The purpose of this study was to identify ways in which to improve assistance of reading culture promotion for reading disables in Busan Metropolitan City. The research conducted a survey on reading culture promotion works which were conducted through related public institutions, private organizations and facilities for disadvantaged class, including public libraries. This study analyzed the situations in Busan. The Results indicated promotional strategies are needed in reading culture for the handicapped. This study suggest ways in which to improve assistance through analytical research which are models of mutual cooperation for reading culture promotion in Busan.

Purpose - This Study aims to promote technology transfer commercialization and ultimately make contribution towards enhancement of the success rate of commercialization of technology transfer at national level by deducing the factors that impart influence on the negotiation at the time of technology trading between the seller and buyer of technology of public research institutions subjected to transfer and sales. Research design, data and methodology - This Study deduced 5 research hypotheses through preceding researches related to technology transfer commercialization related technology marketing for technology trading negotiation. This Study was conducted by verifying the hypotheses through multiple regression analysis. Results - As the result of the Study, the research hypothesis H1, 'Promotion of commercialization of technology transfer trading will be affected in accordance with the innate characteristic factors of the technology', and H5, 'Promotion of commercialization of technology transfer trading will be affected in accordance with the mutual factors of the parties of the technology trading', among the 5 research hypotheses were chosen. Conclusions - It was found that the technology seller must be able to demonstrate technological value of the technology being sold in order to successfully conclude technology transfer trading negotiation and mutual understanding and harmonious communication between the parties.

Daesoonjinrihoe perceives that human suffering is caused not only by mental factors but also by the cosmic principle of Mutual Overcoming more fundamentally. The relationship influenced among all things in the universe is Mutual Beneficence and Mutual Overcoming. If these relations are properly cooperated in harmony, all things will reveal their energetic existence in a balanced state, however, if one side, particularly, Mutual Overcoming becomes excessive, indeed, it will cause trouble. That is, the sentient beings that are inclined to excessive Mutual Overcoming rather than indispensable Mutual Overcoming make grievances among themselves and cumulate them. In the end, heaven and earth lose its constant Way[常道], leading the sentient beings to all kinds of agonies. However, it may be a problem if every agony is depicted with Mutual Overcoming, that is, one single fixed frame, because Mutual Overcoming has to be interpreted diversely according to the circumstances. Thus, it is not possible to explain precisely about the agony if not understanding its spectrum. This study analyzed the ways how Daesoonjinrihoe explains the aspects of reasons and solutions to a variety of agonies. In the Supreme Scripture of Daesoonjinrihoe, the reasons for agony vary: first, it is caused by Mutual Overcoming of the cosmos itself, which is irrelevant to human beings. Secondly, man can be victimized because of Mutual Overcoming caused by man. Thirdly, there is a case of a victim who is damaged due to Mutual Overcoming caused by the other. Fourthly, man can be victimized because of Mutual Overcoming caused by someone else's unintended deeds. Fifthly, there is a case of man having agony in return when he, as a perpetrator, hurt others or resolve his inappropriate desires. Sixthly, man's deed unintendedly became a sin and have agony in return. Seventhly, man can be a self-perpetrator, conceiving vain desire, obsession and grievance. Eightly, there is a case of man having agony during enforcement of the law or practice of justice. Ninthly, man needs to endure agony during self-cultivation, enacting Reordering of the Universe(天地公事), ritual practice, promotion of fortune, and test. However, it is important to make sure that the reason for agony can interact with not only one but also diverse models in real situation. These nine models are included in the category of Mutual Overcoming; but, these cannot be classified in a single term, Mutual Overcoming because much information will be hidden, only to make it difficult to explain about agony more precisely. There are some characteristic observed in the concept of agony in Daesoonjinrihoe as follows: first, reasons for agony are caused by Mutual Overcoming although Mutual Overcoming can be interpreted differently according to the circumstances. Secondly, Daesoonjinrihoe makes a positive valuation for some agony. Thirdly, the solution to overcome a agony is brought to a conclusion, that is cultivation practice of Daesoonjinrihoe. Fourthly, the experience of agony and solution in Daesoonjinrihoe sometimes lie in the unit of family beyond individual. Fifthly, in the painful situation resulted from vain desire and obsession, Daesoonjinrihoe suggests a solution called Mutual Beneficence. That is, it emphasizes not only self-control but also active practice of considering others.

