한국 고활자명에 대한 연구 - 임진왜란 이후의 목활자를 중심으로 (II) - (A Study on the Names of Korean Old Movable Types)

  • 이 연구는 임진왜란 이후에 조성된 목활자들 중 일부 활자의 기본활자만을 대상으로 하였다. 기술은 먼저 대상 활자들에 대하여 각각의 간단한 내력을 살펴보는 것으로 시작하였는데, 분명히 밝혀지지 않은 부분들에 대해서는 비교적 상세하게 다루었다. 이어서 각 문헌을 통하여 기존의 활자명들을 가능한 한 많이 조사하여 각 활자별로 나열하였다. 다음으로 이들 활자명에 이용된 요소들을 분석하여 기존의 활자명들이 어떤 요소들을 선호하고 있는 지를 살펴보았다. 이 선호도는 새로 발견된 활자에 대하여 명명하거나 기존의 활자에 대해 다시 명명할 때 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 생각된다. 이어서 필자 나름의 선정 기준을 적용하여 총 10종의 활자들에 대해 '交繼朴木活字', '羅州木活字', '前期校書館筆書體字', '仁祖寶錄字', '孝宗寶錄字', '後期校書館筆書體字', '觀象監 書名大字', '經書正音字', '倣洪武正韻大字', '剡溪門人錄大字'를 각각 표준 활자명으로 선정하였다.

하단배출형 가동보의 다단 배치에 의한 저류 및 홍수조절 효과 분석 (Analysis of Storage and Flood Control Effects by Underflow Type of Multi-stage Movable Weir)

  • 금강의 지류인 치성천의 홍수범람이 빈번하게 발생하는 구간을 대상으로 하단배출형 가동보를 다단으로 배치하여 가동보 관리수위별 홍수조절 및 저류 효과를 기존 고정보의 설치 경우와 비교 분석하였다. 하단배출형 가동보 설치 지점에서의 첨두유량이 최대 97%가 감소하였고, 하류단 홍수위가 최대 82%가 감소하였다. 또한 하단배출형 가동보의 다단 배치로 구조물 상류구간에 저류와 분배 기능으로 저류량이 최대 463%가 증가하였다. 이러한 저류량과 하류단 첨두 홍수위, 유량의 관계를 통해 대상구간의 목표 저류량과 홍수 저감 수위를 위한 각 가동보의 관리수위 제안이 가능하다.

볼 형태 가동플랜지를 갖는 건식 무단변속기에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Dry CVT with Movable Flange of Ball Type)

  • Dry CVT(Continuously variable transmission) consists of a driving pulley and a driven pulley joined by rubber V-belt. Each pulley consists of a fixed flange and a movable flange. The movable flange of the driving pulley has the centrifugal roller and a ramp plate in the flange. The movable flange moves toward a fixed flange under the actuation of a centrifugal roller, as the driving pulley speed increases. The main advantages of the Dry CVT with V-belt, which has been popular in Asia, are a simple mechanism, less maintenance and low cost. The important claim which have an influence on the performance of the Dry CVT is the wear of the centrifugal roller. In this study ball type is proposed instead of roller type of movable flange to resolve claim. Also experiments are carried out for new model to evaluate performances.

인베스트먼트 주조법에 의해 제작된 조선시대 금속활자의 주형재료 (Mold Material of Joseon Dynasty Period Movable Metal Types Produced by Investment Casting)

  • In this report, we describe mold materials that were used to produce movable metal type by the investment casting method during the Joseon dynasty period in Korea. Samples were obtained from the Wibuinja collection, which is held by the National Museum of Korea. Most of the mold material remnants were found in the depressed areas of the movable type specimens, and we therefore performed non-destructive analyses including XRF, EDS, and XRD. Through these analyses, we were able to identify the mold remnants as hydrocerussite [trilead dihydroxide dicarbonate, $Pb_3(CO_3)_2(OH)_2$] formed in platy hexagonal crystallites. Hydrocerussite was first used to make white pigments and cosmetics in ancient Greece, but this is the first report of hydrocerussite used as mold material applied around a disposable pattern for investment casting. The results of this study will further the understanding of the production process for early movable metal type and ancient casting technologies.

