Video was a cultural practice based on image. The audience longs to experience new things, not everyday things through by video images. There are many components of the image, but among them, color, a visual representation, plays a big role. Since the advent of color films, color has constantly evolved as an important component of visual art and has become an important role in innovative visual art design. According to film history data, filmmakers were interested in color since the film was created in 1895, but in the early stages of film development, film colors were only black and white. Because these two colors no longer satisfy viewers, more natural colors began to emerge from the film as it was colored. However, with the development of historical paintings, the lack of artistic creation and the public's level increased, making people more active in using colors because simple reproduction of natural colors alone does not satisfy people. The colors in the video are both techniques of expression and can be understood by mind and thought. It is also an indication that colors do not just exist, but they work strongly on human psychology. Now people are so motivated by repetitive and unimportant information that they find that the human intuitive system simplifies the information they receive unconsciously that they have certain customs and characteristics when they see things. Color is part of the film language, or color language can express the film's ideological themes or portray vivid characters in the film, and people are receiving more intuitive messages. This study analyzed the basic color components of bisexual lighting, namely, pink, blue, and purple, and analyzed how human psychology is affected through color, combining the scenes from the video. The purpose of this paper is to explore what color language bisexual lighting is expressed using color properties in images and how bisexual lighting interacts with human psychology through color.

GPR is used for non-destructive investigations, ground investigations, and underground facilities exploration at construction sites. In this study, the applicability to GPR exploration of water pipes linked to Network RTK was presented. Data on the water supply pipes in the study site were acquired using GPR, and the location and depth of buried water pipes could be measured. The accuracy was evaluated from the GNSS observation performance and showed a deviation of -0.16m ~ 0.15m. This satisfied the equipment performance of the public survey work regulation, suggesting that the exploration of water pipes using GPR is possible. Because GPR does not require grounding installation, as in conventional metal pipe detectors, it will increase the efficiency of work for underground facility exploration. Exploration using GPR can acquire the location and depth of metallic and non-metallic underground facilities, so it can be utilized in the construction of a GIS system. If a comparison of the exploration characteristics is carried out, it will be possible to present various uses of underground facility exploration using GPR.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the operating conditions of lecture contents in contactless online classes for University students. First, as a result of analyzing the responses of 93 respondents, 93.3% of the respondents took real-time online lectures (47.7%) or recorded video lectures (45.6%). Second, as a result of analyzing the contents used as textbooks, it was found that e-books (materials) and paper books (materials) were used together (36.6%), or e-books or electronic materials (36.6% and 37.6% respectively) were used in both liberal arts (47.3%) and major subjects (39.8%). In addition to textbooks, both major subjects and liberal arts highly used web materials (47.6% and 40.5% respectively) and YouTube materials (33.3% and 48.0% respectively) as external materials. Third, both liberal arts and major subjects used 'electronic files in the form of PPT or text organized and written by instructors' (62.9% and 58.1% respectively), 'internet materials' (16.7% and 19% respectively) and 'paper book or materials' (10.4% and 12.3% respectively) to share lecture contents. For the screen displayed lecture contents, 93.5% of the respondents satisfied in major subjects, and 90.2% of the respondents satisfied in liberal arts. These results suggest developing multimedia-based lecture contents and an evaluation solution capable of real-time exam supervision, developing a task management system capable of AI-based plagiarism search, task guidance, and task evaluation, and institutionalizing a solution to copyright problems for electronicizing lecture materials so that lectures can be given in the ubiquitous environment.
As advances in information and communication technology have made it easier for anyone to produce and disseminate information, a new problem has emerged: fake news, which is false information intentionally shared to mislead people. Initially spread mainly through text, fake news has gradually evolved and is now distributed in multimedia formats. Since its founding in 2005, YouTube has become the world's leading video platform and is used by most people worldwide. However, it has also become a primary source of fake news, causing social problems. Various researchers have been working on detecting fake news on YouTube. There are content-based and background information-based approaches to fake news detection. Still, content-based approaches are dominant when looking at conventional fake news research and YouTube fake news detection research. This study proposes a fake news detection method based on background information rather than content-based fake news detection. In detail, we suggest detecting fake news by utilizing related video information from YouTube. Specifically, the method detects fake news through CNN, a deep learning network, from the vectorized information obtained from related videos and the original video using Doc2vec, an embedding technique. The empirical analysis shows that the proposed method has better prediction performance than the existing content-based approach to detecting fake news on YouTube. The proposed method in this study contributes to making our society safer and more reliable by preventing the spread of fake news on YouTube, which is highly contagious.

Current military command information system uses electronic equipment a lot on which semiconductor chip is attached. It seems its' importance will increase more with latest information communication technology developing. Electronic equipment which uses electricity contains regular tolerance to high output electric signal. And EMC specification is the standardized of this electronic equipment's tolerance. On the other hand, the Institute of Atomic Energy Research has ever declared that high output electromagnetic pulse(EMP) will be broken out within the radius of 170Km when 10kt nuclear explosion occurs at an altitude of 40Km above Seoul. Then, the region suffer from the damage of most electronic equipments. Therefore, the norm to protect the influences in that case is defined by EMP protection specification. Most common electronic equipments meet the EMC norm, but there is no way to check whether they meet the EMP norm or not. That is because it is difficult to check whether they meet EMP protection norm and is on the matter of cost. Except inevitable cases, there is no review of checking whether they meet the norm or not. Considering the above, in this research, we speculate about the measures to improve military EMP protection ability by analyzing the EMC-EMP correlation and checking the EMP protection ability of general electronic equipment through the analysis.

