on 'the level of customer awareness on 3D body scanner' found that the majority of both genders did not know about it and indicated a lower usability to incorporate IT technology into the fashion industry. The question in the 3D body scanning and avatar found an affirmative attitude. Satisfaction levels on the 3D avatars' similarity with 'own body' and garment fitting were positive and indicated a need for further technological improvements to express the avatars identical to customers' own body. More research is necessary for the accuracy of sizes for 3D body scanning that measure body sizes while wearing clothes. Avatars based on such datamay be less similar to 'own body' and cause customer dissatisfaction. Thus, further technology development is required to narrow gaps using data to make avatars that provide more accurate virtual fitting simulation services to customers.

Open Data is an essential resource for the data industry. 'Act On Promotion Of The Provision And Use Of Public Data', enacted on July 30, 2013, mandates public institutions to manage the quality of Open Data and provide it to the public. Via such a legislation, the legal basis for the public to Open Data is prepared. Furthermore, public institutions are prohibited from developing and providing open data services that are duplicated or similar to those of the private sector, and private start-ups using open data are supported. However, as the demand for Open Data gradually increases, the cases of refusal to provide or interruption of Open Data held by public institutions are also increasing. Accordingly, the 'Open Data Mediation Committee' is established and operated so that the right to use data can be rescued through a simple dispute mediation procedure rather than complicated administrative litigation. The main issues dealt with in dispute settlement so far are usually the rights of third parties, such as open data including personal information, private information such as trade secrets, and copyrights. Plus, non-open data cannot be provided without the consent of the information subject. Rather than processing non-open data into open data through de-identification processing, positive results can be expected if consent is provided through active rights processing of the personal information subject. Not only can the Public Mydata Service be used by the information subject, but Open Data applicants will also be able to secure higher quality Open Data, which will have a positive impact on fostering the private data industry. This study derives a plan to establish a rights processing platform to enhance the usability of Open Data, including private information such as personal information, trade secrets, and copyright, which have become an issue when providing Open Data since 2014. With that, the proposals in this study are expected to serve as a stepping stone to revitalize private start-ups through the use of wide Open Data and improve public convenience through Public MyData services of information subjects.

Traditional patterns of Korea vary greatly and have excellent value in terms of artistic merit. Nevertheless because there are not enough the research and development of them, traditional patterns of Korea are not yet recognized in internationally aesthetic value. Therefore the development of designs modernizing traditional patterns of Korea is urgently needed. In this study, I chose Four gracious plants as the subject materials of textile design development. Before everything I examined data of Four gracious plants expressed on Blue and white porcelain. And I chose data that are suitable to express modern image among them. I set my face to develop the textile design of Korean images by adding modern scenes with them. Also, I were trying to make fashion products like muffler and tie by using techniques such as burn out, crayon dying and spray dyeing.

As the Restaurant industry is growing rapidly. The demand for an effortless POS (Point Of Sale) system which can make management easy is increasing. So, the purpose of this study is to digitalise the growing industry of restaurants and its consumers by utilizing cross-platform development. Crossplatform development frameworks provide great opportunities to solve the issues of handling ubiquitous devices with minimum efforts to reduce the cost and increase the stability, accessibility of the end consumers. By availing those opportunities, an Integrated POS system with cross platform is proposed. This integrated cross-platform POS system is originally designed for a single restaurant managed by its own private cloud server. This research solves the 2 major problems. One of them is the accessibility of the system on modern devices without even writing platform-specific code with the help of cross-platform development. This included web, mobile, desktops & tablets at the same time with the same codebase. Second one is handling data consistency with ubiquitous devices with the help of cloud infrastructure to make data safe and consistent more than ever. In the Development of this system Dart will be used as the primary programming language for cross-platform development. On the Cloud server system apache will be used as the web server and PHP as server side language. System will be using MySQL as the database server.

Purpose - The beauty salon industry is a highly competitive market. Every beauty salon shop aims to keep its customers satisfied and hopes that they will revisit several times. Hence, this paper investigates the key factors affecting the repurchase intention of consumers in the beauty salon industry in Taiwan. Research design, data, and methodology - We first use the content analysis of free-response narratives from beauticians to classify the key factors objectively and develop the questionnaire accordingly. We then distribute the questionnaire to 130 beauty salon consumers to complete the questionnaire. Next, the Grey Relation Analysis is employed to identify the key factors that affect the repurchase intention of consumers in the beauty salon industry. Results - From the perspectives of the beauty salon customers, the factors affecting the repurchase intention of consumers are (1) obvious treatment results, (2) the treatment space considers personal privacy, (3) the offer of promotional prices for treatment/product trials, and (4) the product knowledge of the beauticians. From the perspectives of the beauticians, the factors include (1) the treatment space is well-designed and makes the customers feel relaxed, (2) enhancement of the customer relationship, (3) the treatment space considers personal privacy, and (4) the positive service attitude of the beauticians. Conclusions - We analyze all the key factors and offer some suggestions as a conclusion.