Purpose - This paper aims to analyze and investigate to find out the appropriate ways to make an easy TBT of smart city. It is an important issue between Korea and China because TBT of smart city has lots of advantages in IT, S/W, IOT, and Home network. Research design, data and methodology - First, the paper made use of reviewing2nd data analysis and focused on group interview, and then compared with analysis on the international rule and system such as smart city system, technical regulation, and standard through test certification procedure and inspection. Second, this paper reviewed electric/electronic test, certification, and calibration. Third, through analyzing MRA between Korea and china, the paper focused on SDoC, Mutual Acceptance of International certification, and IECCB scheme. Results - Through the comparison and analysis, this paper found that it is important to promote multi-track agreements with the countries that need short-term promotion. Moreover, it is necessary to conclude an agreement with the leading countries in Middle East and Central America. Conclusions - Through the above the reviews and analysis, we can see the importance of promotion in FTA and MRA with the efforts to remove the obstacles and promote to make an easy TBT by MRA between Korea and China.

For studying on the actual condition of the oral health control of the old there were invastigations on the Questions with the college of the old in Chonbuk as the central figure from June 1 to June 30, 1998 and the analyses about the frequency and the mutual relation through χ²-test. The results are as follow: 1. According to the result of the investigation into the actual condition about the oral health of the old, two times a day in the frequency of tooth brush per day was the highest at the rate of 50.35％, the use of dentifrice was 45.4％, and the exchanging time of tooth-brush after six months was the highest at the rate of 19.7％. And 96.1％ didn't use dental floss and 73.6％ didn't do scaling. It is thought that since 50％ used tooth sticks and match sticks we have to inform the old of the necessity of dental plague and period oral examination. 2. In oral health situation, it showed that the number of people who were very week was the highest at the rate of 37％ and there was the mutual relation between the use of tooth sticks and match sticks and present situation of oral health. And 54.93％ visited the dental clinic wethin a year, and 22.3％ among them made full denture. There was the mutual relation between the visit of dental clinic within a year and the consultation content and the number of people who teld that the consultation expense was very expensive was the higest at the rate of 27.8％ and 87％ didn't experience the oral education. So it is thought that we have to make an systematic education about the oral to the old and inform them of the necessity of oral health control. 3. We think it needs the establishment and plane of the systematic basis material and the oral education which is necessary in oral public industry for the dental preventive suitable to the characteristic of the old.

The concept of intergenerational and intercultural approaches in education and learning are changing nowadays. Intergenerational approach in the third age education and learning programs can be defined as planned activities that link various generations with the goal of exchanging knowledge, experiences and receiving mutual benefits. The goal is to connect people by using mutually beneficial activities that encourage understanding, cooperation and respect between generations, as well as contribute to the society. Intercultural approach in the third age education is connected with activities that link people of various cultures aimed at receiving mutual benefits. This paper discusses the development of third age education in Saint Petersburg, Russia and shows how the intercultural and intergenerational approaches are used in this type of education. The third age universities in Saint Petersburg do not have a lot of experience in this. In the article examples of the using intercultural and intergenerational approaches in the third age education are showed.

Proposed model has mutual supplemented function module which compensate mutual profit between parent company and employee company.

This study suggested the environmental components for open space in a healing environment based on the social support approach for integrating and enhancing users' activities and interactions. The physical environments of the open space in healing facilities should be suggested by social support design and support the interactions of various users. Particularly architectural environment conditions should reinforce the contribution to the revitalization of medical facilities based on improving the healing effect of patients through mutual exchange of users. The open space environment conditions influence users' healing process with physical design factors and users' interactions, and the flexible environments based on the social support that is crucial for circulation and mutual exchange of users. The open space transformation, integration of technology, and wayfinding system with color and signage also allow users to improve the space experience and easy access. The environmental components of open space design should include easy access for user inflow, flexible layout for comfort, access to outdoor spaces, integration of warm color schemes for relaxation, personalization of spaces with artwork, and visual interest through the use of textures and materials.

This research was to analyze information network which contributed Anyang Venture Valley's development. And mutual communication between regional innovated companies was the essential factor of this growth. Anyang city with its Knowledge Industry Promotion Agency, KIPA, has first set up communication network, facility and other structures to create basis of communication. For that, they were able to operate various networking and promotion of communication which led to the enforcement of regional innovation in venture businesses. During its innovation, KIPA played a key role as a link between regional Innovated companies, which enabled active interactions between them. Government can verify significance of establishing network base with mediation function for lively communication for promoting innovation capability through Anyang Venture Valley's case.
