The study investigates how marketing mix factors are mediated by health consciousness and service quality in creating fresh fruit buying decisions of customers in Vietnam. This study employs samples of customers in Vietnam via the survey questionnaire. The authors have used a total of 256 responses that acquired the valid criteria. The compound of data analysis comprises reliability test, validity test, exploratory factor analysis, group analysis and multiple regression analysis to structure the hypothesized model. Respectively, the structural equation model (SEM) is applied to conduct the multiple multivariate equations. By the assumption of causal-effect relationship between independent variables such as marketing mixed factors, and mediator as health consciousness and service quality, which potentially impact on purchase decision; the SEM method is deployed. The results reveal that consumers have paid no attention to the marketing mix factors, but they care much about service quality and health consciousness. Thus, health consciousness and service quality are effective mediators. These findings are new and contribute to the consumer behavior and retail marketing literature. The findings of this study can provide assistance to managers in the given field to understand more easily the consumer behavior about fresh fruits, then improve their own performance.

본 논문은 Self-Organizing Time Division Multiple Access (SO-TDMA) 기반의 MAC 프로토콜을 사용하는 다중-홉 해양통신망에서 비실시간 서비스뿐만 아니라 종단간 지연시간 품질을 보장해야 하는 실시간 서비스를 통합적으로 지원하기 위한 새로운 프레임 구조를 제안하고, 실시간 트래픽의 부하에 따라 적응적으로 자원을 분배하는 방안을 제시한다. 실시간 사용자의 평균 불능 성능을 보장하기 위한 자원 할당을 통해 동적으로 프레임 구조를 제어하는 방안을 제시한다. 한편, 이를 위한 평균 불능 확률을 수학적으로 분석하고, 이에 따라 결정된 프레임 구조에 대해서 실시간 서비스의 품질을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.

본 논문에서는 복합적인 서비스를 동시에 제공하는 N-ISDN BRI용 멀티미디어통신 단말의 설계고려 사항과 그 시스템 구성 방식을 기술 하였다. 제한된 통신망 전송속도와 컴퓨터 하드웨어내에서 다양한 영상 서비스들을 복합 적으로 동시에 수용하기 위한 서비 스간 제어 및 미디어 처리방법을 제안하였다. 현재 시스템은 N-ISON 하에서 개인용 컴퓨터 기반의 탁상형 시스템으로 개발되었으며, 국내 N-ISDN에서의 충분한 현장 실험을 통해시스 템의 상호 환성 및 안정성을 확인하였다. 본 시스템은 영상회의 서비스를 기본으로 제공하 면서, 동시에 메시지 서비스와 검색 서비스들을 제공할 수 있으며, 아울러 화일 전송 및 고동 작업 환경을 제공한다.

Today, customer satisfaction is the most important issue for Vietnamese banks. There are numerous factors that influence bank customers' satisfaction. The study investigates the factors that influence customer satisfaction with deposit services at the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) in Bac Giang province, Vietnam, and analyses the impact of each component. The authors used 5-point Likert scales to assess whether elements were related to the factors determining consumer satisfaction with Agribank's deposit service. To perform this study, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multiple regression were used to find factors determining customer satisfaction with Agribank services. Customers that use deposit services at Agribank in Bac Giang province, Vietnam, provided samples of 300 survey questionnaires for this study. SPSS software is used to examine the data. Customers' satisfaction with Agribank's deposit service is influenced by six factors, including reliability, responsiveness, service capabilities, empathy, tangible means, and service price, according to the study. This finding also offers some recommendations for improving service quality in local Vietnamese banks to gain a competitive advantage.

This paper aims to compare the mean object size of M/G/1/PS model with that of M/BP/1 model used in the web service. The mean object size is one of important measure to control and manage web service economically. M/G/1/PS model utilizes the processor sharing in which CPU rotates in round-robin order giving time quantum to multiple tasks. M/BP/1 model uses the Bounded Pareto distribution to describe the web service according to file size. We may infer that the mean waiting latencies of M/G/1/PS and M/BP/1 model are equal to the mean waiting latency of the deterministic model using the round robin scheduling with the time quantum. Based on the inference, we can find the mean object size of M/G/1/PS model and M/BP/1 model, respectively. Numerical experiments show that when the system load is smaller than the medium, the mean object sizes of the M/G/1/PS model and the M/BP/1 model become the same. In particular, when the shaping parameter is 1.5 and the lower and upper bound of the file size is small in the M/BP/1 model, the mean object sizes of M/G/1/PS model and M/BP/1 model are the same. These results confirm that it is beneficial to use a small file size in a web service.