The purpose of this study is to find out how those taking early childhood preservice teachers experience their learning through learner-centered education and the meaning given by such experiences to grasp their values. Especially, to look into experiences of learning the project approach theory studied and directly experienced, which is one of the early childhood educational approach methods, data on participatory observation, personal interviews, personal reflective journals, activity reports and ect. were collected and analyzed by the current writer, who fully participated in the class. The meaning of early childhood preservice teacher'experiences in the project approach was analyzed from the two aspects of 'my' learning activities and 'teacher's teaching activities. In the aspect of 'my' learning activities, they got indulged through purposeful practices in the process of tackling problems that originated from personal interest and wanted to share the joy of learning they'd had with others. Aware of themselves as doers of behavior and thinking, they were found to be able to focus an 'my' own learning activities based on these learning experiences of theirs. In the aspect of 'teacher's teaching activities, project theories and practices done at the same time helped them internalize the project and they learned possible changes ign the project by experiencing actual cases. To sum up, the project approach has its meaning in that it not only helps teachers learn theoretical knowledge but also have reflective thinking through their experiences as doers of learning and form practical knowledge. Accordingly, it indicates th need for intensive discussion on the project approach as a way to educate pre-teachers or current ones.

This paper is discussed on the prospects of packaging industry and technologies of Japan for comming 21th century. It is clear that packaging industry depends on living style and social mechanizms. A trends of numerical consumption, amounts of money and composisition of packaging materials are one of a measure of development of packaging industry. Total consumption of packaging materials in Japan of 1965, 1980 and 1993 were $6,344.5{\times}10^3,\;15,898.7{\times}10^3\;and\;21,603.3{\times}10^3$ tons respectively and also, shipping money of packaging materials were $7,073{\times}10^{11},\;45,421{\times}10^{11}\;and\;63,902{\times}10^{11}$ yen, respectively. It is estimated from these data that the packaging industry is also increasing in future according of GNP of country. Compositions of packaging materials from 1965 to 1993, however, are somewhat changing according to development of new materials or social conditions such as platics packaging or wooden packaging materials. Technical forcasts of packaging industry are shown from view point of national living style, energy and resorces as well as environment of world based on forcasting committee of pulp & paper in Japan, report of research committee for the 21th packaging in JPI and materials of symposium in Kanagawa University in this paper. As a my conclusion, many functional packaging materials shall be developed in the future and accordingly Life Cycle Assesment plays a important role of packaging fields. Furthermore, I am estimating in future the new cellulosic materials such as nonwood fiber resources instead of paper, board, wooden containers and a part of plastic packaging materials shall be developed. Recent development of IT industry including smart phones and communication technologies has resulted in rapid growth of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and relevant markets. The access to IoT is becoming easier thanks to the boards and IoT products, such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi. Large-scale business sites use IoT technology to manage inventories, but small-scale business sites do not. In the present study, We ported Linux-based Raspbian to Raspberry Pi, It utilizes web server communication to control the Arduino through the application We used a color sensor to figure out the kind of inventory. We also built a database using MySQL to store the data. We used raspberry pi to check whether the proposed system works and apply it to small-scale business.

Now is the time for web-based video e-mail system because of world wide use of internet. But video data is so large, then data compression is much needed for transmission by web. In this paper, my colleagues and I implement full motion video e-mail system using MPEG-4, the international standards for audio-visual data. This video e-mail system is made of web-based active-X control, so easily accessible by web, and applies real-time audio-video compression. It's possible for everyone to send video e-mail for free to everywhere in the world if this system is used. The main application areas of this system are multimedia mailing service, web-based video advertisement, remote education, remote medical service and shopping mall construction, etc.

Today, there is increasing the elderly population in rural community, and people of returning from the urban to the rural community are demand to be of high value-added agriculture. In this time, there are required to regularization, standardization, automation, for getting of production of high value crops. In this paper, we are study for automation cultivation control system design for produce high-value crops. this system were designed of two parts that one part is measure and control unit, another part is server part for database and server side control. the main controller for measurement and control is used MC9S08AW60, server for Database and server-side control was using MySQL with CentOS. The source code of control program was coding C and compile with GCC. the functions of measurement and control unit are digital input and output each 8channels and can be scan-able of 20 Bit with 2CH/Sec. Analog Output were designed that can be output of 4-20mA or 0-5V on 4channel. The Digital input and output part were designed 8-channel, and using the high speed photo coupler and relays. We showed that system is possible to measure a 20bit data width, 2Ch/sec as 8 channel analog signals.
