구형도파관내의 라운드를 갖는 대칭형 인덕티브 아이리스에 대한 두께 보정에 관한 연구 (A study on the thickness correction for symmetrical inductive irises with rounds in rectangular waveguides)

  • The structures of inductive irises are used commonly in waveguide filter, especially at highter frequencyies, due to low loss and high temperature stability. However, the iris thickness can not be neglected, as it could be at the lower frequencies. Approximate models assuming zero thickness fail to predict the exact behavior of the filter. And current thickness correction is introduced which is valid in the case of thick irises only. Account of the effect of round is normally not taken. So the necessity of finding a relation for the two factors-iris thickness and round-arises in the design of waveguide filters. This paper describes a mutual relation that considers the combined effect of finite thickness and round from the start. In order to test the validity of the changed relation, weveral examples are given. And the measured response of each case is then compared with the predicted reponse. And it is shown that the radius is of perceptible influence on the transmission coefficient through a thick iris.

  • A three-dimensional inviscid flow solver has been developed based on unstructured meshes for the simulation of steady and unsteady flowfields around a generic fighter aircraft and for the investigation of the aerodynamic interference between the external stores and the tail surfaces. The flow solver is based on a vertex-centered finite-volume method and an implicit point Gauss-Seidel relaxation scheme. To validate the flow solver, calculations were made for a steady flow and the computed results were compared with experimental data. An unsteady time-accurate computation of the generic fighter aircraft with external stores at transonic flight conditions showed that the external stores cause undesirable vibration on the horizontal tail surface due to the mutual interference between their wake and the horizontal tail surface. It was shown that downward deflection of the trailing edge flap significantly reduces the undesirable interference effect.

  • The effect of manufacturing parameters on friction characteristics of motorcycle break system was studied using a disk-on-pad type friction tester. Such parameters conditions have an effect on the frictional factor such as number of ventilated disk hole, applied load, sliding speed, and sliding distance. However, it is difficult to know the mutual relation of these factors. In this study, the friction characteristics using design of experiment containing 4 elements were investigated for an optimal condition for the best motorcycle break system employing regression analysis method. From this study, the result was shown that the applied load in frictional factors was the most important, next to sliding speed, number of ventilated disk hole.

Thermal Model of High-Speed Spindle Units

  • For the purpose to facilitate development of high-speed spindle units (SUs) running on rolling bearings, we have developed a beam element model, algorithms, and software for computer analysis of thermal characteristics of SUs. The thermal model incorporates a model of heat generation in rolling bearings, a model of heat transfer from bearings, and models for estimation of temperature and temperature deformations of SU elements. We have carried out experimental test and made quantitative evaluation of the effect of operation conditions on friction and thermal characteristics of the SUs of grinding and turning machines of typical structures. It is found out that the operation conditions make stronger effect on SU temperatures when rpm increases. A comparison between the results of analysis and experiment proves their good mutual correspondence and allows us to recommend application of the models and software developed for design and research of high-speed SUs running on rolling bearings.

모터싸이클 브레이크 디스크의 열 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Thermal Analysis of Motorcycle Brake Disk)

  • The effect of frictional factors on thermal stress and deformation volume of motorcycle brake disk was studied by using a disk-on-pad type friction tester. It has an effect on the frictional factor such as applied load, sliding speed, sliding distance and number of ventilated disk hole. However, it is difficult to know the mutual relation of these factors. In this study, thermal stress and deformation volume by using design of experiment with 4 elements were investigated for thermal analysis with regression analysis. Thermal stress and thermal deformation are obtained by the application of temperature from mechanical test. From this study, the result showed that the motorcycle brake disk with ventilated hole 3 had the most excellent thermal stress and deformation volume. The regression equation had a trust rate of 95% for the prediction of thermal stress and deformation volume of motorcycle brake disk was composed.