The purpose of this study is to compare the grid usage that is common to Leonardo da Vinci and J.N.L. Durand in the process of designing the architectural plan. In the days when there was no proper measurement tool, auxiliary lines relied entirely on the architect's personal mindset and design convenience. Therefore, it is considered that studying the auxiliary lines drawn by the architects will be useful for studying the human perception system. Among auxiliary lines, the grid has been used by many architects. Leonardo da Vinci and J.N.L. Durand are famous. However, these two show a significant different grid usage. As auxiliary grid and space ares added the center of the Leonardo da Vinci grid continues to move, and the grid in his sketch is becoming a building space itself. So I call it 'conceptual grid'. In the case of J.N.L. Durand, the one center of the grid is always at the center of the drawing. That is, all the positions of the grid can be determined in phase around a common point, and all of the same specifications are assumed. The grid is a kind of filter. That's why his grid is a visual abstraction of the process of thinking. In this paper, I will call the grid of J.N.L. Durand as 'abstract grid'.

This study compares interagency linkage in the area of the elementary child care policy in korea and japan and derives the implications related to the elementary child care classes of korea. This study researches linkage method between the ministries in korea and japan focused on the background, the process, the current operating system. The elementary child care service policies of the korea & japan are analysed comparatively in terms of background, budget, goal, linkage ministries, basis of law, administrative units and on the basis of those analyses, the implications related to the elementary child care service policy of korea are derived. The derived implications are as follows : first the sound development of the child becomes the foundation of the development of school and community. Community and school have to strengthen cooperation. Second, child care policy is not the alternatives for overcoming fragmentary problems but has to be carried out considering them variously in broad prospective. Third, korea has to find the effective linkage method between the ministries. Fourth, find the way which interagency policy can be merged as a hub for school. Fifth, korea has to find the way transferring the central operating body from the principal in school to the local government to operate the elementary child care classes successfully. Sixth, positive interest and continuous support of the top policy makers is needed.

The experience sampling method (ESM) is an innovative research method to study the immediate real emotional experience experienced in real life through the immediate reaction of research participants. ESM, which has received significant attention in recent, is considered as the research method particularly for child care teachers' emotions and happiness. This method has been shown to be able to overcome the limitations in current research methods, based on teachers' recall or surveys, in assessing child care teachers' emotional states or stress levels. Despite the expectation that the need for further research on the increased stress and negative emotional experiences of child care teachers and its appropriateness as the alternative research method to study child care teachers' immediate emotional experience, ESM has deficiencies in that research participants need to have their pencil-and-paper survey packages on hand whenever their electronic beepers randomly beep. Furthermore, ESM demands much more researcher energy and efforts to handle the voluminous data collected from each participant in effectively creating a database. In this paper, in order to apply ESM successfully to the study of child care teachers' emotional experience, we aim to develop a software program that uses mobile communication technology. Given that traditional types of data collection methods in social science research can prove too burdensome to encourage participation in surveys in the first place or ensure the return of completed surveys, the present study adopts a convergent research approach to develop a software program that is able to obtain ESM participants' answers immediately on their personal smart phones. This study deals with system construction and prototyping for software development as a basic research and evaluates the research results through indepth interview with experts.

With the growth of Chinese manufacturing industry and strengthening of manufacturing industry in advanced countries, the competitiveness of Korean manufacturing industry has become weak. Accordingly, it is time when energy for new growth is required very strongly. This research is the basic research to construct a cognitive and emotional information system to support sound design in manufacturing industry, and aims to develop AUI (Auditory User Interface) guideline. To fulfill research aims, this research conducted interviews to persons belonging to the manufacturing industry, and analyzed contexts and major characteristics related with AUI design. In addition, this research conducted survey on 269 persons on user preference on representative function of products. By analyzing survey data, this research examined the most suitable melody method for each sound, and difference in user preference between men and women. Based on beep sound, it performed analysis focusing on the number of sounds, melody types, and code. It also extracted AUI guidelines usable when users of the product into male and female. This research has significance in the sense that it built the basic guide data which can support AUI design in manufacturing industry.

Projection Mapping, also known as Spatial Augmented Reality(SAR) has attracted much attention recently and used for many division, which can augment physical objects with projected various virtual replications. However, conventional approaches towards projection mapping have faced some limitations. Target objects' geometric transformation property does not considered, and movements of flexible objects-like paper are hard to handle, such as folding and bending as natural interaction. Also, precise registration and tracking has been a cumbersome process in the past. While there have been many researches on Projection Mapping on static objects, dynamic projection mapping that can keep tracking of a moving flexible target and aligning the projection at interactive level is still a challenge. Therefore, this paper propose a new method using Unity3D and ARToolkit for high-speed robust tracking and dynamic projection mapping onto non-rigid deforming objects rapidly and interactively. The method consists of four stages, forming cubic bezier surface, process of rendering transformation values, multiple marker recognition and tracking, and webcam real time-lapse imaging. Users can fold, curve, bend and twist to make interaction. This method can achieve three high-quality results. First, the system can detect the strong deformation of objects. Second, it reduces the occlusion error which reduces the misalignment between the target object and the projected video. Lastly, the accuracy and the robustness of this method can make result values to be projected exactly onto the target object in real-time with high-speed and precise transformation tracking.
