종합병원에서 조직문화와 조직유효성과의 관계 (The Relationship of Organizational Culture and Organizational Effectiveness at the General Hospital)

  • Objectives: Organizational culture has beer important in field of organizational behavior research for the past decade. Although there has been a growing interest in the organizational culture and organizational effectiveness, there is few research in health care field. This study was carried out to investigate the relationship of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness at general hospital. Methods: Data was collected by self-administrated questionares. Organizational cultures were measured by using Likert scale. A general hospital in Kyunggi-Do was selected and survey was conducted to 675 workers. Data was analyzed with computer package, PC-SPSS. Results: There were four types of organizational culture in this hospital consensual culture, developmental culture, hierarchical culture, rational culture. Many workers recognized their culture as rational culture and developmental culture. This finding showed that the hospital had both human related and task related climate. There were some differences in recognition of sub-organizational culture by occupational group, but perceived organizational culture was in accordance with sub-organizational culture in general. Multiple regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were conducted to find the relationship of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. As a result, developmental culture showed a strong relationship with organizational commitment and job-satisfaction. Conclusions: These results showed that types of organizational culture were significantly related to organizational effectiveness and understanding the existing culture is essential to develope their organizational effectiveness.

학교급식 영양사의 직무만족도와 그에 영향을 미치는 직무특성 요인 분석 (Job Satisfaction and its Relationship to Job Characteristics of School Foodservice Dietitians)

  • The purposes of this study were to: (a) measure the levels of job satisfaction with five facets of a job: the work itself, promotion, pay, supervision and co-workers and (b) investigate relationships between job characteristics and job satisfaction levels of the dietitians in school foodservice. Subjects consisted of 151 dietitians, with 91 in Seoul and 60 in KyoungKi-Do. The survey form was developed on modifying Job Descriptive Index developed by Smith, Kendall, Hulin and Job Characteristics Inventory developed by Sims, Szilagy, Keller. The responding rate was 81.7%. Data were analyzed for frequencies, means, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression using SPSS PC Package. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Less than a half of the sample(40.9%) were 31 to 35 years, married were 62% and junior college graduates were 33.9%. 2) A striking majority of the respondents(81.7%) ranked work itself as the the most important aspect of their jobs. 3) The dietitians were the most satisfied with work itself, then supervision, co-workers, wage and promotion in decreasing order. 4) In relations of demographic factors to the job satisfaction, satisfactions with wage and co-workers were found significantly related to education. 5) Task identity was the most prevalent job characteristics. 6) The $R^2$ for the multiple regression model was 0.26, indicating that 26% of the variance in job satisfaction could be accounted for the job characteristics. This model showed that friendship of job characteristics made the greatest contributions. The second was variety and the third was dealing with others. Especially dealing with others was negatively related to job satisfaction.

음선 모델에 적용된 이층 해저 바닥 모델의 유효성 (Validity of Two-layered Ocean Bottom Model for Ray Model)

  • 음선 모델링에서 다층 해저 바닥을 고려하는 경험적 방법 중 하나는 단일층 가정으로써, 다층 구조에 대한 평면파 반사계수를 사용하는 것이다. 본 연구자는 이층 해저 바닥에 대해 단일 층 가정의 유효성을 조사하고, 음속비, 송수신 거리 당 층 두께, 1차 반사파의 스침각의 함수로 표현되는 간단한 부등식 조건을 얻었다. 부등식 조건으로부터, 단일 층 가정이 실제 해양 환경의 중주파수 음선 모델링에 적용될 수 있음을 보였다. 마지막으로 한국 동해와 유사한 해양환경에 대해 수치실험을 수행하였다. 다층 해저 바닥에 대한 평면파 반사계수를 적용한 기하학적 빔 모델을 이용하여 비상관 전달손실을 계산하고, 서울대학교에서 개발한 포물선 방정식 패키지인 SNUPE 2.0의 결과와 비교하였다.

