이 연구는 메이커 운동과 관련된 단행본, 정책 보고서, 기사 및 칼럼 등을 비판적 담론 분석의 관점에서 살펴보며 메이커 문화를 둘러싼 담론적 지형과 사회적 실천을 분석한다. 정부 주도의 메이커 운동은 제작 문화를 경제 위기를 극복할 수 있는 '창조 경제'의 원동력으로 의미화하고, 디지털 제조업의 창업을 정책적으로 진흥하고 있다. 서울시의 경우, 정부 주도의 경제주의적 메이커 운동을 비판하면서, 기술을 통해 사회 문제를 해결하고자 하는 '디지털 사회 혁신'으로 메이커 운동을 제도화한다. 문화 예술계에서는 메이커를 장인 노동이나 손노동과 같은 '창조적 장인'으로 간주한다. 또한 지배적인 기술 구조에 대한 대항으로서 '비판적 제작 활동'을 구축하고자 하는 저항의 움직임도 있다. 하지만 지배적 담론이 현실적인 차원에 미치는 권력 효과와, 대항적 담론 투쟁으로 인한 지배 구조의 균열을 섣불리 확신할 수 없다. 현재 진행 중인 메이커 운동은 지배적인 권력 구조와 접합되어 제작 문화를 사회적 경제적 가치로 이끌어 내고자 하는 담론 전략과, 이에 대한 문화적 기술 정치적 가능성을 중시하는 대안적인, 혹은 대항적인 의미화 실천이 경합하는 갈등과 투쟁의 장이다.

한국전쟁 이후에 발생했던 수많은 사건들 가운데 '$5{\cdot}18$' 만큼 사회적 기억의 편차가 컸던 경우는 드물 것이다. $5{\cdot}18$은 다른 민주화운동 관련 사건들에 비해 의미의 변용이 다양하게 이루어졌다는 점에서도 특별하다. 그래서 이 글은 먼저 기념사업을 중심으로 $5{\cdot}18$의 의미가 변용되었던 배경과 논리를 파악하고, 이것이 $5{\cdot}18$기념사업의 관점과 형태에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는가를 고찰한다. $5{\cdot}18$기념사업에 관한 인식과 형태는 2000년을 전후하여 크게 달라졌다. 이전 시기의 기념사업은 사회 운동 논리가 제도화의 논리로 일정하게 수렴되는 양상을 보였다. 이 시기에는 민주성지와 성역화의 담론이 중심을 이루었고, 기억투쟁의 성격을 띠었다. 반면 이후의 시기에는 $5{\cdot}18$의 의미가 문화도시와 인권도시를 조성하는 역사적 자원으로 해석되었다. 이러한 변화 과정에서 $5{\cdot}18$의 의미는 때로는 지역 발전 담론으로 전유되었고, 때로는 도시차별화 전략의 소재로 채택되었다. 이에 맞추어 기념사업이 추진되었던 형태도 기억투쟁형에서 유산산업형으로 달라졌다.

This study measured the downward stepping movement relative to weight change (no load, and 10%, 20%, 30% of body weight respectively of adult male (n=10) from standardized stair (rise of 0.3 m, tread of 0.29 m, width of 1 m). The 3-dimensional cinematography and ground reaction force were also utilized for analysis of leg stiffness: Peak vertical force, change in stance phase leg length, Torque of whole body, kinematic variables. The strategy heightened the leg stiffness and standardized vertical ground reaction force relative to the added weights (p<.01). Torque showed rather larger rotational force in case of no load, but less in 10% of body weight (p<.05). Similarly angle of hip joint showed most extended in no-load, but most flexed in 10% of body weight (p<.05). Inclined angle of body trunk showed largest range in posterior direction in no-load, but in vertical line nearly relative to added weights (p<.001). Thus the result of the study proved that downward stepping strategy altered from height of 30 cm, regardless of added weight, did not affect velocity and length of lower leg. But added weight contributed to more vertical impulse force and increase of rigidity of whole body than forward rotational torque under condition of altered stepping strategy. In future study, the experimental on effect of weight change and alteration of downward stepping strategy using ankle joint may provide helpful information for development of enhanced program of prevention and rehabilitation on motor performance and injury.

