FPGA를 이용한 초소형위성용 다중디지털 데이터 처리 시스템 개발 (Muliti Digital Data Control System Development for Ultra-Small Satellite using FPGA)

  • 저 비용으로 개발되는 초소형 위성의 경우 개발비용을 줄이기 위해서 상용제품(COTS; Commercial-Off-The Shelf)을 많이 사용하는 추세이며, 따라서 실제 위성을 운용하고 데이터를 수집 처리하는 명령 및 데이터 처리계(C&DH; Command and Data Handling)도 상용 컨트롤러를 중심으로 설계 및 개발되고 있다. 하지만 상용 컨트롤러는 그 기능이 제작사의 규격에 따라 한정되어 있기 때문에 다양한 인터페이스를 갖는 위성 개발에 적용할 경우 별도의 인터페이스 회로 구성이 필수적이다. 따라서 상용 컨트롤러가 지원하지 못하는 다수의 디지털 인터페이스를 쉽게 확장하고 SEU 보상을 위해서 FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)를 이용한 다중 디지털 데이터 처리 시스템(MDDCS; Multi Digital Data Control System)을 개발하였다. 개발 언어로 VHDL(Very High Speed Integrated Circuits Hardware Description Language)을 사용하였으며 Actel의 A3P1000에 구현하였다.

내륙지방 전통담장의 가치평가 및 보전 방안 (Estimation Economic Value of Multi-Functionality and Preservation Program of Traditional Stone Fences in Korea)

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate the economic value of Multi-functionality Roles including landscape and so on, which traditional stone fences in Korea possess, using Dichotomous Choice Contingent Valuation Method (DC-CVM). The stone fences is life cultural heritance of regional residents. It has functions like Development of Favorable Landscapes, Maintenance of Cultural Heritage, and Recreation/Relaxation. Expectation from regional visitors shows that the existence and inheritance value of the stone wall is higher then we expected. According to the research that we had done from the people that had agreed to contribute the stone wall. moreover the public commercial value of regional tradition stone was not only 2,900 billion won but also it will increase an economic gain in every year. Therefore, preserving the stone wall that has Multi-functional Roles and values can lead to huge economic value in the future. But farmhouses in the stone wall conservation area are being supported 9 billion won in every year. This is only 0.03% of the income that farmhouse earns per year. Thus, stone wall preservation policy and plan can raise green-tour commercial value of inland area as a long-term inside measurement. Those will have to be propelled continuously.

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate the economic value of Multi-functionality Roles including landscape and so on, which the stone fences in Jejudo possess, using Dichotomous Choice Contingent Valuation Method(DC-CVM). The stone wall is life cultural heritance of Cheju islanders. It has functions like Development of Favorable Landscapes, Maintenance of Cultural Heritage, and Recreation/Relaxation. Expectation from Cheju visitors shows that the existence and inheritance value of the stone wall is higher then we expected. According to the research that we had done from the people that had agreed to contribute the stone wall, the result was that the public commercial value of Cheju tradition stone will increase every yew(2006: 367 billion won, 2011: 437.1 billion won). Therefore, preserving the stone wall that has Multi-functional Roles and values can lead to huge economic value in the future. But farmhouses in the stone wall conservation area are being supported 6 million won every year. This is only 10% of the income that farmhouse ems per year. Thus, stone wall preservation policy and plan that can raise green-tour commercial value of Cheju Island of long-term inside measurement will have to be propelled continuously.