실시간 무선 센서 네트워크에서 전송 지연 감소를 위한 MAC 개선 방안 (Improvement of MAC Protocol to Reduce the Delay Latency in Real-Time Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 기존의 IEEE 802.11 DCF(Distributed Coordination Function)와 같은 전통적인 CSMA(carrier sense multiple access) 프로토콜은 네트워크 규모가 커짐에 따라서 성능의 급격한 감쇠와 전송 지연 증가를 초래한다. 이러한 문제를 효과적으로 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크에 적합한 MAC(medium access control) 프로토콜을 제안한다. 기존의 DCF 프로토콜은 데이터 전송을 위한 슬롯(slot)을 선택할 때 패킷 충돌로 인한 재전송이 반복될 때 마다 크기가 커지는 경쟁 윈도우(contention window) 내에서 일반 확률 분포(uniform probability distribution)를 이용한 랜덤(random) 선택 기법을 사용하지만 제안한 프로토콜에서는 전송 지연을 최대한 감소시키기 위하여 경쟁 윈도우의 크기를 고정시키고, 전송 슬롯을 보다 효율적으로 선택하도록 비 균등(non-uniform)확률 분포를 사용하여 전송 슬롯을 랜덤하게 선정한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 프로토콜이 802.11 MAC 표준에 비하여 전송 지연이 감소함을 보여 전송 지연에 민감한 실시간 무선 센서 네트워크의 최적 지연 한계점(best latency bound)을 충족시키는 프로토콜임을 입증한다.

일부 고등학생들의 학교보건교육이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of School Health Education on Health Promotion Behavior Among Selected High School Students)

  • This study was aimed to analyze the status of the a health education and the health behavior, and to identify the effected factors of health promotion behavior based on Green's PRECEDE Model among high school students The data was collected by interview survey with self-administration questionnaire from the selected high school students during the end of the second semester, 2001, and 1,591 students are analyzed. The statistical method of the analysing for effected factors of health promotion behavior was used the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by SPSS package program. The results of this study are as fellows. 1. The index of the health educational contents shows the 18.14 points per 86 points, 18.96 points in girl students, 17.53 points in boy students. 2. In the index of health promotion behaviors was 84.9 points per 140 full points in all average; 61 points per 100 points. The experienced rate of smoking was $35\%$ of all students, $38.5\%$ of boy students, $30.6\%$ of girl students each. The experienced rate of drinking was $62.2\%$ of all students, $61.6\%$ of boy students, $69.4\%$ of girl students. 3. The effected factors of the health promotions behaviors to analyse by multiple linear regression model was sports activity, the degree of satisfaction of their school life, the academic records of school, the present health conditions, their awareness for hazard of smoking for their health, the experiences of the smoking, their stresses(R$^2$ =0.174). and the factors as the experiences of drinking, their stresses, and the indexes for the health education contents in their school were added in girls students.

역량개발기회와 리더-구성원 교환관계가 고용가능성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Competency Development Opportunity and Leader-member Exchange on Employability)

  • 본 연구는 고용가능성과 이에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인된 리더-구성원 교환관계(Leader-Member Exchange: LMX), 역량개발기회참여, 그리고 주관적 경력성공 사이의 영향관계를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 최종적으로 수집된 257명의 응답자들로부터 수집된 자료를 통해 연구결과가 도출되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS(WIN20.0) 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구변인들 사이의 상관관계를 파악하기 위해 Pearson의 적률상관계수가 산출되었으며, 고용가능성에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하기 위해 중다회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)이 실시되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고용가능성과 리더-구성원 교환관계, 역량개발기회참여, 그리고 주관적 경력성공 사이에는 유의미한 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 역량개발기회는 전체 고용가능성 변인의 분산을 약 10%정도 설명하고 있는 것으로 파악되었으며, 이에 비해 리더-구성원 교환관계는 유의미한 영향력이 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 논의와 후속연구를 위한 제언이 제공되었다.

풍력발전기 블레이드 처짐 측정을 위한 다중화 센서 탐촉자 설계 제작 (Fabrication of a Multiplexing Sensor Probe for Measuring the Blade Deflection of a Wind Power Generator)

  • This paper describes a fabrication multiplexing sensor probe that employs a fiber Bragg grating(FBG) based on multiple measurements to determine the blade deflection of a wind power generator the reliability analysis of this probe is also presented. To diminish the temperature sensitivity of the FBG sensor, we form multiple CFRPs onto the upper and lower layers of the FBG and package it with an epoxy resin. As a result, the depth of the CFRP is 1mm, and the temperature sensitivity is $2.39pm/^{\circ}C$. We construct a sensor network utilizing the fabricated sensor with a blade beam model. As the number of pendulums is increased on the fore-end of the beam, the strain value is measured. The strain variation is calculated from the measurement of the load on the blade beam model by monitoring the strain of the FBG sensor. When the linear equation is applied, the strain error is 0.4% and when the finite difference method is used, the tip deflection error is 3.3%. The displacement error derived from the strain value of the FBG sensor is 4.39%. The calculated result between the measured value of the dead-end of the beam and the strain is less than 2.46% tip distortion error. Therefore, our proposed multiplexing sensor probe is a low-cost and high-reliability solution for a commercial wind power generator.

