제동 성능 시험때 차량 Backing Plate 체결 볼트의 강도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strength of the Mounting Bolt of a Backing Plate During the Braking Performance Test of the Wheeled Vehicle)

  • The strength of the mounting bolt of a backing plate is investigated with field test to provide the basic data in the safety evaluation of the wheeled vehicle. As a result, during the braking performance test at a vehicle speed of 32km/h, the shearing stress of mounting bolt is 20.5kg/mm$^{2}$ because the translatory mass of the vehicle is increased 21.6 per cent to incorporate the rotating-mass effect of wheels and other permanently engaged rotating parts.

벡터 해석법에 의한 차실 소음의 저감 (Refinement of Car Interior Noise Using the Vectorial Analysis Technique)

  • A vectorial approach is used to reduce the objectionable booming noise in the vehicle interior cabin. After identifying the structural transmisson paths, the structural-acoustic transfer functions are evaluated at those mounting positions. Using the measured deformations in the mounting elements and multiplying them with each dynamic stiffness value one can easily get the dynamic input forces acting on the mounting elements. By summing all the contributors vectorially, most important contributor or transmission path can be determined. According to the experimental information, devised countermeasures are applied to a development car and good results are obtained.

  • SMD(Surface Mounting Device) which mounts electronic components as IC-Chips on PCB automatically, produces a large dynamic force and vibration. The unwanted vibrations in SMD degrade the performance of the precision device and it is the major obstacle to limit its speed for mounting. This study investigated the vibration analysis of a typical SMD to predict the natural frequencies and mode shapes. To validate the finite element analysis of SMD, the FE result was compared with that of ODS measurements. It was shown that the predicted results were well correlated with the experimental modal parameters.

연료전지차량 차체프레임 강성 및 내구해석 (Stiffness and Fatigue Strength Analysis of Fuel Cell Vehicle Body Frame)

  • Firstly, FEM model for the body frame of a fuel cell vehicle was built up and design optimization results based on different schemes were exhibited. One scheme was to minimize weight while maintaining the normal mode frequencies and the other was to increase the frequencies without weight change. Next, for a rear frame model, shape parameter study on collapse characteristics such as peak resistance load and absorbed energy was carried out. Also, the stiffness of frame mounting brackets was predicted using inertance calculation and the durability of those mounting brackets for vehicle system loads was evaluated. Finally, for a representative mounting model, the influence on durability due to thickness change was analyzed.

  • 상족촉진제를 개발하기 위하여 우슬 및 Amino산을 혼용한 촉진제를 첨식하였던바 그 성적은 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있겠다. 1. 10%의 우슬용액의 숙화촉진작용은 현저하며 충질에도 크게 영향을 미치지 않는다. 2. 필수 Amino산 첨식은 누에의 경과와 견사선 성장을 촉진한다. 3. 상족촉진제는 처리시각과 기상환경에 따라서 숙화촉진과 견질에 미치는 영향에 약간의 차이가 있다. 4. 개발된 상족촉진제는 상족을 촉진한다.

  • In this study, the control of mounting system for MLGA package was developed using machine vision for the control of rotating position compensation and mounting position of X-Y table. Two type of material (polymer, alumina )were used for the dielectric insulator of the MLGA. And the illumination system and the algorithm of position compensation that be suitable for these materials was developed. Also, the position control order that compensated by machine vision actuated to micro stepping motor and X-Y servo motor by controlled PC and mounted the MLGA on PCB in resolution to$\pm10\mum$ .

  • This paper describes the accident analysis by modelling the current transformer mounting in a metal-clad switchgear at 22.9kV. In analyzing the accident, the reconstruction at the current transformer mounting(VCB connecting guide) has to be taken into account. The accident was modelled as a 3-phase ground fault occurring between the end plate of 22.9kV lines and the safety shutter at the current transformer mounting of the VCB inside the metal clad switchgear. Since the outside maintenance of the metal clad switchgear is restricted by the enclosed compartments, Its circumference has to be kept clean. Through the reconstruction results, it was confirmed that the fault of the enclosed switchboard could be reduced when the shutter made of Fe material was chanted into an insulation.

Optimized Location Selection of Active Mounting System Applied to 1D Beam Structure

  • The objective of this article is finding optimized locations of active mounts applied to 6-DOF beam structure with two active paths. When sinusoidal excitation forces are applied to the beam structure, secondary forces from two active mounts which can minimize (ideally becoming zero) transmitted forces are calculated mathematically and the vibration attenuation performance is validated through computer simulations. When the force applied to two active mounts are relatively low, those specific locations are considered as optimized location of active mounting system. As the location of mount changes, amplitude and phase of secondary forces in each path are analyzed with 3D plots. Based on the simulation results, a criterion for selecting mounting location is suggested and it would be very useful for selecting actuators for active mounts appropriately.

플래시메모리 기반 컴퓨터시스템을 위한 고속 부팅 기법의 설계 및 성능평가 (Design and Evaluation of a Fast Boot-up Technique for Flash Memory based Computer Systems)

  • 최근 플래시메모리에 기반한 내장형 컴퓨터시스템의 사용이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 내장형시스템은 일반적으로 빠른 부팅시간을 제공해야 한다 하지만 부팅과정에서 플래시메모리용 파일시스템을 초기화하는 마운팅 시간이 플래시메모리의 크기에 따라 1-25초가량 소요된다. 현재 플래시메모리 단일 칩의 용량은 매년 2배씩 증가하는 추세에 있기 때문에 플래시메모리용 파일시스템을 마운트하는 시간이 내장형 시스템의 부팅시간을 지연시키는 중요한 요인이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 플래시메모리용 파일시스템의 메타데이타를 언마운팅 시점에 플래시메모리에 기록하고 이후에 마운팅하는 시점에 빠르게 읽어 들임으로써 마운팅 시간을 크게 단축하는 메타데이타 스냅샷 기법들을 NOR형과 NAND형 플래시메모리의 특성에 맞춰 설계한다. 파일시스템이 정상적으로 언마운트되지 않은 경우에는 이를 자동으로 인식하고 빠르게 에러를 복구할 수 있는 새로운 기법들을 사용한다. 성능평가를 통해서 제안하는 기법들은 대표적인 플래시메모리용 파일시스템인 JFFS2와 비교하여 마운팅 시간을 100배가량 단축시킴을 보인다.
