본 연구는 안전한 학교 실현을 위한 학교의 역할과 책임을 명확히 하기 위하여 학교안전기준의 내용과 형식을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학교안전기준이 학교 현장에서 운영하는데 어려움을 교육행정사무관, 장학사, 연구사 총 26명으로 4개의 소그룹으로 나누어 현장 전문가의 의견을 청취하고 관련 자료를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 학교안전기준안에 대한 시도교육청에 재직하고 있는 교육행정사무관, 장학사, 연구사의 심층 면담을 종합적으로 분석하여, 학교안전기준 개발의 필요성, 학교안전기준 내용의 적정성, 학교안전기준 형식의 적절성, 학교안전기준안의 현장 적용성 등 넷 측면에서 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교안전기준 개발 방향 설정에 관한 내용이다. 둘째, 학교안전기준 체계 및 내용 탐구에 관한 내용이다. 셋째, 학교안전기준 내용 초안 마련에 관한 내용이다.

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 163 national standards bodies (NSB). The ISO standards are developed and processed within the technical committees (TC) or their subcommittees (SC) dealing with the different subject matters. The first technical committee, ISO/TC1, deals with screw threads and was created back in 1947. While, more recently, TC 309 was created to standardize organizational governance. The ISO technical committee in the field of metallic coatings was created in 1962 with the title ISO/TC107- Metallic and other inorganic coatings. This ISO/TC107 technical committee is dealing with the standardization of the characteristics of protective and decorative metallic coatings applied by electrolysis, fusion, vacuum or chemical means, mechanical deposition and ion plating. similarly, it also covers the standardization of the characteristics of protective and decorative non-metallic coatings (excluding paints and other organic coatings) on metal surface applied by electrolysis, fusion, vacuum or chemical means. Scope is further extended to the Standardization of the preparation of the substrates prior to the deposition of metallic and inorganic coatings. There are a total of 144 existing ISO standards published by this technical committee and has 19 participating countries (P-members) and 24 observing countries (O-members). Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS), being the secretariat of ISO/TC107, is constantly supporting this technical committee for the development of standards and related activities.

This paper describes overall background and current status of the establishment of multi axial fatigue testing system for rail fastening component/system. IEEE 802.11n standards introduced a mixed-mode format frame structure to achieve higher throughput with multiple antennas while providing backward compatibility with legacy systems. Although multi-input multi-output channel estimation was possible only with high-throughput long training fields (HT-LTFs), the proposed scheme utilizes a legacy LTF as well as HT-LTFs in a decision feedback manner to improve the accuracy of the estimates. It was verified through theoretical analysis and simulations that the proposed scheme effectively enhances the mean square error performance.

This paper develops a standard time table using STD(Standard Tine Data) Technique in multi-product and one-unit production systems. STD leads to greater consistency between similar jobs. The constant-time and special elements will always be the same even though they pertain to different part numbers. Actually, the standards will very based on the size of the variable elements that are in control of the time. A real-field example is presented.

We have detected cracks inside multi-layer metal sheets with nondestructive evaluation system consisting of SQUID gradiometer. Double D-shape coil was carefully designed with computer simulation for spatial distribution of magnetic field. It was aligned and placed in between SQUID and metal sheets in order to reduce the field effect to SQUID and to maximize eddy current in the sheets. The metal plate in bottom of the metal stack contained artificial cracks which were scanned by an X-Y scanning system. The information of crack position and size could be estimated by analysis of SQUID signal. Details of the results will be discussed .

The wind turbine, Europe and the United States are different with the standards process each other when the manufacturing company which in order to demand the standards process to a construction in the multi country with interested parties of the corresponding nation to, always the re-agreement is difficult. Korean wind turbine also detail there is not a standard, when it produces and establishes of wind turbine, the problem point occurs. It is like that investigation of international standards system it leads and when it prepares the Acoustic noise measurement of the Wind Turbine Systems of Korea, it prepares the base for industrial development wind turbine of Korea.

All the while due to the adoption of different TV broadcasting standards by South and North Korea, difficulties may ensue when promoting media exchange or media liberalization. Among the many media areas this paper compared the ground-wave TV broadcasting and digital TV broadcasting environments of South and North Korea, and analyzed the rapidly developing field of digital TV broadcasting technology. Afterwards, this paper offers several measures to resolve the difference in the South and North broadcasting standards. Through this paper, there is hope for joint development of South and North TV broadcasting technologies.

In this paper, we review the four receiver architectures and four methods for multi-standard receiver design. Propose reconfigurable RF block can be used for both low-IF and direct conversion architecture. Also, using reconfigurable mixer method, it can be operated at $2{\sim}6$ GHz range for multi-standard receiver. It consists of wideband mixer, filter, and automatic gain control amplifier and to get wide-band operation, $2{\sim}6$ GHz, wide-band mixer use flexible input matching method. Besides, to design multi-standard receiver, LNA bank that support each standard is necessary and it has good performance to compensate the performance of wide-band mixer. Finally, we design and simulate proposed reconfigurable RF block and to prove that it has acceptable performances for various wireless standards, the LNA bank that supports both IEEE 802.11a/b/g and WCDMA is also designed and simulated with it.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a space program of the new community center in multi-family housing. The community center defined in this study is a communal facility which integrate cultural and welfare facilities and activity programs into a complex. Through the analysis of the community programs and spaces for multi-family housing community, a new community center program is proposed. And basic area guidelines are proposed through the making of the space modelling of the important area of the center. According to the guidelines, more spaces compared to the present standards and conditions are needed for a new community center. However, the adjustment of area regulation is essential, considering the fast changing trend of resident's social needs. A new regulation system that controls the total area of function spaces of a community center, rather than controlling each function and area, is required. This kind of system makes it possible to decide programs freely within the limit of total floor area regulation by neighborhood's characteristics and residents'preference.
