The goal of this study was to analyze the demands of parents of an after-school program. In order to do this, we looked at cultural centers and their curriculums. Cultural centers are one of the most popular private education centers for preschoolers, and are used for the operation of special activities. The research was conducted on preschool curriculums of 300 cultural centers, including cultural centers of department stores and supermarkets. The curriculum analysis was conducted for 400 preschool curriculums of three cultural centers, which had the most programs of all. The scope of the curriculum analysis was based on the 3rd Childcare Standard Curriculum for infants and Nuri Curriculum for preschoolers. As a result of the analysis, there were 12,286 programs for infants. The most popular topics for programs were comprehensive activity, physical activity, and music activity. There were 15,310 programs for preschoolers. Physical activity was the most popular topic among them. It was followed by drawing activity and number and operating activity. Analyzing the contents of these programs, we found that 'participating in physical activity' of physical exercise, and 'expressing artistically' of artistic experience were the most popular contents of infants. 'Expressing artistically' of artistic experience and 'control of body and basic exercise' of physical exercise were most popular contents for preschoolers. The results show that parents demand physical activity programs for infants and artistic activity programs for preschoolers. The results of the research should be considered when childcare centers try to make a special after-school program.

This study was attempted in order to understand leisure phenomenon in Korea cultural area through relation of Leisure Activity, Leisure participation motivation, self -efficacy and Subjective well-being. The purpose of this study was to investigate the question that Leisure Phenomenon was studied focus on specific Leisure activity contents such as physical, tour science, though it is an important subject to explore as psychological and cultural. Also it suggested that what was the problem of established studies and what was the directions for future study. Concrete study problem was assumed three issues. (1)General state of leisure activity and leisure motivation in Korea, (2)The correlated relation between each motivation and self-efficacy and (3)The correlated relation between each motivation and Subjective well-being?. Through this, we conducted three results. Frist, the leisure motivation scale was factor analyzed and consequently 2 factors which can be considered as leisure motivation were prescribed. Also through the responded data, leisure activity of university students showed much more passive activity(e.g.,reading, listening music, movie, watching TV, Internet surfing etc.) than positive and physically activity. Second, each motivation was not significant in self-efficacy. Finally, among the motivation, especially emotion and psychological rest motivation was significant in the subjective wellbeing. These findings imply that general understanding about leisure phenomenon can different as the cultural thinking of leisure activity and leisure motivation.

The purpose of this study is to provide academic basic data by identifying the effects of active seniors' online video physical activity on physical self-perception and successful aging. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 10 active seniors in D city were selected, and after receiving consent to participate in online video physical activity, it was divided into pre and post, and from March 14 to April 22, 2022, Kakao Talk group chat was opened to watch online physical activity videos during the 12th session, download 2 videos a week, and exercise from Monday to Friday. To solve the research problem, frequency analysis and paired t-test were conducted using the SPSS Ver20.0 statistical program. As a result, first, as a result of analyzing the pre- and post-tests of physical self-perception through physical activity of active seniors, all of face satisfaction, body satisfaction, change in physical strength, and change in disease increased on average. Second, as a result of pre- and post-analysis of active seniors' successful aging through physical activity, acceptance of others, orientation toward self-fulfillment, self-acceptance, and satisfaction with children increased, but autonomous life and active participation in life decreased. Through these results, in the COVID-19 period, when activities were restricted due to social distancing, active seniors' online video physical activity has a positive effect on physical self-perception and successful aging, and various programs that can be active on their own should be developed in the future.