전용 CMOS IC에 의한 다중 생체 텔레미트리 시스템 제작 (Manufature of Telemetry System for Multiple Subjects Using CMOS Custom IC)

  • 본 논문은 $1.5{\mu}m$ n-well CMOS 공정 기술에 의해 제조된 다중 바이오텔레미트리 시스템의 동작 특성을 기술하였다. 이 시스템은 체내에 삽입된 서로 다른 센서로부터 계측한 생체 정보를 무선으로 전송하여 외부에서 수신하는 것으로 8개의 피측정체로부터 선택된 7개의 생체 신호를 연속적으로 체외로 전송 한다. FM송신기와 센서 인터페이스 회로를 제외한 체내 삽입 시스템은 $4{\times}4mm^{2}$의 크기로 집적화 하였고, 집적 화한 IC는 $3{\times}3{\times}2.5cm$의 하이브리드 패키지에 수용하였다. 이 시스템의 특징은 8개의 피측정체중에서 임의의 피측정체를 선택할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 외부 시스템의 커맨드 신호와 선택 신호에 의해 체내 삽입된 전원의 ON/OFF가 가능하다. 이와 같은 전원의 간헐적 동작으로 커맨드 수신기 자체의 소비 전력도 줄일 수 있다. 현재 국내에서 개발되고 있는 각종센서를 이 시스템과 결합해서 삽입하면 혈압 ECG, EMG, 체온 등의 생체정보를 측정하고 분석하는데 매우 편리할 것으로 기대한다.

한국인의 식행동에 영향을 주는 요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Affecting Korean Eating Behavior)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate Korean eating behavior which is highly correlated with their nutritional status, and to analyze the effect of various factors on eating behavior. The above information was used to develop a nutritional status for Korea. The 2000 Korean people were selected with the stratified random sampling method. This study used a questionaire as instrument tool. The questionaire consists of :1) socio-demographic characteristics of the subjects; 2) the valuation of food and nutrition; 3) the concern of food and nutrition; 4) psychological health condition; 5) physical health condition; 6) nutrient consumption status and 7) analysis of eating behavior. Data were analyzed by using a SPSS PC Package. Significant differences and correlation among variables were determined by the t-test, $x^2-test$, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient and Multiple regression analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follow, All nutrient intakes were significantly correlated with eating behavior score(p<0.001). Factors such as socio-economic status, valuation and concern on food and nutrition, and psychological health condition had significant relationship with eating behavior. But the physical health condition had no significant effect on it. Multiple regression analysis showed that valuation of food and nutrition made the greatest contribution(35.6% explained) and concern made the second greatest contribution(10.5% explained). The third was education level(9.8% explained), and the forth psychological health condition(1.8% explained).

Improvement of TAOS data process

  • We have applied an advanced multi-aperture indexing photometry and sophisticated de-trending method to existing Taiwanese-American Occultation Survey (TAOS) data sets. TAOS, a wide-field ($3^{\circ}{\times}3^{\circ}$) and rapid photometry (5Hz) survey, is designed to detect small objects in the Kuiper Belt. Since TAOS has fast and multiple exposures per zipper mode image, point spread function (PSF) varies in a given image. Selecting appropriate aperture among various size apertures allows us to reflect these variations in each light curve. The survey data turned out to contain various trends such as telescope vibration, CCD noise, and unstable local weather. We select multiple sets of stars using a hierarchical clustering algorithm in such a way that the light curves in each cluster show strong correlations between them. We then determine a primary trend (PT) per cluster using a weighted sum of the normalized light curves, and we use the constructed PTs to remove trends in individual light curves. After removing the trend, we can get each synthetic light curve of star that has much higher signal-to-noise ratio. We compare the efficiency of the synthetic light curves with the efficiency of light curves made by previous existing photometry pipelines. Our photometric method is able to restore subtle brightness variation that tends to be missed in conventional aperture photometric methods, and can be applied to other wide-field surveys suffering from PSF variations and trends. We are developing an analysis package for the next generation TAOS survey (TAOS II) based on the current experiments.
