Recently, wireless mesh networks are used in various application areas. However, wireless mesh networks have limited bandwidth by the wireless transmission property, and have severe throughput degradation in multi-hop transmission in single channel wireless mesh networks. To solve this problem and support QoS, a lot of routing protocols have been proposed in mesh networks. In this paper, we propose a wireless mesh networks architecture with MPLS for QoS service. The path and traffic management from the application could be independent from QoS routing protocols by using the MPLS in wirelss mesh networks. In this paper, we design a MPLS-based mesh router with IEEE 802.11e for traffic differentiation and investigate the operation by implementation and test.
In this paper, we consider a SDMS (Self-Diagnostic Monitoring System) for a reciprocating pump for the purpose of not only diagnosis but also prognosis. We have replaced a multi class estimator that selects only the most probable one with a multi label estimator such that we are able to see the state of each of the components. We have introduced a measure called certainty so that we are able to represent the symptom and its state. We have built a flow loop for a reciprocating pump system and presented some results. With these changes, we are not only able to detect both the dominant symptom as well as others but also to monitor how the degree of severity of each component changes. About the dominant ones, we found that the overall recognition rate of our algorithm is about 99.7% which is slightly better than that of the former SDMS. Also, we are able to see the trend and to make a base to find prognostics to estimate the remaining useful life. With this we hope that we have gone one step closer to the final goal of prognosis of SDMS.

In this paper, a robot is considered as an agent, a structure of robot is presented which consisted by multi-subagents and they have diverse capacity such as perception, intelligence, action etc., required for robot. Also, subagents are consisted by micro-agent($\mu$agent) charged for elementary action required. The structure of robot control have two sub-agents, the one is behavior based reactive controller and action selection sub agent, and action selection sub-agent select a action based on the high label action and high performance, and which have a learning mechanism based on the reinforcement learning. For presented robot structure, it is easy to give intelligence to each element of action and a new approach of multi robot control. Presented robot is simulated for two goals: chaotic exploration and obstacle avoidance, and fabricated by using 8bit microcontroller, and experimented.

The purpose of this research is to develop and evaluate a traffic engineering architecture that uses local state information. This architecture is applied to an Internet protocol radio access network (RAN) that uses multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) and differentiated services to support mobile hosts. We assume mobility support is provided by a protocol such as the hierarchical mobile Internet protocol. The traffic engineering architecture is router based-meaning that routers on the edges of the network make the decisions onto which paths to place admitted traffic. We propose an algorithm that supports the architecture and uses local network state in order to function. The goal of the architecture is to provide an inexpensive and fast method to reduce network congestion while increasing the quality of service (QoS) level when compared to traditional routing and traffic engineering techniques. We use a number of different mobility scenarios and a mix of different types of traffic to evaluate our architecture and algorithm. We use the network simulator ns-2 as the core of our simulation environment. Around this core we built a system of pre-simulation, during simulation, and post-processing software that enabled us to simulate our traffic engineering architecture with only very minimal changes to the core ns-2 software. Our simulation environment supports a number of different mobility scenarios and a mix of different types of traffic to evaluate our architecture and algorithm.
Thipaper presents a methodology to suppress the vibration of thin rectangular plate clamped all edges using piezo-ceramic material as actuators and sensors. Dynamic characteristics of the structure bonded with distributed actuators/sensors are identified by the Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) frequency domain modeling technique based on the experimental data. Hybrid control scheme is adopted and feedback controller is designed by LQG(Linear Quadratic Gaussian). Feedforward controller is adapted by multiple filtered -$x$ LMS(least mean square) algorithm. Experiment result demonstrates the effective reduction of the vibration label for both the transient and persistent external disturbances.

