최근의 유통환경에서 다채널 고객관리(multichannel customer management)가 실무적 및 이론적으로 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 기업수준에서 소비자의 다채널 쇼핑이 기업성과를 제고하는 것과 밀접한 관련성이 있는 것으로 알려져 있으나 이론적으로 이러한 결과가 발생하는 원인에 대하여 채널 중심적으로 제한적이고 예측적인 설명만이 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 다채널 쇼핑의 기업성과 증대의 원인으로서 고객만족과의 관계에 대한 심층적인 이해를 위하여 다채널 이용-쇼핑경험-고객만족의 연결을 체계적이고 실증적으로 검토하였다. 이와 더불어 고객유형 별 차별화된 쇼핑경험 제공의 필요성을 설명하기 위하여 다채널 이용과 쇼핑경험과의 관계에서 고객-기업 관계특성의 조절적 역할을 검토하였다. 다채널 유통업체의 660명의 고객을 대상으로 설문조사와 고객 데이터베이스를 통합한 자료를 바탕으로 가설검증을 수행하였다. 다채널 이용을 구매의사결정과정에서의 정보탐색과 제품구매 단계에서의 다채널 이용으로 구분하고 쇼핑경험을 편리성과 즐거움으로 구분하여 검토한 결과 다채널 이용과 고객만족과의 관계에서 쇼핑경험은 매개변수로서의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 즉, 기업의 다채널 고객관리 목적은 고객의 쇼핑목적으로서 편리성과 즐거움을 제공하여야 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 또한 고객-기업 관계특성으로서 관계기간과 구매빈도를 대상으로 검토한 결과 다채널 이용과 즐거움과의 관계에서 구매빈도는 조절변수로서의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다채널 전략의 목표설정 및 차별화된 다채널 고객관리 관점에서 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 트랜스듀서를 이용하여 탐사 장소, 수심 및 목적에 따라 사용 할 수 있고 운용 및 이동이 편리한 천해저용 탄성파 음원을 제작하였으며, 다중채널 해양탄성파 탐사를 하기 위해 4채널 스트리머 2개를 제작하였다. 또한 분해능을 향상하기 위하여 24bits A/D 변환기를 사용하였고, 채널이 총 8개인 다중채널 기록장치를 제작하여 자료취득 과정에 있어서 효율성을 높이면서 자료의 품질을 향상시켰다. 개발된 시스템의 현장 적용성을 검증하기 위하여 기존의 상용화 자료 취득시스템으로 현장탐사를 동시에 수행하였다.

무선 센서 네트워크 환경에서 각 계층 프로토콜을 설계할 때 에너지 소비를 최대한 줄임으로 노드의 생존 시간을 최대화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 MAC 계층에서 채널 접근 과정에서 충돌로 인한 에너지의 소비를 최소화하기 위한 예약기반 다중 채널 CSMA MAC 프로토콜을 제안한다. 네트워크를 구성하는 각 노드는 제어채널과 데이터 채널을 독립적으로 운용하며 제어 채널을 이용하여 데이터 전송을 위한 채널을 예약하고 예약된 노드들에게 수신 노드가 채널 이용을 허가함으로 임의의 시간에 재전송하는 절차를 생략할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 송신 노드에서 가용 채널 중 임의의 채널을 선택하여 수신 노드에게 전달하면 수신 노드에서 채널의 가용 여부를 판단하여 그 결과를 통해 최종적으로 전송 채널을 선택하도록 하였다. 성능의 평가는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 방식과의 차이를 비교하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to confirm that multichannel distribution strategies may be used for cultural and artistic products such as musicals, just as for general consumer goods, through a case study on the distribution strategy for a musical title. In addition, a distribution strategy for cultural and artistic products is proposed based on the analysis of the case. Research design, data, and methodology: Qualitative research methods, such as case study research and in-depth interviews, were used in this study. Results: The case study of the Korean musical Myeongdong Romance confirmed that multichannel distribution strategies may be used for musicals, including performances at theaters, Naver TV screenings (a service linked to an Internet portal), LGU+ screenings (an IPTV and OTT media service), DVD releases, and screenings of recordings of Romance Hall performances. Conclusion: For cultural and artistic products such as musicals, distribution channels can be diversified to incorporate the simultaneous use of multiple channels. New cases involving other cultural and artistic products and services to which this distribution strategy is applicable may be identified, and the strategy may be implemented along with new technologies to reduce costs further.