Shijo (Korean poetic form) is a representative literature genre of a short poem among the literary works of Korea in the late Chosen Dynasty. The format of Sijo is Normal-Shijo in the form of 3 verses, 6 sections and 12 sound, and the lyrics of one Normal-Shijo has within or without 45 words. But Saseol-sijo, a type of Sijo, there is a work that has more than 100 letters due to the number of lyrics were a lot increased. Among those Saseol-sijo there is a work with 'solemn and elegant feeling' borrowing some verses even from Chinese poem, using a lot of Chinese vocabulary, but there are a lot of works with 'salacious and explicit contents'. Literary work, Shijo, is used for lyrics of vocal music as Gagok (a genre of Korean vocal music for mixed female and male voices) and Sijochang, however, there are many cases that the same Sijo poem is used as lyrics of Gagok and Shijo. But those music that use Saseol-sijo as lyrics among Gagok, the vocal music, are mainly songs with 'solemn feeling' rather than 'salacious work'. This study looked into the reason why the Saseol-sijo with 'salacious and explicit contents' are hard to be used as lyrics in Gagok, confirming the fact that most music singing Saseol-sijo among Gagok that are being handed down till now use lyrics with 'solemn and elegant feeling'. The most important thing among those reasons seems to be irregularly increasing lyrics, and in accordance with accompaniment. Gagok accompanys a number of instruments the fixed melody recorded and delivered in score. So it's almost impossible to play unless it depends on the steadily made song melody and accompaniment melody according to the chosen lyrics in advanced. Also, appreciation of literary works is usually made privately through a private reading activity, but Gagok is conducted through public performance in an open space for many people. Especially, it would have been hard to sing a salacious and explicit song gathered together with men and women of different social status in social system and custom of the late of Chosen Dynasty. This study confirmed the fact that folksy and popular character that was praised for literary characteristic of Saseol-sijo can't be easily found from Saseol-sijo that was called Gagok.

This study conducted research on the actual state of community-oriented services for elderly rural inhabitants and their desire related to them to develop a local community service network model suitable to the characteristics of rural longevity villages. The research was conducted on 906 elderly people over 65 living in 20 rural longevity villages through questionnaires assessing filming and economy, economic activity, health care, learning and leisure activities as well as asking their wants and needs relative to local community services. As a result, it was found rural elderly people showed a high desire for local community services such as health, transportation and economy activity. In addition, they were mainly cultivating farm products as their economic activity and showed a high demand in the future as well. Most were found to take a walk in the healthcare field and showed a high demand for health examinations, health education, health consulting, hot spring bathing and basking in the woods. Respecting learning, social and leisure activities, they were mostly found to watch TV and do house chores, and showed a high desire for village environment repair, traditional farm music, visiting and tourism. With the above results, it is expected that the desire of rural elderly for such services can be satisfied, and the development of a local community service network model suitable to the characteristic of a local community is recommended.

This paper identifies the life of Kim Jung Hyun who was so called kisaeng, a beauty and entertainer in modern times and serves as the study considering what kinds of dances she played going through modern times and the significance works in Korea Dance illustrated guide bear in terms of dance history. Kim Jung Yun who was designated as an important intangible cultural asset for her Korean traditional narrative song in the northwestern provinces (Number twenty-nine. designated in 1971) devoted herself to Korean classical music area after having been designated as cultural asset and became a stranger in dance area. However, in Kisaeng call-office, she had been estimated to learn dancing under the great dancer, Lee Jang Sin, and make efforts on dance activity until the early 1960's. Her works derived from such learning and creation activity came to be part of Korea Dance Illustrated Guide. This study aimed at studying Kim Jung Yun in addition to her works who had not received attention so far but worked on positive lines and made a significant accomplishment in modern dance history in order to reveal her importance status in modern dance history.

