타설 노즐의 내부 블레이드에 의한 섬유 방향성 제어 성능에 관한 수치 해석적 연구 (Numerical Studies on the Control Performance of Fiber Orientation for Nozzle with Inside Blades)

  • 본 연구는 기존에 사용되어 지고 있는 타설 노즐 내부에 블레이드를 설치함으로써 타설 시 시멘트 복합체에 혼입된 섬유의 방향성을 제어하고 동시에 분포도를 향상시키고자 하였다. 블레이드 변수 최적화를 위하여 시멘트계 매트릭스 재료의 유동과 혼입된 섬유의 운동, 노즐간의 상호작용을 고려한 다중물리계 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 사용되는 섬유길이를 변수로 하여 블레이드의 간격, 길이, 위치를 결정하였다. 내부 블레이드 간격이 섬유길이의 약 1.2~2.4배, 블레이드 길이는 섬유길이의 약 4~8배, 설치 위치는 시멘트 복합체가 도출되는 입구에서부터 섬유길이의 14배 이하일 때 섬유 방향각이 약 $15^{\circ}$이하로 제어되었다. 또한, 본 연구에서 제시된 블레이드형 노즐은 기존의 섬유보강 시멘트 복합체 타설장비와 타설관을 그대로 사용하면서, 탈 부착식으로 제작될 수 있어 사용성과 편의성을 동시에 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

UAV용 유체역학적 추력편향 노즐의 고 정확도 다분력 시험장치 개발 (Development of the High-Accuracy Multi-Component Balance for Fluidic Thrust Vectoring Nozzle of UAV)

  • 추력편향 제어기술은 무인기의 고기동성 확보에 있어 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 동축 코안다 효과를 이용한 초음속 사각노즐 유동의 추력편향 특성을 정량적으로 측정할 수 있는 다분력 시험장치를 개발하였다. 엄밀한 보정 및 자세한 자료분석 과정을 통하여 본 연구에서 개발된 시험장치의 로드셀 상호간섭에 의한 측정오차는 약 5% 미만임이 관찰되었고, 또한 고압 연결튜브에 의한 오차는 거의 무시할 수 있음이 판명되었다. 아울러 개발된 시험장치를 이용하여 본 연구의 동축 코안다 효과를 이용한 사각노즐의 추력편향 특성에 관한 기초적인 실험결과가 얻어졌다.

Validation of underwater explosion response analysis for airbag inflator using a fluid-structure interaction algorithm

  • Air gun shock systems are commonly used as alternative explosion energy sources for underwater explosion (UNDEX) shock tests owing to their low cost and environmental impact. The airbag inflator of automotive airbag systems is also very useful to generate extremely rapid underwater gas release in labscale tests. To overcome the restrictions on the very small computational time step owing to the very fine fluid mesh around the nozzle hole in the explicit integration algorithm, and also the absence of a commercial solver and software for gas UNDEX of airbag inflator, an idealized airbag inflator and fluid mesh modeling technique was developed using nozzle holes of relatively large size and several small TNT charges instead of gas inside the airbag inflator. The objective of this study is to validate the results of an UNDEX response analysis of one and two idealized airbag inflators by comparison with the results of shock tests in a small water tank. This comparison was performed using the multi-material Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian formulation and fluid-structure interaction algorithm. The number, size, vertical distance from the nozzle outlet, detonation velocity, and lighting times of small TNT charges were determined. Through mesh size convergence tests, the UNDEX response analysis and idealized airbag inflator modeling were validated.

농업용 멀티콥터를 활용한 무인항공기용 작물보호제 살포양상에 대한 상용노즐별 차이 (Comparison of Each Commercial Nozzle on the Application Pattern of Pesticide for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV))

  • 본 연구에서는 멀티콥터를 이용한 무인항공용 방제약제 살포시 사용하는 상용 노즐에 3가지 타입에 따른 살포양상과 피복도를 조사하였다. 처리구에 플루페녹수론·메타플루미존(flufenoxuron+metaflumizone) 액상수화제와 비펜트린(bifenthrin) 유제를 살포하고난 뒤, 살포 약제의 낙하입자를 감수지를 이용하여 측정하고 감수지의 피복도를 조사하였다. 낙하입자 분석결과 풍속의 차이에 따라 노즐별 낙하입자 균일도에 차이를 보였으며 제형별 차이는 없었다. 노즐별 분사량은 공식 제공정보와 실제 분사량에 차이를 보였다. 이 결과들은 무인항공기 이용 농업현장방제 및 약제등록시험 가이드라인 설정에 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The generation of electric power and plant facilities have been attempting to improve energy efficiency with many efforts as those being basis of our country's economy. In particular, the CHP(Combined Heat Power plant) system, is producing the electricity and process steam, has generally been using for the cogeneration plants. When CHP system operates, the steam has to maintain the high temperature and high pressure in order to have high efficiency of electric power production as much as possible. In addition, the exhausted steam from the turbine has to reform proper temperature to use the needed process. The major purpose of desuperheater is that the superheated steam changes into the saturated steam because it is more efficient and suitable for using the process, furthermore, it is more convenient and stable regarding the process temperature control. The design of the desuperheater obtained through the experiment and preceding analysis. This paper is verified by analysis that water spray nozzle(${\Phi}$=28mm) shows the best ability under the real power plant condition.

Shop Primer의 다중 노즐 분사 스프레이 패턴 인자와 도막두께의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Correlation of Dry Film Thickness with Multi-Nozzle Spray Pattern of Shop Primer)

  • Multi-nozzle spray painting procedure of the inorganic zinc shop primer was established in order to obtain uniform film thickness. The shop primer paint prevents the corrosion of steel block during shipbuilding. When the dry film thickness of shop primer is insufficient, rust will be generated on the steel block. Otherwise, thick coating of shop primer may be a problem of weld defect. So, it is important to obtain the uniform film thickness of shop primer. The uniformity of dry film thickness is affected by spray speed, distance from spray gun to target surface and overlapping span of spray path. In order to uniformly maintain coating thickness of shop primer, the coating procedure was established based on the correlation of shop primer spray variables.

다수 캐비티를 갖는 핫러너 금형에서의 균형충전을 위한 자동제어시스템 (A Closed-loop-control System for Filling Balance in the Hot Runner Mold with Multi-Cavities)

  • For mass production of plastics, injection molds have multi-cavities. However, filling imbalance between cavity to cavity always has occurred in multi-cavities mold, and this has caused low quality of plastics part. In this study, the closed-loop-control system which can control temperature of hot manifold and nozzle in hot runner mold for filling balance has been suggested, and a series of experiment about difference of filling time and weight in cavity-to-cavity was conducted. As a result of using closed-loop-control system, a remarkable improvement in reducing filling imbalance was confirmed.

발전소용 다중 스프레이형 과열저감기의 열성능 및 안정성에 관한 연구 (Studies on the heat performance and stability for multi spray type desuperheater of the power plant)

  • The important use of the desuperheater(multi spray type) changes the superheated steam into the saturated steam. It is more efficient and suitable for using the process. Also, it is more convenient and stable regarding the process temperature control. In this study, transient and quasi-static analysis were done for the evaluation of structural integrity of the multi spray type desuperheater of the power plant. Computational analysis was used to calculate the thermal stress, and the vibration test was done to evaluate the structural stability. This paper is verified by analysis that water spray nozzle(${\phi}=28mm$) shows the best ability. The results show that structural stability of the desuperheater under the real operating condition was proven.
