요추분절의 불안정성에 대한 임상적 소개와 안정성 운동관리 (Clinical presentation and specific stabilizing exercise management in Lumbar segmental instability)

  • Lumbar segmental instability is considered to represent a significant sub-group within the chronic low back pain population. This condition has a unique clinical presentation that displays its symptoms and movement dysfunction within the neutral zone of the motion segment. The loosening of the motion segment secondary to injury and associated dysfunction of the local muscle system renders it biomechanically vulnerable in the neutral zone. There in evidence of muscle dysfunction related to the control of the movement system. There is a clear link between reduced proprioceptive input, altered slow motor unit recruitment and the development of chronic pain states. Dysfunction in the global and local muscle systems in presented to support the development of a system of classification of muscle function and development of dysfunction related to musculoskeletal pain. The global muscles control range of movement and alignment, and evidence of dysfunction is presented in terms of imbalance in recruitment and length between the global stability muscles and the global mobility muscles. The local stability muscles demonstrate evidence of failure of aeequate segmental control in terms of allowing excessive uncontrolled translation or specific loss of cross-sectional area at the site of pathology Motor recruitment deficits present as altered timing and patterns of recruitment. The evidence of local and global dysfunction allows the development of an integrated model of movement dysfunction. The clinical diagnosis of this chronic low back pain condition is based on the report of pain and the observation of movement dysfunction within the neutral zone and the associated finding of excessive intervertebral motion at the symptomatic level. Four different clinical patterns are described based on the directional nature of the injury and the manifestation of the patient's symptoms and motor dysfunction. A specific stabilizing exercise intervention based on a motor learning model in proposed and evidence for the efficacy of the approach provided.

독립 운동 컬렉션 분류 체계 개발에 관한 연구 - 공훈전자사료관을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of an Independent Movement Collection Classification System: Focus on the Gonghun Digital Archive)

  • 본 연구는 국가보훈처의 '공훈전자사료관' 컬렉션을 기반으로 독립 운동 컬렉션에 대한 출처별, 주제별, 자료유형별 분류 체계를 제안하였다. 먼저 출처별 분류 체계는 계층별로 구성하였으며 출처별로 분류된 기록물들은 관련 주제어에 따라 2차 분류한 후, 17가지 자료유형별로 분류하였고 '출처-주제-자료유형'의 인용 순서로 기술하였다. 또한 주제어를 바탕으로 한 귀납적 방법을 이용하여 유의미한 컬렉션을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 공훈전자사료관 컬렉션을 출처별, 주제별, 자료유형별로 이용자가 기록물을 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 분류하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 독립 운동 DB 자료의 기록물 검색을 지원하기 위한 분류 체계로서 이용자의 접근성을 높이고 독립 운동 기록물 서비스를 확장하는데 기초가 될 것이다.

광주학생독립운동 중국 신문 보도에 관한 기술적 연구 (A Descriptive Study on Chinese Newspaper Coverages of Gwangju Student Movement)

  • 새로운 사료의 발굴은 향후 연구의 지속가능성을 담보하며 새로운 해석과 연구의 확장을 가능케 한다는 점에서 중요하다. 연구의 목적은 새롭게 발굴된 광주학생독립운동 관련 중국 보도의 특성을 내용적 측면에서 기술하는 것이다. 특히, 중국 보도가 동일한 표현과 내용을 담고 있어, 한국이나 일본의 어떤 자료를 동일하게 인용했고 어떤 관계가 있는지를 파악하고자 했다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최초 보도라고 새롭게 주장된 1929년 12월 6일의 보도와 광주학생독립운동과의 연관성을 구체적으로 설명하였다. 12월 6일의 서울에서의 격문 배포와 체포 사건은 광주학생독립운동이라는 구체적인 명시는 없지만, 광주학생독립운동을 지지하기 위해 행해진 최초보도로 보아야 한다. 둘째, 선행연구들에서 해당 신문의 자체 보도로 알려진 내용은 사실 한국이나 일본 현지의 앞선 보도에서 인용된 것임을 밝혔다. 셋째, 보도 내용은 신문사의 정치적 특성에 따라 피인용보도의 영향을 받을 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다.

상악전치부에서 치아정출술을 이용한 치관연장의 증례보고 (CASE REPORT ON FORCED ERUPTION FOR CLINICAL CROWN LENGTHENING IN MAXILLARY ANTERIORS)

  • This case report presents two maxillary anterior cases for clinical crown lengthening by forced eruption. In the first case, clinical crown of maxillary right lateral incisor was almost lost by fracture. Forced eruption using intracoronal splint and elastic thread accomplished vertical root movement successfully. Then, post & core was inserted and final restoration was harmonious with adjacent teeth. In the second case, the crown portion of maxillary right central incisor was almost mutilated by secondary caries. Forced eruption using removable Hawley appliance and elastic accomplished vertical root movement successfully. Then, post & core was inserted and final restoration was placed. In conclusion, clinical crown lengthening by vertical root movement can be accomplished by a simple appliance without any sacrifice of periodontal support in selected patients. A clinical crown so created can be restored to adequate function and arch integrity without compromising adjacent teeth. Therefore, forced eruption is preferred in the anterior region of the dentition where esthetics is of major concern.