The global success of PSY's Gangnam Style was mediated through combination of YouTube and SNS. PSY's success led into some communication scholars' consideration of new international circulation of Korean pop culture (Korean Trend 2.0). In terms of global circulation of pop culture, it is noticeable how users appropriate YouTube channel beyond mere watching music videos and mere international circulation of Korean pop culture. The mode of fan's activity and appropriation contributes to the expansion of the width and amplification of the volume of Korean popular culture as well. The circulation of pop culture was considered in the level of exchange of tangible commodities such as CD, DVD, and so on until the adoption of digital media and Internet. YouTube has brought new mode in which the international circulation of pop culture is mediated without exchange of tangible commodities but was amplified with the diffusion of network. This study grasps how the mode of users' appropriation contributes to international circulation of pop culture through case studies of some K-pop music videos and international K-pop fans' tribute activities. In terms of theoretical perspective, fandom studies will be examined. In terms of research method, the researcher adopts netnography, a participatory observation on network, to find the feature of fandom and its contribution to the international circulation of pop cultures.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the frequency and contents of horticultural activities in 696 individual activities listed in 11 teacher's guidebooks of Nuri Curriculum for 5-year-olds, and to find out the perceptions of horticultural activities in the formal curriculum. The target horticultural activities that were selected were those using natural objects like potted plants, water, wind, soil, stones, etc. as the topic or subject of activities, and those with different topics but are mentioning plants or natural objects as an example at least twice. The 150 selected horticultural activities were classified by life-based theme, activity type, activity domain, and medium. As a result of examining horticultural activities by life-based theme, there were 150 horticultural activities (21.55%): 40 in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter (5.75%), 34 in Animals, Plants, and Nature (4.89%), 22 in Environment and Life (3.16%), 19 in Our Country (2.73%), and nine in Our Neighborhood (1.29%), nine in Various Countries of the World (1.29%), four in Health and Safety (0.57%), four in Living tools (0.57%), four in Transportation (0.57%), three in Kindergarten and Friends (0.43%), two in Me and My Family (0.29%; χ²=130.427, p < .001). As a result of examining horticultural activities by activity type, there were 61 free choice activities (40.67%), 80 large and small group activities (53.33%), and nine outdoor play activities (6.00%), indicating that outdoor play was the fewest activity type (χ²=54.040, p < .001). The results of analyzing horticultural activities by activity domain showed that there were 25 in conversation (16.67%), 19 in science (12.50%), 14 in art (9.33%), 14 in cooking (9.33%), 10 in fairy tales (6.00%), nine in music (6.00%), eight in language (5.33%), eight in number operation (5.33%), eight in others (5.33%), six in children's plays (4.0%), six in games (4.0%), four in body and movement (2.67%), three in stacking (2.00%), three in roles (2.00%), three in rhythm (2.00%), two in children's poems (1.33%), two in field experience (1.33%) and one in outside play (0.67%; χ²=87.600, p < .001). As a result of examining the mediums used in the horticultural activities, 46 activities (30.67%) directly used plants as the mediums, 11 activities (7.33%) used soil such as stones, gravel, and earth as the mediums instead of plants, four activities (2.67%) used dry plants such as branches and dry leaves as the mediums, and 89 activities (59.33%) used videos, photos of plants, and pictures of plants as the mediums (χ²=121.307, p < .001).

Sanjo has a quintessential value not only because of its musical depth but also because of its style of music that best expresses Korean sentiment. However, new values are being established from different viewpoints as time passes so Sanjo's values need a modification in order to encompass a contemporary value that is required and accepted by modern society. In this context, while focusing on communication with the public, I contemplated the developmental direction of Sanjo in five perspectives; The Social realization of value, The Experimental and social transformation, The Social diffusion of creation, The Leap of fusion and harmony and finally The Socialization of contents. In the perspective of 'social realization of value', Sanjo refers to creative activity as a new 'duneum' which allows traditional and creative activity to deviate freely while still being under the Sanjo guideline. Either way, it has a periodical value because new forms with new rhythms are the only ways to communicate with the modern public. When these values can be understood by modern society can Sanjo be revived and be acknowledged as an infinite value. Secondly as an experiment and social transformation, there is a transformation of musical instruments in the 21th century. Our musical instruments should be transformed to effectively perform our music rather than to perform Western music. Third, social diffusion of creation should be the 'new Sanjo festival in 21th century' which can facilitate the communication with the public. Fourth, regarding leap of fusion and harmony, I suggest a performing culture consisting of 'Storytelling Sanjo' and 'Media Art' which will ceaselessly evolve Sanjo performance as a medium to communicate with the public. Finally, in regards to the socialization of contents, I emphasize that Sanjo should have contents of mass media as a way of means to help utilize mass media.

The interests and studies on co-creation activity in metaverse space, or MMO communication applications, increase sharply. The study performed the experiments on the participatory virtual space design that has dedicated to the common goal of creativity, and provides the environments to enhance ideas, technologies, and artistic artifacts sharing and communication. The participants were recruited from a community of artists and musicians. They have been actively participated the design process as photographers, painters, media artists, sound artists, and collectors. During the period, we have preceded 5 consecutive experiments, which were led by 5 independent artists, tested the value of co-creation spaces.
