  • This paper aims to maximize the exhibition effect and to emphasize the efficiency of sample information transfer by using the surrealism dephase network technique and beam projection mapping by aesthetically approaching the arrangement of the existing exhibition specimens in the science museum using natural history contents. It presents the limitations of the existing analog natural history sample information transmission in digital form to give viewers interesting and fun and suggests the direction of using digital diorama for sample exhibition.

  • This paper applies the natural history contents of the Science Museum and combines the Gestalt theory to develop the butterfly arrangement structure of the butterfly sample box and the butterfly sample information necessary for the sample box as AR (Augmented Reality). Existing analog sample information is expressed as digital information by combining place, butterfly information, and graph to maximize the effect of digital diorama exhibition. Digital natural history information is increased or decreased, and an environment optimized for real samples and suitability is constructed, and natural history contents are arranged in the principles of collectiveness, closure, simplicity, and continuity using the Gestalt visual perception principle to increase attention and increase the attention of butterfly collection information. Was applied as an application plan of AR.

  • In this study, we analyzed the rickshaw (Owned by the Daegu Modern History Museum) by measuring each material. The purpose of the study was to identify the materials in modern cultural assets that utilize a variety of materials in a complex way, and establish basic data for preservation and management. Using portable X-ray fluorescence analyzers (P-XRF), species identification, fiber identification, paint film analysis (microscope observation, SEM-EDS, FTIR) on metal, wood, fiber and paint was carried out. Brass, an alloy of Copper, Zinc and Iron, was measured in the metal parts. Further, wooden parts, such as Oak (Quercus acutissima), Japanese Cedar (Cryptomeria japonica), Bamboo (Bambusoideae). Torreya nucifera (Torreya spp.) were identified in the body. Fiber parts consisted mainly of cotton, but some parts were also made of leather. In terms of paint, rickshaws were applied with multiple layers, using cashew (synthetic paint used in place of lacquer). In sum, the rickshaw body part appeared to overlap with layers of fiber, metal (soild), paint, and colored (black, red) layer.

  • The morphology and life history of Stylonema reniforme Kajimura (Stylonematales, Rhodophyta) from Japan were investigated and its taxonomic placement was discussed. This species has 6-30 discoid chloroplasts devoid of a pyrenoid in each cell. This is a typical feature of the genus Goniotrichopsis. The species reproduced only by monospores, which were formed by the direct transformation of the vegetative cells similar to the type species Goniotrichopsis sublittoralis Smith. Goniotrichopsis reniformis (Kajimura) Kikuchi comb. nov. was proposed. The asexual life history of the present species was completed in 3-10 weeks at $15-20^{\circ}C$ in culture.