Distance Vector-Hop (DV-Hop) algorithm is widely used in node localization. It often suffers the wormhole attack. The current researches focus on Double-Wormhole-Node-Link (DWNL) and have limited attention to Multi-Wormhole-Node-Link (MWNL). In this paper, we propose a security DV-Hop algorithm (AMLDV-Hop) to resist MWNL. Firstly, the algorithm establishes the Neighbor List (NL) in initialization phase. It uses the NL to find the suspect beacon nodes and then find the actually attacked beacon nodes by calculating the distances to other beacon nodes. The attacked beacon nodes generate and broadcast the conflict sets to distinguish the different wormhole areas. The unknown nodes take the marked beacon nodes as references and mark themselves with different numbers in the first-round marking. If the unknown nodes fail to mark themselves, they will take the marked unknown nodes as references to mark themselves in the second-round marking. The unknown nodes that still fail to be marked are semi-isolated. The results indicate that the localization error of proposed AMLDV-Hop algorithm has 112.3%, 10.2%, 41.7%, 6.9% reduction compared to the attacked DV-Hop algorithm, the Label-based DV-Hop (LBDV-Hop), the Secure Neighbor Discovery Based DV-Hop (NDDV-Hop), and the Against Wormhole DV-Hop (AWDV-Hop) algorithm.
The existing image quality assessment (IQA) datasets have a small number of samples. Some methods based on transfer learning or data augmentation cannot make good use of image quality-related features. A No Reference (NR)-IQA method based on multi-task training and quality awareness is proposed. First, single or multiple distortion types and levels are imposed on the original image, and different strategies are used to augment different types of distortion datasets. With the idea of weak supervision, we use the Full Reference (FR)-IQA methods to obtain the pseudo-score label of the generated image. Then, we combine the classification information of the distortion type, level, and the information of the image quality score. The ResNet50 network is trained in the pre-train stage on the augmented dataset to obtain more quality-aware pre-training weights. Finally, the fine-tuning stage training is performed on the target IQA dataset using the quality-aware weights to predicate the final prediction score. Various experiments designed on the synthetic distortions and authentic distortions datasets (LIVE, CSIQ, TID2013, LIVEC, KonIQ-10K) prove that the proposed method can utilize the image quality-related features better than the method using only single-task training. The extracted quality-aware features improve the accuracy of the model.
Compressed sensing (CS) has been investigated in magnetic resonance (MR) parametric mapping to reduce scan time. However, the relatively long reconstruction time restricts its widespread applications in the clinic. Recently, deep learning-based methods have shown great potential in accelerating reconstruction time and improving imaging quality in fast MR imaging, although their adaptation to parametric mapping is still in an early stage. In this paper, we proposed a novel deep learning-based framework DEMO for fast and robust MR parametric mapping. Different from current deep learning-based methods, DEMO trains the network in an unsupervised way, which is more practical given that it is difficult to acquire large fully sampled training data of parametric-weighted images. Specifically, a CS-based loss function is used in DEMO to avoid the necessity of using fully sampled k-space data as the label, thus making it an unsupervised learning approach. DEMO reconstructs parametric weighted images and generates a parametric map simultaneously by unrolling an interaction approach in conventional fast MR parametric mapping, which enables multi-tasking learning. Experimental results showed promising performance of the proposed DEMO framework in quantitative MR T1ρ mapping.

In this paper, a novel spectral-spatial joint sparse representation algorithm for hyperspectral image classification is proposed based on multi-layer superpixels in various scales. Superpixels of various scales can provide complete yet redundant correlated information of the class attribute for test pixels. Therefore, we design a joint sparse model for a test pixel by sampling similar pixels from its corresponding superpixels combinations. Firstly, multi-layer superpixels are extracted on the false color image of the HSI data by principal components analysis model. Secondly, a group of discriminative sampling pixels are exploited as reconstruction matrix of test pixel which can be jointly represented by the structured dictionary and recovered sparse coefficients. Thirdly, the orthogonal matching pursuit strategy is employed for estimating sparse vector for the test pixel. In each iteration, the approximation can be computed from the dictionary and corresponding sparse vector. Finally, the class label of test pixel can be directly determined with minimum reconstruction error between the reconstruction matrix and its approximation. The advantages of this algorithm lie in the development of complete neighborhood and homogeneous pixels to share a common sparsity pattern, and it is able to achieve more flexible joint sparse coding of spectral-spatial information. Experimental results on three real hyperspectral datasets show that the proposed joint sparse model can achieve better performance than a series of excellent sparse classification methods and superpixels-based classification methods.
A new online multi-layer integrated routing (MLIR) scheme that combines IP (electrical) layer routing with WDM (optical) layer routing is investigated. It is a highly efficient and cost-effective routing scheme viable for the next generation integrated optical Internet. A new simplified weighted graph model for the integrated optical Internet consisted of optical routers with multi-granularity optical-electrical hybrid switching capability is firstly proposed. Then, based on the proposed graph model, we develop an online integrated routing scheme called differentiated weighted fair algorithm (DWFA) employing adaptive admission control (routing) strategies with the motivation of service/bandwidth differentiation, which can jointly solve multi-layer routing problem by simply applying the minimal weighted path computation algorithm. The major objective of DWFA is fourfold: 1) Quality of service (QoS) routing for traffic requests with various priorities; 2) blocking fairness for traffic requests with various bandwidth granularities; 3) adaptive routing according to the policy parameters from service provider; 4) lower computational complexity. Simulation results show that DWFA performs better than traditional overlay routing schemes such as optical-first-routing (OFR) and electrical-first-routing (EFR), in terms of traffic blocking ratio, traffic blocking fairness, average traffic logical hop counts, and global network resource utilization. It has been proved that the DWFA is a simple, comprehensive, and practical scheme of integrated routing in optical Internet for service providers.
