The satellite remote sensing data is good in order to grasp the wide natural environment. The purpose of study is that it examines spectral reflection characteristic and vegetation index by the utilization of the plant energy ( chlorophyll ) for examining the reliability of satellite data and grasps the transition of the natural environment using the result. According to result of analysis, there were NDVI and mutual relationship on chlorophyll, and luminance compensation of NDVI was effective for all area. In vegetation transition, there were no luminance compensation and relation, and there was a decrease of vegetation in area in south and north. The reason was a result by the artificial and natural effect. This analysis is an effective method in order to confirm the change of specific vegetation.

This study has been conducted by focusing franchisor's leadership style, franchisee's followership, group-efficacy and their trust in order to achieve positive integration of the franchise system. The key results of empirical examination on the moderating effect of group-efficacy and trust between leadership style proposed by Path-Goal Theory and followership has been found as follows. First, franchisors should be showed their leadership style to fit their mutual business situation. Second, Franchisors and franchisees will be found many ways to increase level of franchisee's group-efficacy. Third, Franchisors will be obtained trust from their own franchisees. These efforts will be given high level of franchisees' trust and group-efficacy. As a result, positive integration of the franchise system will both enhance their competitiveness.

Hybrid girders can be constructed in different geometrical forms and from different materials. Selection of beam's effective constellation represents a complex process considering the variations of geometrical parameters, changes of built in material characteristics and their mutual relations, which has important effect on the behavior of the girder. This paper presents the theoretical and experimental research on behavior of the timber-steel hybrid girders' different geometrical constellation with external prestressing and in different conditions of timber moisture. These researches are based on linear elastic analysis, and further refine by using the plasticity and damage models.

Talk-Back systems comprised of master-equipment at the control room and slave-equipment at turnouts refer to the intercommunication facilities that optimize mutual communication between maintenance staff on trackside and the control room to facilitate quickness and accuracy of train operation control and its maintenance within depot and on mainlines with turnouts for direction switching of the trains in operation. The weakness lies in additional maintenance costs of cables since the Talk-Back system installed on line 1 along with line 2-4 has a profound effect on the voice quality leading to the attenuation and crosstalk of the system due to the deterioration of cables and environmental factors. This paper discusses the Talk-Back system in a radio communication environment with the application of RF(Radio Frequency) communication system from the wire communication system by cables to ameliorate these problems, and deals with the energy saving environmentally friendly facilities in consideration of replacing power section at salve-equipment with solar batteries benefitting the system in light of energy consumption.

본 논문에서는 ITA/EA 기능이 IT거버넌스에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서, 조직에서 ITA/EA가 역할을 하고 있는 몇 가지 기능요인들을 도출하였다. 또한 이 요인들이 IT거버넌스에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 총 223개의 조직에 대한 설문조사를 통한 자료를 통계적으로 분석한 결과, 인프라 체계화, 의사결정 향상 그리고 IT 프로세스 및 지원 기능들이 IT거버넌스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

The main target to do this analysis is to find out the competitiveness between 2 countries(Korea and USA) in the ship business industry. Ever since free from Japanese empire domination of modern history in Korean peninsular, Korea has been strong relationship with USA almost every fields. The purpose of this research is to realize which country is more competitive between 2 country's trade structure. This research conducted for period from 2000 to 2016. Expecting effect is to learn how to improve ship industry for 2 countries. Research method is used by comparative advantage trade theory. Even though Koran government has been accomplishing trade stimulus environment against USA ship industry, it is research limitation that overseas productions both Korean & USA are not available due to company business strategy. From early 50's, every USA industries hold a dominant position so far. Now, Korea is comparative advantage against that of USA in the field of ship industry. Sound competition relationship is good for both 2 countries for mutual benefits. The future prospect is Korea needs export market diversification to enlarge economic growth in the long run.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of institutional mechanisms on customers' trust and continuous purchase intention in open market platforms, The research frame was expanded by setting institutional situations into positive and negative areas in order to examine the relationship between institutional mechanisms and trust in multiple dimensions. The results of this study confirmed that the feedback system, dispute resolution, and intermediary trust factors affect trust in positive areas, and dispute resolution, information security, and intermediary trust affect buyer trust in negative areas. For the relationship between trust and repurchase intention, it was confirmed that if the institutional situation is positive, trust leads to repurchase intention, and in negative areas, trust does not lead to repurchase intention. The results of this study show that institutional mechanisms are a key factor in building trust in online platforms according to institutional circumstances and play a role in offsetting trust in platforms in negative areas.

Paper shows the problems of numerical modeling of nonlinear physical processes of elements stress-strain state of construction are considered. Elastic-plastic environment of homogeneous solid material is investigated. The results of computational experiments of physically nonlinear strain process study of isotropic elements of three-dimensional constructions with a system of one - and doubly periodic spherical cavities under uniaxial compression are presented. The effect and mutual influence of stress concentrators in the form of a spherical cavities, vertically located two cavities and a horizontally located system of two cavities on the strain of construction is studied.

Increasing use of plastics in food packaging materials has led to the issue of food-plastic packaging materials's mutual interactions. Although the plastic packaging materials are generally considered as inert, migration and sorption of fatty materials are some of the problems associated with their use. So, this work investigated the compatibility of three structurally different polymers, polypropylene (PP), polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) and ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) with some structurally different food fats. The main goal was to study the sorption of food fats by the plastic films and to see what extent mechanical properties of the plastic films was affected by plasticization effect due to sorption of fatty materials. PP, PET, and EVOH films was immersed in pure triglycerides, and then extracted with hexane and analyzed for the amounts of fat migrated. The sorbed films were also investigated for change in mechanical properties. Result showed that structural factor of the films and fatty materials plays important role in th migration process. The fat with the simplest structure are migrated more easily that the fat with more complex structure. However, structural effect of migration was varied according to degree of crystallinity and density of plastic films. In addition to that, polarity of plastic film was affected migration of fatty materials significantly. Additional research is needed to justify the reason why migration of fatty materials into the films was affected by polarity and structural integrity.

This study aims to examine the transitional process and its effect of Okcheon Jaesa in Yeonghae, Kyoungbook province. Through various bibliographies and Jaesil building in Yeonghae area, the results of this study are as follows: 1) Okcheon Jaesa was established in early 17th century at latest, since then it had been relocated several times. And it was estimated that it was relocated finally to its current location in 1725. 2) Hwasooroo was constructed in 1753, but it was destroyed by a fire in 1811. It is estimated that it was restored next year and remained so far. 3) The closed feeling of space of courtyard in Okcheon Jaesa is estimated as a result of replacing existing lecture hall into the lecture hall with elevated pavilion. 4) Andong-Kweon family affected on building of jaesil each other among their families through mutual exchange and competition. It is estimated to be the influence of Jipheeam of Mooan-Park family that Okcheon Jaesa was changed to Jaesil with elevated pavilion. Since then, Jaesil with elevated pavilion is estimated to have had effect on building Jaesil with low-columned elevated pavilion in Yeonghae area.