This paper describes an algorithm that can efficiently analyze the multichannel ECG signal using the frame. The input is a set of significant features (points) which have been extracted from an original sampled signal by using the split-and-merge algorithm. A signal from each channel can be hierarchical ADN/OR graph on the basis of the priori knowledge for ECG signal. The search mechanisms with some heuristics and the mixed paradigms of data-driven hypothesis formation are used as the major control mechanisms. The mutual relations among features are also considered by evaluating a score based on the relational spectrum. For recognition of morphologies corresponding to OR nodes, an hypothesis modification strategy is used. Other techniques such as instance, priority update of prototypes, and template matching facility are also used. This algorithm exactly recognized the primary points and supporting points from the multichannel ECG signals.

This paper presents lattice structure of bilinear filter and the conversion equations from lattice parameters to direct-form parameters. Billnear models are attractive for adaptive filtering applications because they can approximate a large class of nonlinear systems adequately, and usually with considerable parsimony in the number of coefficients required. The lattice filter formulation transforms the nonlinear filtering problem into an equivalent multichannel linear filtering problem and then uses multichannel lattice filtering algorithms to solve the nonlinear filtering problem. The lattice filters perform a Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization of the input data and have very good easily extended to more general nonlinear output feedback structures.

본 논문은 성능이 우수한 DirectX 기반 다채널 영상 감시 시스템을 설계 구현하고, 성능 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 본 논문의 시스템은 크게 디스플레이 서브시스템, 저장 서브시스템, 검색 및 재생 서브시스템으로 구성된다. 디스플레이 서브시스템은 빠른 디스플레이, 채널 간 디스플레이 동기 및 tearing effect 개선을 위해, DirectDraw의 H/W 가속 기능과 overlay, flip 기능을 효율적으로 이용하여 설계되었다. 저장 서브시스템은 저장 속도 개선을 위해, DirectShow 필터 기반 다중 쓰레드 구조로 설계되어 캡쳐 장치에서 획득되는 다채널의 영상 스트림이 채널별로 압축 저장되고 채널 간 데이터 병목 현상이 최소화되도록 하였다. 검색 및 재생 서브시스템에는 효율적인 인덱스 파일 구조와 영상 데이터 저장 구조, 재생 시에 채널별 동시 재생이 가능하도록 한 효율적인 재생 구조를 설계 구현하여 보다 빠른 재생 및 검색이 가능하도록 하였다. 실험결과, 제안된 시스템이 기존 시스템보다 저장 속도는 최고 2배 까지, 검색 및 재생 속도는 최고 3.5배 정도까지 개선되었음이 확인되었다.

지상파 DMB는 이동 환경에서 QVGA 급의 영상과 스테레오 오디오를 제공하는 방송 서비스로서 국내에서는 2005년 12월부터 본격적으로 서비스되고 있다. 최근에는 DMB 환경에서 고품질의 영상과 오디오를 제공하려는 기술에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있는데, 지상파 DMB 환경에서 고품질의 영상 또는 오디오를 제공하기 위해서는 기존의 DMB 서비스에 추가적인 데이터들을 전송하는 것이 필요하다. 하나의 지상파 DMB 방송 채널에 할당되는 전송 비트율이 높지 않다는 점을 감안하면, 이러한 추가적인 데이터들을 효율적으로 전송하는 것이 서비스의 상용화 입장에서는 중요한 요소가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지상파 DMB 환경에서 멀티채널 오디오 서비스를 제공하고자 할 때, 추가적으로 전송되어야 하는 부가정보 스트림의 효율적인 전송을 위한 패킷화 방법을 제안한다.

Two multiple access protocols are proposed for a multichannel WDM optical fibre local area network or metropolitan area network in which users are interconnected using a passive star topology. Each user has a single tunable transmitter and a single tunable receiver. A transmitter sends a control packet before its data packet transmission so that its intended receivers can tune to the proper data channel wavelength. The maximum throughput of the proposed protocols are independent of the effective normalized propagation delay which may include the transmitter and receiver tuning times and the processing delays. The maximum throughputs of the protocols are analyzed and compared with those of the existing ones by numerical examples. The message delay of the R- Aloha/synchronous N-server switch protocol which is suitable for the queued users is also analyzed.

향후 레이더는 능동 위상 배열레이더(Active Phased-Array Radar System)로 발전하는 추세이다. 특히, 다채널 수신 시스템에서 실시간 신호처리를 위해서 신호처리용 보드의 처리 속도와 개수와의 trade-off는 최적화 되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 많은 양의 수신 데이터를 안테나부에서 신호처리부로 전달하기 위한 전송 기법에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. 그 결과, 기존 방법에 비해 신호처리부의 S/L 보드 개수는 절반(1/2) 수준으로 감소하였고, 통신 전송 속도 여유 마진은 약 2배 더 증가되는 효과가 있다.
