다물체 동역학을 이용한 파력발전기의 동적거동 분석 (Dynamic Analysis of Wave Energy Generation System by Using Multibody Dynamics)

  • 본 논문에서는 파도의 에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하는 파력발전시스템에 대해 다루며, 발전기 및 12개의 암을 가진 가동물체형 파력발전기를 기구학적 구속조건을 이용하여 다물체 동역학 모델링 하였다. 새롭게 제안하는 파력발전기의 기어 메커니즘과 구속방정식 및 전달되는 힘요소에 대해 동역학적으로 모델링하였다. 파력은 시간영역에서 모리슨 방정식을 이용하여 수치적으로 계산하여 모델에 적용하였다. 시스템 거동해석을 위해 상용 다물체동역학 해석프로그램인 MSC/ADAMS를 이용하였다. 파력발전시스템의 파도에 대한 안정성을 검토하고 동적 거동 특성을 분석하였다. 하중에 따라 거동 특성을 분석한 결과 Yaw 운동은 상대적으로 적게 나타났으며 파고 1 m 이상일 경우 충분한 운동에너지가 발생함을 알 수 있다.

  • In a vacuum circuit breaker mechanism, a spring-actuated linkage system is used to satisfy the desired opening and closing characteristics of electric contacts. Because the opening and the closing dynamics of electric contacts is determined by such a linkage system, the stiffness, free length and attachment points of a spring become the important design parameters. In this paper, based on the dynamic model of the circuit breaker using a multibody dynamic program ADAMS, a optimal design procedure of determining the spring design parameters is presented. The proposed procedure is applied to the design of an opening spring for satisfying the specified opening characteristics.

  • This paper considers the simulation-based installation and operation safety analysis of installation and operation machinery of USBL as underwater equipment in operation environments. The simulation model of this mechanical system was developed using flexible multibody dynamics simulation technology. Operation and environmental conditions were applied using dynamic forces model considering ocean environments. The developed simulation model was used to evaluate operation safety through eigenvalue analysis, dynamic forces analysis, and structural analysis. As the analysis results, the operation safety was very low in extreme operation condition due to increase of dynamic loads by VIV effect. It was not a problem because safety factor had more than 2.0 in this case. However, the operation safety should be further strengthened because the USBL and LARS was installed and utilized in unmanned vessel with automatic controls. In order to improve safety by avoiding VIV frequency, we redesigned the USBL pole.

다물체 동역학해석을 이용한 DMT 화차의 주행특성 연구 (Multibody Dynamic Simulation and Running Characteristics of DMT Freight)

  • Through the multibody dynamic simulation, the analysis model of the modalohr freight car of the DMT freight car was developed. By using the developed analysis model, the running dynamic characteristics was inquired through the dynamic analysis about the modalohr freight car. As the running speed and the primary suspension were increased, the lateral and vertical vibration accelerations of the car-body and the bogie were also increased. In case of the lateral vibration acceleration of the car-body, however, review should be considered since it can be influenced by the nonlinear characteristic of the primary suspension. The lateral and vertical vibration of the car-body were generated at the frequency of $2{\sim}3\;Hz$ and $7{\sim}8\;Hz$. And the lateral and vertical vibration of the bogie were generated at the frequency of $25{\sim}35\;Hz$ at the low speed section, $40{\sim}50\;Hz$ at the high speed section.

연약지반 시험집광기의 다물체 동력학 해석 (Multibody Dynamic Analysis of a Test Miner on Soft Cohesive Soil)

  • This paper concerns about dynamic analysis of an underwater test miner, which operates on cohesive soil. The test miner consists of tracked vehicle and pick-up. device. The motion oj pick-up device relative to the vehicle chassis is controlled by two pairs of hydraulic cylinders. The test miner is modeled by means of a commercial software. A terramechanics model of cohesive soft soil is implemented to the software and applied to dynamic analysis of the test miner model. The dynamic responses of test miner are studied with respect to of four different types of terrain conditions.