발레 삐루엣 동작 수행정도에 따른 각도, 중심변인 및 근활동 분석 (Analysis for Angle, Center of Mass and Muscle Activity on Good and Bad Motion of the Pirouette in Ballet)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify major factors on pirouette in ballet, and especially angle, Center of Mass(CM) & muscle activity aspects. The data were collected by using Motion Analysis System with 12 cameras to analyze kinematic variables with 120 Hz and Electromyography(EMG; 4,000 Hz) & Force Platform(1,000 Hz) to analyze kinetic variables. The subjects of this study were 8 female ballet dancers. The results as follow. First of all, full extension of knee joint and full plantar flexion of ankle joint appeared at the similar point. Secondly, in the rotational phase, total movement of segments in Good motion is smaller than that of Bad motion(in Good motion, head movement 2.70 cm, right shoulder movement 0.72 cm, left shoulder 4.26 cm, left wrist 17.4 mm smaller than Bad motion). Third, CoP distance of Good motion is 11.76 mm, and CoP distance of Bad motion is 11.76 mm, so Good motion is 5.98 mm smaller). Lastly, Pirouette need more retus femur activity than gastrocnemius activity in extention phase and rotation phase of support leg.

골반동작을 이용한 체간조절이 편마비 환자의 족저압에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Trunk Control Using Pelvic Movements upon the Foot Pressure in Patients with Hemiplegia)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine effect of trunk control using pelvic movements upon the foot pressure in patients with hemiplegia. Methods: Twelve males with hemiplegia were the procedure executed turnk control using pelvic movements. The foot pressure were measured using Parotec-system. Results: The data were analysed with paired t-test. First, there was a significant increase in external and internal sensors of dynamic foot pressure change of the hindfoot before and after therapy. Also there was significant increase in hallux (p<0.05). Second, there was a significant increase of affected side in support phase(p<0.05) and decreased of affected side in overlapping phase(p<0.05). Third, there was a significant increase in foot floor contact time and impulse pressure rate between affected and non affected side(p<0.05). Conclusion: The trunk control with pelvic movement had an significant effect on the legs by increase activities of hip flexors and abductors. Also had an effect on ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexor by biomechanical movement.

윤리적 소비의 개념 및 실태에 대한 고찰 (Study on the Concept and Practice of Ethical Consumption)

  • Nowadays, ethical consumers are increasing and they consider social values such as worker's human rights, environment and animal's welfare as key criteria in purchasing products. This study focused on the academic and practical research of ethical consumption, in which the needs and interests are now growing globally. This study addressed the concept, trend and practices of ethical consumption as well as seeking methods to support and promote ethical consumption. It examined the concept and types of ethical consumption from the perspective of the philosophy on ethical consumption. Ethical consumption was defined as a behavior that intended to improve the environment and the welfare of people and animals by purchasing products produced according to sound ethical principles and avoiding products that are made through the exploitation or the damage of people, animals and the environment. It also dealt with the practices of ethical consumption such as the fair trade movement, Clean Clothes Campaign, boycott, local food movement, animal's welfare movement. In conclusion, I suggested that consumers, companies, governments, and NGOs should make an effort to promote ethical consumption.

재가 장애인의 운동관련 구조손상 영역 및 활동과 참여 영역의 상관관계 분석 (Correlation between structures related to movement, activity, and participation in Disabled Persons Living at Home)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the impairments of body structures, activity limitation, and participation restriction. In addition, we wanted to provide basic data on correlation between impairments of body structures, activity, and participation in Disabled Persons Living at Home. Methods: After selection of 128 people with physical disabilities more than the third level and brain damage disabilities living at home, we conducted testing for impairments of body structures, activity, and participation, according to the ICF checklist. Results: Impairments of body structures was highest in the upper and lower extremity. 2) Mobility, domestic life, and self care were more limited. 3) Also, the structure related to movement showed correlation with mobility, domestic life, and self care. Conclusion: We observed differences in participation and activities of persons with disabilities Living at Home depending on the impairments of body structures. After thorough review of the status of Disabled Persons Living at Home, we decided to appropriate support and social services.

HAND GESTURE INTERFACE FOR WEARABLE PC

  • There is strong demand to create wearable PC systems that can support the user outdoors. When we are outdoors, our movement makes it impossible to use traditional input devices such as keyboards and mice. We propose a hand gesture interface based on image processing to operate wearable PCs. The semi-transparent PC screen is displayed on the head mount display (HMD), and the user makes hand gestures to select icons on the screen. The user's hand is extracted from the images captured by a color camera mounted above the HMD. Since skin color can vary widely due to outdoor lighting effects, a key problem is accurately discrimination the hand from the background. The proposed method does not assume any fixed skin color space. First, the image is divided into blocks and blocks with similar average color are linked. Contiguous regions are then subjected to hand recognition. Blocks on the edges of the hand region are subdivided for more accurate finger discrimination. A change in hand shape is recognized as hand movement. Our current input interface associates a hand grasp with a mouse click. Tests on a prototype system confirm that the proposed method recognizes hand gestures accurately at high speed. We intend to develop a wider range of recognizable gestures.

  • 최근 거대한 생산 장비를 보유하지 않은 일반인이 디지털 제작 도구를 활용하여 생각했던 제품을 실제로 만드는 창작자인 메이커가 새로운 트렌드로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 메이커들이 제품을 만드는 방법을 공유하면서 오픈소스 제조업 운동인 '메이커 운동'이 확산되었다. 국내의 경우에도 정부의 정책적 지원을 통해 메이커 운동이 활성화 되고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 선진국에 비해 메이커 문화에 대한 인식과 환경이 미비하고, 메이커를 위한 특화된 교육/개발용 장비나 키드없이 오픈 플랫폼 하드웨어와 소트프웨어만을 이용하는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 단순한 하드웨어 연결을 통한 데이터 확인이 아닌 실질적인 서비스 연동을 위한 MQTT 프로토콜 기반의 사물인터넷 메이커 키트를 구현한다.