현재 네트워크에서는 호스트가 다중의 액세스 포인트를 통해 인터넷에 접속될 수 있는 경우를 빈번하게 발견할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 사용자 플로우가 사용할 수 있는 가용대역폭을 높이기 위해 이들 다중 인터페이스로의 경로에 효율적으로 부하를 분산하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 멀티호밍을 지원하는 새로운 연결기반 전송 계층 프로토콜 표준인 SCTP(Stream Control Transmission protocol)가 다중 인터페이스로 부하를 분산하도록 확장하였고, 이를 LS(Load Sharing) 모드 서비스라 명명하였다. LS 모드 서비스는 흐름 제어와 흔잡 제어를 분리하였으며, 혼잡 윈도우에 비례하여 각 인터페이스 경로에 데이타를 분배한다. 또한, 특정 경로에서의 손실이 다른 경로에 미치는 영향을 최소화하기 위해 중복적인 패킷 재전송을 하도록 하였으며, SACK이 순서대로 도착하지 않는 경우에도 수신자 윈도우를 제대로 파악할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 이로 인해 LS 모드 서비스는 다중 인터페이스를 사용함으로 인해 발생하는 부작용을 최소화하는 동시에 가용대역폭 향상을 위한 효율적인 부하 분산을 한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 방안이 경로 간 대역폭 차이에 관계없이 두 경로에서 가용한 대역폭의 합에 가까운 작업량을 달성함을 볼 수 있었다 또한 지연이 투 배까지 되는 경로를 사용할 때에도 단일 경로 사용에 비해 20%의 성능향상을 가져올 수 있음을 보았다.

IPTV 서비스나 YouTube와 같은 방송/동영상 서비스의 등장은 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 인터넷 응용의 핵심으로 만들었다. 이에 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스 사용자에게 서비스 품질(Quality of Service)을 지원하는 것이 중요한 문제로 대두되었다. 인터넷에서 TCP 흐름과 비슷한 성능을 보이는 동시에 혼잡을 제어하면서 데이터를 전송하기 위해 TCP-Friendly Rate Control(TFRC)이 제안되었으며 멀티미디어 스트리밍을 위하여 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 두 개 이상의 인터페이스를 가지고 있는 단말기가 등장하고 있음에도 불구하고 이를 활용하여 TFRC 기반의 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법은 제안되지 않고 있다. 따라서 된 논문에서는 사용자에게 서비스 품질을 지원하기 위하여 다중 인터페이스에서 TFRC를 사용하여 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 하나의 인터페이스만을 사용하는 기법에 비해 성능(throughput) 및 비용 측면에서 더 좋은 성능을 보인다.

3D 그래픽 콘텐츠를 다양한 플랫폼에서 제공하기 위한 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 콘텐츠 적응에 대한 요구는 점점 더 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 3D 그래픽은 방대한 양의 데이터와 고성능의 처리 능력이 요구되기 때문에 데스크탑이나 랩탑, PDA, 휴대폰 같은 다양한 단말기에서 변화된 환경에 서비스를 적응시키기 위해서는 좀 더 정교한 방법으로 그래픽 콘텐츠를 처리하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 중심에 맞춘 그래픽 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위한 새로운 개념의 서비스 렌더링 알고리즘 기반의 적응적 서비스 미들웨어를 제안한다. 서비스 적응 미들웨어는 중요한 기능을 가지는 두 가지 모듈로 구성되는데, 사용자의 변화된 환경을 분석하기 위한 Service Adaptation(SA) 모듈과 사용자의 환경에 적합한 구성요소와 데이터를 처리하기 위한 Service Rendering(SR) 모듈이다. 서비스 적응 미들웨어를 통한 적응 서비스는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자의 환경이 변화되었을 경우 동일한 그래픽 콘텐츠를 유연하고 다이나믹하게 제공할 수 있다.

초고속 인터넷의 광범위한 보급으로 가능해진 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반 게임 서비스는 클라우드 노드에서 게임을 실행하고 게임의 영상을 원격 사용자의 단말기에 영상 스트림으로 전송함으로써 게임 서비스가 이루어진다. 사용자 입력은 게임에 즉각적으로 전송되고 반영된다. 이러한 서비스가 가능한 이유는 사용자 입력이 반영되고 게임 영상이 사용자에게 전달되는데 걸리는 시간이 최소화되어. 컴퓨터 게임에서 요구되는 반응성을 일반적으로 만족시킬 수 있었기 때문이다. 하지만 이러한 서비스는 고품질 3D 게임을 서비스하는 경우, 서버 구축에 많은 비용이 소요될 수 있다. 클라우드 노드가 탑재하고 있는 일반적인 그래픽 시스템은 동시에 하나의 3D 어플리케이션을 지원하도록 설계되어 있기 때문이다. 하나의 클라우드 노드에서 다수의 3D 게임을 실행하기 위해서는 그 실행에 필요한 실시간 다중 렌더링 기술이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 다수의 컴퓨터 게임을 하나의 클라우드 노드에서 실행시키고 다른 노드에서 각 게임 영상을 획득할 수 있는 이중 서버 구조를 제안한다. 몇가지 실험을 실시하여 기술적 가능성을 알아본다.

The study investigated the major factors in regards to the effects of service qualities with university hospitals in Daejeon on their overall service satisfaction. In regards to service qualities, the hypothesis was verified through multiple regression analysis in terms of professionalism, kindness, credibility, and facilities/environment. As a result, all professionalism(0.462), kindness(0.142), credibility(0.258) and facilities/environment(0.184) showed positive effects on their overall service satisfaction level. In particular, professionalism showed the greatest effect by 0.462. As patients' and caretakers' desire to service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future medical service management at university hospitals by analyzing the major factors which affect the service quality and by finding the methods to increase the service satisfaction.