자동차 와이퍼 링키지의 진동해석을 위한 동역학 모델링 (Automotive Windshield Wiper Linkage Dynamic Modeling for Vibration Analysis)

  • An automotive windshield wiper system is modeled mainly for vibration analysis purpose. The model is composed of solid links, ideal joints, imperfect joints to simulate unavoidable manufacturing defects and bushings having stiffness, contact between a wiper blade and a wind screen glass, friction, a spring and an actuator. Main stream of wiper dynamics analysis has been obtaining a closed form of system of equations using Newton's or Lagrange's formula and doing a numerical simulation study to understand and predict the behavior of it. However, the modeling process is complex since a wiper system is of multibody and a contact problem occurs. When imperfection, such as dead zone of a joint and stiffness of a rubber bushing, should be included, the added complexity makes the modeling difficult. Since the imperfection is understood as main cause of problematic vibration, the dynamics model of a wiper system aiming vibration analysis should include such unavoidable manufacturing defects in the model. An open form of dynamic model of a automotive windshield wiper system with imperfect joints using a commercial software is obtained and a simulation analyssis is conducted for vibration reduction study.

자기부상열차 차간 댐퍼의 곡선주행에의 효과 분석 (Effect of Damper Between Maglev Vehicles on Curve Negotiation)

  • 반경이 작은 곡선이 종종 존재하는 도시 내에서 운행되는 도시형자기부상열차는 전자석과 레일 사이에 기계적 접촉 없이 곡선주행을 할 수 있어야 한다. 특히, 안내제어가 없는 자기부상열차에 있어서는 승차감을 확보하면서 곡선추종성능을 향상시키기 위하여 차간 댐퍼의 설치가 고려된다. 자기부상 차량용 차간 댐퍼는 곡선 진출입시 차량에 발생하는 요(Yaw) 방향의 진동을 최소화할 수 있어야 함과 동시에, 부상 전자석이 레일과 접촉이 없도록 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 곡선주행에서의 차간 댐퍼의 승차감과 곡선추종성에의 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 부상제어, 차량, 대차 및 궤도가 포함된 동역학 모델을 이용한 동특성 시뮬레이션이 수행된다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 차간 댐퍼의 효과가 분석되고 시험 선로에서의 주행시험을 실시하여 해석 결과의 신뢰성에 대한 검증이 이루어졌다.

  • 본 연구에서는 자주박격포의 다물체동역학 모델을 만든 뒤, 포탄의 탄도학을 고려하여 시뮬레이션 하였다. 자주박격포 모델은 박격포 모델 및 차량 모델로 구성하였으며, 상용 다물체 해석 프로그램인 RecurDyn 을 사용하였다. 차량 모델은 6 자유도 강체플랫폼으로 모델링 하였으며, 박격포 발사 직후의 움직임에는 강내탄도학을 적용하였다. 강내탄도학 해석의 결과를 바탕으로, 포신을 떠난 후의 강외탄도 해석을 수행하였다. 몬테카를로 기법을 활용한 반복 해석으로 발사각과 차량 동특성에 의한 변동이 고려된 탄착점의 분산도를 구하여 사격정확도를 제시하였다.

  • In this study, a procedure is presented for the dynamic analysis of a multibody tracked vehicle system. the planner tracked vehicle model used in this investigation is assumed to consist of two kinematically decoupled subsystems, i.e., the chassis subsys- tem and track sub-system. The chassis subsystem includes the chassis frame, sprocket, idler and rollers, while the track subsystem is represented as a closed kinematic chain consisting of rigid links interconnected by revolute joints. The recursive kinematic and dynamic formulation module of the vehicle will be developed.

  • The crash behaviour analysis of KHST is studied. KHST is modeled in 3D using the multibody dynamic analysis program DADS. The forward and side crash behaviour is predicted by tile dynamic analysis model and compared with those of another dynamic model. This study shot's that it is possible to predict tile crash behaviour of the trains in three dimension.