  • This study investigate that the behavior of movable ion in PET effect on the characteristics of the insulting materials. This examine that movable ion signal to. participation of $Ca^2\;Sb^3$ resulting catalyst refuse and characteristics of activation energy that is need to reionization of movable ion type and neutralized case as measuring characteristics of polarity reversal current or thermally stimulated current.

공동주택 발코니창에 설치된 가동단열 시스템의 열성능 평가 (Thermal Performance Evaluation of Movable Insulation System in Apartments)

  • The aim of this study was to analysis the Heating/cooling performance of movable insulation system built in apartments. The process of this study is as follows: 1) Test-cells of movable insulation are designed through the investigation of previous paper and work. The type of the movable insulation used in test-cell is low emissivity(5%) insulation, measured for heating season and the thermal effects are analyzed. 2) The simulation program(Design Builder) was used in energy performance analysis. the reference model of simulation was made up to analysis energy performance on movable insulation system. 3) Selected reference model(Floors:15, Area of Unit:115.5$m^2$) for heating/cooling energy analysis, Energy performance simulation with various variants, such as slate angle of movable insulation(5$^{\circ}$, 30$^{\circ}$, 50$^{\circ}$) and position of movable insulation. Consequently, When movable insulation system is equipped with balcony window of Apartment, Annual heating energy of reference model was cut down at the average of 5.4kWh/$m^2$ or 4.6% of heating/cooling energy.

  • 이 논문은 조선조 활자본계의 묘법연화경 판본에 관한 연구를 위해 묘법연화경의 동전과 유통 활자본계의 묘법연화경 판본의 유통, 각 판본들의 서지적 성격을 고찰하였다. 묘법연화경은 유통본의 종류가 많아서 그 계열을 가름하여 그 가치를 제고하는 것은 중요하다. 활자본은 초주갑인자본과 을해자본으로 세종.세조조에 찍어 유통시켰고 이들의 번각 본이 성종부터 영조조까지 유통되었다. 이들 판본에 나타나는 서지적인 성격은 사찰, 서체, 변상도, 경판간행질에 있어 다양하고 독특한 내용을 담고 있다.

Modification on Movable Storage Furniture by Non-specialist - In the KYUDOGAKUSHA Housing Renovation -

  • The study is to find possibilities and problems of a small-scale modification on movable storage furniture as an answer to the residents' needs. The study selected one of the renovated housing units at "KYUDOGAKUSHA" as a case study. "KYUDOGAKUSHA" was designed by architect Takeda Goichi in 1926 and was renovated in 2006. The study investigates major two aspects of movable storage furniture, which includes the furniture's layout planning and technical issues of assembling and moving moveable storage furniture. The experimental test result shows that, 1) It is clear that island type of movable storage furniture's layout can facilitate the residents'small-scale modification even though the residents are untrained. 2) To increase the assembling efficiency, the study found that it is necessary to improve the movable storage furniture's casters so that furniture can rotate. Certain moveable furniture which played a role as a connector between other furniture pieces was not able to move vertically and caused a load on other connected furniture; this needed an improvement.

개량형 가동보에 적용하기 위한 하이브리드 강판/GFRP 패널 게이트의 강판게이트 표면형상에 따른 휨 및 계면 부착 특성 평가 (Flexural and Interfacial Bond Properties of Hybrid Steel/Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites Panel Gate with Steel Gate Surface Deformation for Improved Movable Weir)

  • The purpose of this study was to improved the durability of a improved movable weir by replacing the improved movable weir's metal gate with a hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate. Because the metal gate of a improved movable weir is always in contact with water, its service life is shortened by corrosion. This study made four type of hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate with different steel gate surface deformation (control, sand blast, scratch and hole), flexural. Fracture properties tests were performed depending on the steel gate surface deformation. According to the test results, the flexural behavior, flexural strength and fracture properties of hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate was affected by the steel panel gate surface deformation. Also, the sand blast type hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate shows vastly superior flexural and fracture performance compared to other types.