  • Due to the development of technology, urbanization, industrialization, etd. at modern times, even the individual view of value has changed in variety. That means the change of each consumcer's life-style and even that of propensity to consume. In that regard, the modern, commercial space became to be increasingly included to specialization and complication. Such specialization and complication of the commercial space can be thought to be a positive response of enterprises to satisfy the needs or desire of consumers who become diversified. In this study, some new models in the method of the planning and designing of the S.I.P(Shop Identity Program). intended to research into as follows ; - As the background of the advent of the multi-used shopping complex, changes in consumer life-style and propensity to consume according to social and economical changes were intended to be studied through various statistical data literature. - For the study of the characteristics, constituent conditions, and planning operation of the future multi used shopping complex in the marketing aspect of enterprises, it was intended to study centered on the theory of consumer behavior and that of retail marketing. - In the process of the spatial design of the multi-used shopping complex, it was tried that a designing process to materialize a target of the discrimination and orderly arrangement of stores be progressed. In the process of materializing a target based on both corporate image and 'brand' image in designing.

고고도 장기체공 무인기 적용을 위한 다단 터보차저 가솔린 엔진 시스템 시뮬레이션 (Multi-Stage Turbocharger Gasoline IC Engine Simulation for HALE UAV)

  • 고고도 장기체공 무인기의 추진 시스템에 다단 터보차저 가솔린 왕복기관 시스템의 적합성을 평가하기 위하여 성능 시뮬레이션을 진행하였다. Ricardo사의 1-D 엔진 시뮬레이션 WAVE를 사용하여 다단 터보차저를 포함한 엔진 시스템을 모델링하였다. 엔진 모델은 양산 2.4L 가솔린 4기통 엔진의 제원을 반영하였다. 터보차저 모델에는 상용 터보차저의 성능 맵을 적용하였다. 고도 60,000ft에서 엔진의 적정 흡기 압력을 확보하기 위해 3단 터보차저 및 인터쿨러를 구성하였다. 웨이스트 게이트는 하나로 구성하였다. 이를 통해 지상부터 고고도까지의 엔진 시스템 정상 상태 운전성을 평가하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 (초)소형위성의 뉴스페이스 특징 및 대응방안을 소개하고, 국내기술을 활용한 우리나라의 우주산업화 전략을 제시한다. 최근 스타링크를 포함하여 전세계적으로 개발되는 (초)소형위성들은 저비용 및 경량의 군집위성 특징을 가지고 있으므로, COTS(Commercial Off-The-Shelf) 부품 사용 및 위성 중량, 형상, 대량생산 등을 고려하고 군집운용을 준비해야 한다. 특히 다중위성 운용시 주파수 간섭을 고려하여 MIMO(Multi Input Multi Output) 기술 개발 및 정부 차원의 주파수 확보를 위한 준비와 노력이 필요하다. 삼성전자와 SK하이닉스의 상용급 메모리 중에서 내방사선성이 좋은 메모리와 중소기업의 고신뢰성 패키징 및 우주환경시험 기술을 이용하는 우주급 메모리 분야는 우주산업화 전략으로 가능성이 있다.

상사중재와 투자조약중재에 관한 비교연구 (A Study in the Differences between Commercial Arbitration and Investment Treaty Arbitration)

  • In the past, the mention of "international arbitration" would have brought to mind only commercial arbitration. However, the frequency of investment treaty arbitration has seen remarkable grow thanks to the rise of globalization and the spread of multi-national corporations. Reflecting on the current state of the world, this paper introduces the meaning, characteristics, and differences between commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration in the context of procedural considerations. To this end, this paper examines some major procedural differences among the said types of arbitration, by dividing commercial arbitration into institutional arbitration and ad hoc arbitration, and dividing investment treaty arbitration into ICSID arbitration and UNCITRAL Rules arbitration.

민.군 협력에 의한 중.장기 국방 표준화 로드맵 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Mid and Long-term Roadmap of National Defense Standardization by the Commercial and Military Collaboration)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a mid and long-term roadmap for "Commercial and Military Collaboration Standardization(CMCS) program." We developed three layer's roadmap through systematical process. The roadmap is composed of four targets, eight projects and forty-six tasks. To evaluate the quality of the roadmap, we applied checklist method and statistical analysis. Consequently, the quality is positive and it shows that the roadmap could apply for CMCS program. In addition, it is expected to contribute to the standardization between military supplies and commercial products.
