Purpose - The study aims to substantiate the approaches and principles of forming a model of social and labor relations adequate to the modern conditions of economic development. Research design, data, and methodology - The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of social and labor relations in the labor market of Kazakhstan; describes the current model of labor relations and its basic parameters; determines the external and internal factors; specifically, the influence of the new labor law on its further development in the direction of democratization and the establishment of social partnership as a regulatory institution in the labor relations field. Result - Result is the model of the system of social and labor relations proposed by the author, which allows us to cover the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon, to unite the influence of the external environment and the internal complex of their mutual relations and interdependencies. Conclusion - The creation of an effective model of social and labor relations should proceed from the multifaceted nature of their manifestation. This means that the theoretical and methodological basis for their formation should be a comprehensive approach to solving the problems of transformation and interaction of social and economic components.

In the modern age, as man's demand of energy is continuously grew, tidal becomes one of the sustainable energy sources that have been investigating thoroughly recently. Tidal turbine has proved high potential as a future power-generating device. To effectively capture tidal energy on site, a group of tidal turbines should be used and positioned in some formation with proper size and space so that energy can be absorbed from multiple point. Thus, the turbines together with the flow filed becomes a huge domain, a tidal farm. So, it becomes more convenient if a whole turbine farm is simulated by means of actuator discs since the time and cost for analysis can be reduced. This paper aims to evaluate the operating performance (power efficiency and energy restoration rate), mutual influence (for different longitudinal and lateral spaces), the influence of velocity profiles, turbulence intensity and the far wake characteristic of tidal turbines operating in farm formation. The results of this study help contributing to the present development of tidal turbine as the future potential energy conversion machinery.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of daycare teachers' demographic variables and multicultural variables upon their perception of multicultural families. Daycare teachers' multicultural variables consist of their multicultural family-related education, their perception of single-races and multi-races persons, their acceptance of familial diversity, their cultural capability and the efficacy of multicultural teaching. In conclusion, the study findings show that the multicultural variables seem to have an influence upon teachers' perception of multicultural families. Since the teachers' perception of the multicultural family is important for the shaping of relations between teachers and children from multicultural families and between teachers and females of transnational marriage, the importance of teachers' perceptions of multicultural related variables must be recognized. Therefore, it seems to be necessary to help children from multicultural families improve their adaptability to daycare facilities and for females of transnational marriage to form mutual, cooperative relations with teachers.

If import/export shippers entrust their international logistics activities to forwarders, they can receive good logistics services at a lower cost. Therefore, it is important to form a trading relationship between the export shipper company and the forwarder, and it helps to improve the competitiveness of the company. This study derives factors that an export shipper company forms a transaction relationship with a forwarder, and analyzes the effect of transaction formation factors on transaction continuity. Next, the relationship between export consignment characteristics of export shippers and their influence on transaction formation factors and transaction continuity is identified. As a result of the study, transaction formation factors consisted of price, quality, and companionship, and all factors were found to affect transaction continuity. The characteristics of consignment logistics for shippers are the proportion of consignment, the number of business partners, and the transaction period. The proportion of consignment and the number of business partners affected the price factor, and the number of business partners affected the quality factor. There was no mutual influence between the transaction continuity and the characteristics of the shipper's logistics consignment. Therefore, there is a need for recognition of a relationship that can grow between shippers and logistics companies through consignment transactions rather than subordinate recognition based on fair transactions.

With increasing demands on automatic and high-capability manufacturing, the dynamic performance of machine tools becomes more and more important. In this paper, the correlation between dynamic compliance of the cutting system and the commencing point of chatter vibration in turning is checked by impulse excitation method and cutting tests for some cutting system. The correlation between chucking conditions of workpiece and the commencing point of chatter vibration is clarified, and it is proven that there is a mutual relations between them. Chatter vibration commenced at certain level of dynamic compliance of the cutting system regardless of the kind of the system. It shows the possibility of dynamic performance test of a lathe by means of impulse excitation method.

In the plant EPC project, the procurement work can be considered as the most important part that affects the success or failure of project as it has the closest mutual influence in every execution process of the project. Procurement takes up generally 60% ~ 70% of the entire project budget and the current trend of plant EPC project becoming larger in scale and a variety of process technology being applied. So, it is needed to identify the risks that are expected to occur according to the stages of procurement work, namely, proposal stage, manufacturer selection and purchasing agreement stage, expediting the process management of manufacturer stage, inspection stage and logistics & transportation stage. The management of observation and control of the risks should be performed with the response techniques which are 'avoid',' transfer'and' mitigate'.

Pumping performance of large cryosorption pumps of different types installed on the 60 $m^3$ test stand for developing and testing ion sources and beam line components of the NBI system was investigated. Hydrogen adsorption and desorption characteristics of the cryosorption panels were analyzed using the temporal change of the hydrogen spectrum obtained with short introduction of the hydrogen gas as cooling the panel, and simulations on the mutual influence between related parameters were also carried out.

Researches found that the attitude of adult married children played an important role for the satisfaction and stability of the elderly remarriage. Therefore this study focused on the children's perception of the elderly remarriage. The results were as follows: Sex was found to be influential to elderly remarriage. Males were more positive than females. The degree of sex-stereotyping and supporting experience of the elderly parents were found to influence on children's perception. adult children positively perceived elderly remarriage as giving emotional satisfaction mutual-dependence and liveliness or freedom of later life. Meanwile they negatively considered elderly remarriage mainly because of traditional public attitudes toward remarriage difficulties of adaptation with step-familes and financial or legal conflicts. Adult children regarded health character financial independence and children's agreement level as the most considerate factors whereas the elderly the adaptati n among step-family members marital adaptaion and public attitudes toward their remarriage.

최근 공공기관 및 금융권에서는 경쟁력 향상을 위한 정보시스템의 통합으로 프로젝트 규모가 대형화되고 또한, 프로젝트 수가 증가하고 있어 적절한 소프트웨어 프로젝트 관리 방안이 필요하다. 그러나 프로젝트 관리 영역간의 미치는 영향에 대하여 체계적인 연구가 미흡하였다. 따라서 선행 연구를 통하여 프로젝트 관리에 중요한 영역을 도출하였고, 도출된 "범위, 일정, 품질, 인력, 위험"의 각 영역들간의 상호 미치는 영향도의 분석과 각 영역의 진행 상태를 "계획, 실행, 완료" 단계로 구분하여 수행도를 분석하였다. 분석된 영향도와 수행도의 결과를 종합하여 프로젝트 관리 수준을 평가하는 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 IT 분야의 전문가 그룹을 통해 프로젝트 관리 영역들간의 영향 분석이 실증적으로 연구가 이루어졌고, 또한 각 영역의 진행상태를 측정 함으로써 실무적인 측면에서 더욱 체계적이고 균형 잡힌 프로젝트 관리와 감리 수행 시에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The significant role of the national standards has ever been growing as a critical infrastructure of the national competitiveness. Strategic policies for the advancement of the national standards system in Korea are suggested based on the analysis of trends surrounding the national standards at home and abroad. National standards failing in securing international recognition of its technical competence give an adverse effect to the improvement of industry and national welfare. As a most effective way toward the advancement of the national standards system, the national metrology institute should be placed at the top of the national standards system so as to exert its influence with its technical capabilities close to international level. Efforts are to be made to secure international credibility of the national standards through faithful implementation of the requirements of the mutual recognition arrangement(MRA). And, the legal structures should be refined to be in harmony with the global environment.
