The Teakwondo is composed of the breaking, competition and poomsea. In the hand breaking, the breaking impact of human is affected by the breaking posture. In this paper, impact analysis of the human model for breaking posture is carried out. The LifeMOD is used in breaking modeling and simulation. The simulation model createsthe human model to hit and to grasp a pine board. For the breaking, the poomsea motion of the hand joint inputs the splines pass condition. As the results, the reaction of human joint is presented
The coupled free vibration of flexible structures and on-board liquid in zero gravity space was analyzed, considering the spacecraft main body as a rigid mass, the flexible appendages as two elastic beams, and the on-board liquid as a "spring-mass" system. Using the Lagrangians of a rigid mass (spacecraft main body), "spring-mass" (liquid), and two beams (flexible appendages), as well as assuming symmetric motion of the system, we obtained the frequency equations of the coupled system by applying Rayleigh-Ritz method. Solving these frequency equations, which are governed by three system parameters, as an eigenvalue problem, we obtained the coupled natural frequencies and vibration modes. We define the parameter for evaluating the magnitudes of coupled motions of the added mass (liquid) and beam (appendages). It was found that when varying one system parameter, the frequency curves veer, vibration modes exchange, and the significant coupling occurs not in the region closest to the two frequency curves but in the two regions separate from that region.
In this paper, we develop the on board type image processing system using the CMOS sensor and the RISC type main processor. The main processor transmits YUV 4:2:2 type raw data captured by a CMOS image sensor to another processor(such as motion controller, PC, etc) via serial communication (rs232, SPI, I2C, etc). The role of another processor is line and obstacle detecting in image data received from the image processing board developed in this paper.

The objective of this study is to develope a satellite dynamic simulator, which can test and analyze the performance of spacecraft attitude control, antenna pointing instruments, communication equipments and spacecraft components under the space environment. The satellite simulator can be used to predict the events such as malfunction and failure of satellites in space during operation and can be used to protect against emergencies. At first, the performance test system of attitude control is investigated which can simulate motion and verify stability of spacecraft. Our system consists of an attitude control main processor and a sub-processor including some real hardwares such as attitude sensors and actuators. In this paper, we describe the procedure of designing and manufacturing the dynamic simulator hardware, which consists of the central processor board, the sub-processor board and the sun sensor, and also communication between the components.
This research aims at developing a low-cost PC-NC system based on one-CPU and investigating the feasibility of its application to a simple-function lathe. Its hardware consists a two axes motion control board including a 24bit counter, 8253 timer, a 12bit DA converter, DIO board for PLC operation and a PC with Intel Pentium 466MHz. The fundamental real-time MC functions such as G-code interpretation, interpolation, position and velocity control of axes are performed. User programming interface with functions of icon manipulation, tool-path simulation and NC-code generation was implemented. In order to achieve real-time control and safety, axis control, NC interpretation, interpolation and user communication are completely executed during every interrupt interval of I msec.
In this study, we present a mobile robot for ultrasonic scanning of weldment. magnetic Caterpillar mechanism is selected in order to travel on the inclined surface and vertical wall. A motion control board and motor driver are developed to control four DC-servo motors. A virtual device driver is also developed for the purpose of communicating between the control board and a host PC with Dual 'port ram. To provide the mobile robot with stable and accurate movement, PID control algorithm is applied to the mobile robot control. And a vision system for detecting the weld-line are developed with laser slit beam as a light source. In the experiments, movement of the mobile robot is tested inclined on a surface and a vertical wall.
A high speed control system for a telerobot using DSP is developed. The system is designed to resolve computational burden in advanced algorithms. The design is assumed to h ave no specific algorithm and robot configuration. The system is composed of a teaching box, a DSP board, a set of servo drivers and 16 bit microcomputer system. The teaching box is designed as a man-machine interface, which has two joysticks with three degrees of freedom for velocity generation in Cartesian space. The DSP board, i.e. DSP56000ADS based on a 10.25MIPS digital signal processor, DSP56001, computes the inverse Jacobian matrix which transforms Cartesian velocity into joint velocity. A resolved motion rate control algorithm for a 5 degrees of freedom manipulator was implemented. About 100 Hz sampling rate was achieved in this system.
The road simulator system can simulate the longitudinal, lateral, and vertical movement changed by road conditions and vehicle dynamic characteristics while driving. This system provides the durability evaluation of vehicle suspensions. The system consists of hydraulic actuators, link mechanism, and servo controller. The hydraulic actuators are specially manufactured using low friction seals to endure high speed movement. The link mechanism is designed in order to minimize the dynamic effect during motion and remove the interference between 3axes actuators. The servo controller is composed of sensors, sensor amplifiers - displacement transducers and load cells, and an industrial PC with DSP board which calculates the control algorithm to control hydraulic actuators. The test results are included to evaluate the performance of this simulator comparing vehicle driving test.
We implemented a real-time servo system for a manipulator based on Laser Range Finder (LRF). and established algorithms for grasping a moving cylinder. We devised a manipulator mechanism and driving hardware based on a system board equipped with Xscale Processor with real-time operating system RTAI on Linux. The manipulator motor driver is connected to the system board via CAN communication link, and LRF is connected via RS-232C. We implemented real-time software including CAN device driver, RS-232C device driver, manipulator trajectory generator, and LRF control software. A typical application experiment for grasping a cylinder with circle motion demonstrated our system's real-time performance.
This study developed and evaluated the motion control of 3D printed fingers applied to smart gloves. Four motions were programmed by assembling the module using the Arduino program: cylindrical grasping, spherical grasping, tip-to-tip pinch gripping, and three-jaw pinch gripping. Cap and re-entrant (RE) strip types were designed to model the finger. Two types of modeling were printed using filaments of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The prepared samples were evaluated using three types of pens for cylidrical grasping, three types of balls for spherical grasping, and two types of cards for tip-to-tip pinch gripping and three-jaw pinch gripping. The motion control of fingers was connected using five servo motors to the number of each control board. Cylindrical and spherical grasping were moved by controlling the fingers at 180° and 150°, respectively. Pinch gripping was controlled using a tip-to-tip pinch motion controlled by the thumb at 30° and index-middle at 0° besides a three-jaw pinch motion controlled by the thumb-index finger-middle at 30°, 0°, and 0°, respectively. As a result of the functional evaluation, the TPE of 3D-printed fingers was more flexible than those of TPU. RE strip type of 3D-printed fingers was more suitable for the motion control of fingers than the 3D-printed finger.