Many kinds of communication systems will be co-existed in the next generation communication environment. Location management will be one of the most important strategies in the future communication network. Whether the user gets the service in any kind of communication system, it is required to know the location of the user properly and manages this location information efficiently. In this paper, mobile IP and WCDMA systems are considered as next generation communication systems. We improve the performance of communication in heterogeneous networks adjusting the conventional region-based location management strategy in homogeneous network. This strategy can be adjusted dynamically to the communication system on the basis of packet-to-mobility ratio (PMR) in mobile IP system or call-to-mobility ratio (CMR) in WCDMA system, lots of different system parameters, and movement pattern of the user. This can be also based on the performance analysis with considering signaling cost and database access cost.

KARI (Korea Aerospace Research Institute) is going to launch a Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite (COMS) at summer of 2009. It will be first thing to be developed for a geostationary satellite through domestic technology. Of course, KARI has performed this development program with EADS Astrium in France since 2005. COMS has the non-symmetric configuration that the solar array is only attached on the south panel. Due to the configuration, momentum of satellite will be rapidly accumulated induced by solar pressure and then 3 wheels of large momentum are located on roll-yaw plane for attitude control. Therefore, to prevent the saturation of wheel momentum, wheel off-loading will be performed two times per day during 10 minutes for each one. At the moment, translation movement on 3-axes direction appears because of using thrusters. In this paper, strategy of the wheel off-loading and triaxiality which is the translation effect on 3-axes are introduced. Consequently, the result of optimized triaxiality considering the wheel off-loading strategy is summarized.

Objective: China is likely to nominate their traditional medicine (TCM) as a World Intangible Cultural Heritage. Regarding this movement, is important for Korea to clarify and reestablish the origin of traditional Korean medicine (TKM) to keep pace. Methods: Studied current cultural policy on TCM and revised the standpoint of Chinese scholars through papers. Conclusions: Though many researchers are aware of the necessity of cultural propagation of TKM, studies actually undertaken are scarce. Therefore, Korean researchers need to carry out more research on self distinguishing aspects of TKM and the propagation of its unique characteristics.

Inclusive innovation refers to different types and forms of innovation activities or performance by which we can get more for lesser cost and which could cater and meet the needs and demands of more people. The essence of inclusive innovation is to help poor, marginalized and underprivileged sections of society to improve their livelihoods and enable them to climb up the socio-economic ladder. In the current phase of economic slowdown, increasing unemployment and inequalities, World Bank, OECD and various governments are turning towards inclusive innovation as a new source of optimism or even as a new innovation strategy. Whilst it is being reframed or packaged as a novel or a new strategy, one can trace its historical roots to the AT movement and the Gandhian ideas of economy and society in the 1940s and 1950s. These ideas have inspired and influenced a range of individuals, institutions and civil society groups in inclusive innovation.

The prevalence of non-communicable disease (NCD) has been continuously increasing due to population ageing, and the change in consumption and lifestyle patterns. Cancers, cerebrovascular diseases, and hypertensive diseases have been the major causes of deaths in the Republic of Korea since 1983. Numerous studies have suggested the need for a sustained comprehensive treatment tailored for individual patients and recommend the development of a systematic program to manage NCD patients to provide such care. It's necessary to develop the Korean model of the community based NCD prevention and control, consisting strategy of community movement, education for the NCD patients, and partnership the primary care clinic with public health organization to meet the needs in community people.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to describe the Intervention strategy applied ICF Tool about patient with cerebellar hemorrhage. Methods : The data was collected by patient with cerebellar hemorrhage. We applied the ICF Tool for patient with cerebellar hemorrhage. Parameters of result were collected for using the Timed up and go test, Berg balance scale and ICF assessment sheet. Results : Significant differences were observed the patient for Timed up and go test, Berg balance scale and ICF assessment sheet. patient with cerebellar hemorrhage improved all test. Conclusion : ICF Tool applied Intervention about patient with cerebellar hemorrhage is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice.

We applied the ICF Tool for low back pain patient. Parameters of result were collected for using the VAS, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. Results : Significant differences were observed the low back pain patient for VAS, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. low back pain patient improved all test. Conclusion : ICF Tool applied Intervention about low back pain patient is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice.
