Future logic device over the FinFET generation requires a complete electrostatics and transport characteristic for low-power and high-speed operation as extremely scaled devices. Silicon, Germanium and III-V based nanowire-based MOSFET devices and few-layer TMDC (Transition metal dichalcogenide monolayers) based multi-gate devices have been brought attention from device engineers due to those excellent electrostatic and novel device characteristic. In this study, we simulated ultrascaled Si/Ge/InAs gate-all-around nanowire MOSFET and MoS2 TMDC based DG MOSFET and TFET device by tight-binding NEGF method. As a result, we can find promising candidates of the future logic device of each channel material and device structures.

Lastly, the problem of filling occurs in the process of concealed joint of adjacent components and was seen in joints between the structure and an electrical or mechanical device. Therefore, the dry processing which replaces wet joint was seen in joints between the structure and a door, ones between the structure and a finishing materials, ones between a gypsum board and electrical device, and ones between a water pipe and a tile finishing. And a process of separating the area of jointed parts in order to eliminate the problem of overlap was seen in joints between a door and a finishing material and ones between a gypsum board on the ceiling and a light. Lastly, an analysis of a process of exposing concealed parts indicated that the problem of filling could be applied to joints between the structure and an electrical or mechanical device and ones between a finishing material and a mechanical device. This study sought out methods to apply Environment Friendly Multi Housing Remodeling that allow easy remodeling as part of environment- preserving policies. It also contains basic data useful to implement long-life houses in the future by presenting a comprehensive design standard for them

In recent years, wearable sensor devices are reshaping the way people live, work, and play. A wearable sensor device is a computer that is subsumed into the personal space of the user, and is always on, and always accessible. Therefore, among the most salient aspects of a wearable sensor device should be a small form factor, long battery lifetime, and real-time characteristics. Thereby, sophisticated applications of a wearable sensor device use real-time operating systems to guarantee real-time deadlines. The deterministic multi-dimensional task scheduling algorithms are implemented on ARC (Actual Remote Control) with relatively limited hardware resources. ARC is a wearable wristwatch-type remote controller; it can also serve as a universal remote control, for various wearable sensor devices. In the proposed algorithms, there is no limit on the maximum number of task priorities, and the memory requirement can be dramatically reduced. Furthermore, regardless of the number of tasks, the complexity of the time and space of the proposed algorithms is O(1). A valuable contribution of this work is to guarantee real-time deadlines for wearable sensor devices.
This paper proposes a core technology for a micro river monitoring terminal device suitable for flood monitoring in small rivers and valleys. Our proposed device is basically equipped with a 77GHz radar, gyro and accelerometer sensors. To measure the flow velocity and water level, we proposed a signal processing technique that extracts pure water energy components from the observed Doppler velocity and reflection intensity from the radar. And to determine the stability of the river structure equipped with our device, we constantly monitor the displacement of the measured values of the gyro and accelerometer sensors. Experimental result verified that our method detects pure water energy in various river environments and distinguishes between flow velocity and water level well. And we verified that vibration and position change of structures can be determined through a gyro sensor. In future research, we will work to build a secure digital twin river network by lowering the cost of supplying RF-WAV devices. Also we expect our device to contribute to securing a preventive golden time in rivers.

The distribution of popular videos incurs a large amount of traffic at the base stations (BS) of networks. Device-to-multi-device (D2MD) communication has emerged an efficient radio access technology for offloading BS traffic in recent years. However, traditional studies have focused on synchronous user requests whereas asynchronous user requests are more common. Hence, offloading BS traffic in case of asynchronous user requests while considering their time-varying characteristics and the quality of experience (QoE) of video request users (VRUs) is a pressing problem. This paper uses social stability (SS) and video loading duration (VLD)-tolerant property to group VRUs and seed users (SUs) to offload BS traffic. We define the average amount of data transmission (AADT) to measure the network's capacity for offloading BS traffic. Based on this, we formulate a time-varying bipartite graph matching optimization problem. We decouple the problem into two subproblems which can be solved separately in terms of time and space. Then, we propose the socially aware D2MD user selection (SA-D2MD-S) algorithm based on finite horizon optimal stopping theory, and propose the SA-D2MD user matching (SA-D2MD-M) algorithm to solve the two subproblems. The results of simulations show that our algorithms outperform prevalent algorithms.

FIDO(Fast IDentity Online) technology is expanding very rapidly which can replace traditional password-based authentication with biometrics technology[1,7]. FIDO provides convenient authentication with biometrics technology and secure key management with smart card technology, but it does not provide user identification, thus traditional user identification technology should be used before a FIDO device is registered to a FIDO server. K-FIDO[3] is an approach to implement FIDO and certificate-based authentication technology into a single device that user can utilize certificate-based authentication in initial registration of FIDO device to FIDO server. It is expected that very shortly users will own and use multiple K-FIDO devices. If we consider the traditional approach of copying single certificate to multiple devices or issuing independent certificate to each device, there will be many complex problems. In this paper we propose more secure and convenient key management technology in multiple K-FIDO device scenario using self-extended certification[4].

An example of such a new device is a mobile phone. The demand for wireless data communication is growing rapidly. However, agencies have not yet completed the standardization of the markup language. Due to the evolution of the Mobile Device, the agencies in this field have provided different data formats with each Mobile Device Platform. Traditionally, contents are hand-tailored to suit the target devices. A key problem is that the characteristics and capabilities of mobile devices are too diverse to service the most suitable mobile contents. Owing to this problem, the need for a reusable document description language increases. In this paper, we defined Template file that is common data to service mobile devices. We proposed method that could be effective wireless web service though design and the implementation of the Call Manager & the XSL Generator. In the methodology, when requesting wireless internet service, the mobile device finds out Markup language and hardware specification of the mobile device through the Call Manager component supports. The XSL Generator component creates XSL file dynamically that is the most suitable to device. Finally, contents is serviced to each device by XSLT.
