The design of seat is maintaining to final stable posture. The final stable posture is the seated posture in which the force of the pad and spring supporting the body is balanced with the body weight and the bodydoes not sink anyfurther intothe seat. With poorly designed seated seats, your behind maygradually move forward, or localized pressure may result in congestion of the blood or numbness, making you want to move. Therefore, the final stable posture is not maintained. A number of ideas were used in this study will eliminate this problem. In automobile seat design, primary attention has forcused on providing the occupant with a comfortable seat that has sufficient padding and adjuxtments toaccomodate different sizes and postures of people. First of all, whether the process is design-oriented or technology-oriented, the design concept must be human-oriented. The fatigue-alleviating seats which were the primary purpose of this research were studied with a human-oriented approach.

As many kinds of transactions and informations move onto the Internet, methods to resolve dispute arising from this trend must also move onto the Internet. The Internet has heightened interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR). Some organizations are using the new technology in the field of dispute resolution, for example, by establishing web sites and offering communications through the Internet. Online ADR provides an attractive solution to an important part of the jurisdictional challenges presented by the Internet. This study reviews the types of online ADR as the dispute settlement way in electronic commerce. Especially this paper points out the task that Korea has to promote the online ADR for more effective and efficient dispute settlements.

Job shop scheduling with m different machines and n different jobs is a NP-hard problem of combinatorial optimization. The purpose of the paper is to develop the heuristic method using tabu search for job shop scheduling to minimize makespan or mean flowtime. To apply tabu search to job shop scheduling problem, in this paper we propose the several move methods that employ insert moves in order to generate the neighbor solutions, and present the efficient rescheduling procedure that yields active schedule for a changed operation sequence by a move of operations. We also discuss the tabu search techniques of diversifying the search of solution space as well as the simple tabu search. By experiments, we find the appropriate tabu list size and tabu attributes, and analyze the proposed tabu search techniques with respect to the quality of solutions and the efforts of computation. The experimental results show that the proposed tabu search techniques using long-term memory function have the ability to search a good solution, and are more efficient in the mean flowtime minimization problem than in the makespan minimization.

소프트웨어는 생명주기 전반에 거쳐 발생하는 요구사항 변경으로 수정이 불가피하다. 소프트웨어를 수정할 때 품질과 안정성을 유지하는 것은 중요한 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 무브 메소드(Move Method) 기법을 기초로 하여 리팩토링 적용요인을 제안하고, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통하여 적용요인이 메소드의 위치를 결정지을 수 있는 요인임을 증명하는 방법에 대하여 살펴본다. 또한 객체지향 프로그램에서 메소드와 더불어 중요한 요소인 필드의 위치를 결정지을 수 있는 요인을 무브 필드(Move Field) 기법에 기초하여, 객체내 필드의 위치를 결정하기 위한 리팩토링 요인을 정의하고, 향후 연구과제에 대하여 논한다.

This paper Proposes a new couple particle swarm optimization (CPSO) for multimodal functions. In this method, main particles are generated uniformly using Faure-sequences, and move accordingly to cognition only model. If any main particle detects the movement direction which has local optimum, this particle would create a new particle beside itself and make a couple. After that, all couples move accordingly to conventional particle swarm optimization (PSO) model. If these couples tend toward the same local optimum, only the best couple would be kept and the others would be eliminated. We had applied this method to some analytic multimodal functions and successfully locate all local optima.