  • Sheath circulating current is increased as the change of sheath mutual impedance which is caused by imbalance of cable system, and different section length between joint box. If excessive current flows in sheath. sheath loss will be increased and then transmission capacity of underground transmission system is reduced. Accordingly, This paper proposed sheath current reduction device using resistor and reactor and proved the reduction effect of that device using EMTP/ATP. And also in this paper, when transients are occurred at the underground system with reduction device by ground fault and lightning surge. we analyzes transient effect of system variously. From this result. authors establish the protection methods of sheath circulating current reduction device.

  • Long-term relationship in distribution channels has been emphasized in the former researches. But many researches and literatures have not focused on how to achieve and maintain long-term relationship. To achieve and maintain long-term relationship, this study pays attention to the role of trust and commitment. The purpose of this study is explaining the relation between trust and commitment with the mutual perspectives of retailer and supplier. Research results indicate that trust has an effect on commitment, trust has two levels of firm and a responsible person, and perception of partners commitment has an effect on trust in two levels. And it shows that to increase perception of commitment, increasing commitment, quality of communication, satisfaction, reputation, and decreasing opportunistic behavior should be considered.

  • For computer aided design and construction of low noisy power plants, indoor and outdoor noise prediction program has been developed. The program utilizes the predefined data of noise sources and building materials and has the faculty to estimate the source level using the empirical formula in case of the measured data not being available. In the noise prediction, the mutual noise propagation between indoor and outdoor sites are considered. The outdoor noise source in the calculation of geometric divergence effects is modelled as the omni-directional finite line or planar source according to the source geometry and the receiving points. Outdoor noise prediction is carried out to consider the diffraction effect due to plant structures as well as the attenuation effect due to atmospheric absorption and soft ground. The results of indoor and outdoor noise prediction for a recently constructed diesel engine power plant show good agreement with the measured.

미세합금강의 조직이 항복강도와 충격치에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Microstructures on Yield Strength and Impact Properties of a Microalloyed Steel)

  • Several heat treatment were applied to on HSLA steel of type StE47 (German standard) to produce five ferrite microstructures of different strength and at least two different grain sizes respectively. Whereas the ferrite microstructure had a strong influence on yield strength the effect of grain size was negligible. The different strength levels could be explained by regarding the arrangement of dislocations and vanadium carbide particles, and their mutual interaction. Specimens tranformed at $600^{\circ}C$ showed the highest strength levels. In this case precipitation has occured after the $\gamma$- $\alpha$ transformation. Very small VC particles are arranged mostly along dislocation lines. Increasing both, grain size and pearlite volume fraction leads to a remarkable shift of transition temperature which was further enhanced by increasing ferrite strength.

기업 SNS 내 소비자의 상호작용과 몰입이 소비자의 애착에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of the Interaction and Flow of Consumers within the Company SNS on the Consumers' Affection)

  • 본 연구는 기업 SNS 내 소비자의 상호작용과 몰입이 소비자의 애착에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 하여 실증분석을 통해 검증하였으며, 연구결과를 토대로 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콘텐츠 이용 동기 측면과 상호작용성과의 관계를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 상호연대감(가설1-1), 영향력(가설1-2), 연결성(가설1-3), 반응성(가설 1-4) 모두 상호작용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 콘텐츠 이용 동기 측면과 몰입과의 관계는 다음과 같다. 상호연대감(가설2-1), 영향력(가설2-2), 연결성(가설2-3)이 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 반응성(가설 1-4)은 몰입에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 콘텐츠 특성과 상호작용과의 관계는 오락성(가설3-1),정보성(가설 3-2)모두 상호작용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 콘텐츠 특성과 몰입과의 관계를 살펴보면 정보성(가설4-2)만이 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 반면에 오락성은 몰입에 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 상호작용과 몰입 그리고 애착과의 관계는 다음과 같다. 상호작용성과 몰입과의 관계(가설 5)는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타난 반면에 상호작용성(가설6)과 몰입(가설7)은 모두 애착에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 기업 SNS를 이용하는 실무자에게 다양한 시사점과 의의를 제시 하였다.
