  • Social media, such as Social Network Service include a lot of spontaneous opinions from customers, so recent companies collect and analyze information about customer feedback by using the system that analyzes Big Data on social media in order to efficiently operate businesses. However, it is difficult to analyze data collected from online sites accurately with existing morpheme analyzer because those data have spacing errors and spelling errors. In addition, many online sentences are short and do not include enough meanings which will be selected, so established meaning selection methods, such as mutual information, chi-square statistic are not able to practice Emotional Classification. In order to solve such problems, this paper suggests a module that can revise the meanings by using initial consonants/vowels and phase pattern dictionary and meaning selection method that uses priority of word class in a sentence. On the basis of word class extracted by morpheme analyzer, these new mechanisms would separate and analyze predicate and substantive, establish properties Database which is subordinate to relevant word class, and extract positive/negative emotions by using accumulated properties Database.

  • In this paper, we propose a rule-based model to correct errors in a speech recognition result in the mobile device environment. The proposed model considers the mobile device environment with limited resources such as processing time and memory, as follows. In order to minimize the error correction processing time, the proposed model removes some processing steps such as morphological analysis and the composition and decomposition of syllable. Also, the proposed model utilizes the longest match rule selection method to generate one error correction candidate per point, assumed that an error occurs. For the purpose of deploying memory resource, the proposed model uses neither the Eojeol dictionary nor the morphological analyzer, and stores a combined rule list without any classification. Considering the modification and maintenance of the proposed model, the error correction rules are automatically extracted from a training corpus. Experimental results show that the proposed model improves 5.27% on the precision and 5.60% on the recall based on Eojoel unit for the speech recognition result.

  • This study evaluated the structure and quality of osteoporotic vertebral bone. To induce osteoporosis, eight rats were ovariectomized (OVX). All rats were divided into two groups (Normal group: 4, OVX group: 4). Total lumbar vertebrae for each rat were scanned by in-vivo ${\mu}CT$ at 0, 4 and 8 weeks. Morphological characteristics (BV/TV, Tb.Th, Tb.N, Tb.Sp and SMI) were calculated by in-vivo ${\mu}CT$ image analyzer. Three dimensional finite element models were analyzed to investigate bone strength of OVX and Normal groups. Moreover, the elastic modulus was quantitatively analyzed to evaluate the quality changes of osteoporotic bone. In the OVX group, BV/TV, Tb.Th and Tb.N were significantly decreased at all the lumbar over time (p<0.05). We also investigated a contrary tendency in Tb.Sp and SMI, compared to the above results in each group. A degree of alteration of mechanical characteristics in OVX group was decreased over measuring time (p<0.05). Bone quality presented by distribution of elastic modulus was improved in the Normal group more than OVX group. The findings of the present study indicated that both bone structure and quality of whole lumbar could be tracked and detected by analyzing the morphological and biomechanical characteristics of bones, based on a nondestructive method.

  • Korean morphological analyzer generally generates multiple candidates, and then selects the most likely one among multiple candidates. As the number of candidates increases, the chance that the correctly analyzed candidate is included in the candidate list also grows. This process, however, increases ambiguity and then deteriorates the performance. In this paper, we propose a new rule-based model that produces one best analysis. The analysis rules are automatically extracted from large amount of Part-of-Speech tagged corpus, and the proposed model does not require any manual construction cost of analysis rules, and has shown high success rate of analysis. Futhermore, the proposed model can reduce the ambiguities and computational complexities in the candidate selection phase because the model produces one analysis when it can successfully analyze the given word. By combining the conventional probability-based model. the model can also improve the performance of analysis when it does not produce a successful analysis.

  • Phosphoric acid treatments were conducted to improve the adhesion property of polyketone film to rubber. The effects of phosphoric acid treatments were characterized by using a contact angle analyzer and a XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy). Morphological changes were observed by using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and an atomic force microscope (AFM) as the acid treatment condition varied in concentration and time. The contact angle was found to significantly decrease with the acid treatment. According to the XPS, increased wettability was attributed to the inclusion of oxygen containing groups such as hydroxyl, carbonyl and carboxyl by acid treatments. Cracks and pores were produced on the polyketone film surface and thus, roughness increased with the acid treatment. Interfacial adhesion strength between polyketone and natural rubber was largely improved by acid treatment due to the increased wettability and roughness of the polyketone surface. However, the higher level of acid treatment caused the degradation of the polyketone surface, and thus, its interfacial adhesion consequently decreased.

  • Background and Objetive : The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of various electroacupuncture stimulation on NADPH-diaphorase in cerebral cortex, brain stem, cerebellum of spontaneously hypertensive rats. Materials and Methods : We evaluated the changes of NADPH-d-positive neurons using a histochemical method. The staining intensity of NADPH-d-positive neurons was assessed in a quantitative fashion using a microdensitometrical method based on optical density by means of an image analyzer. Results and Conculsion : The average optical density of NADPH-d-positive neurons of 100 Hz (bipolar square wave 0.2 ms duration and 100 Hz frequency) electroacupuncture treatment group significantly increased in most cortical areas comparison between the manual acupuncture and 2 Hz (bipolar square wave 0.2 ms duration and 2 Hz frequency) electroacupuncture groups. In the brain stem, the optical density of NADPH-d-positive neuron at only superficial gray layer of the superior colliculus area was same as cerebral cortex. We conclude that the morphological evidence for NADPH-d-positive neurons may be have regional change in cerebral cortex brain stem and cerebellum according to various electroacupuncture stimulations.

  • GaN micro-crystals were synthesized through the direct reaction of $NH_3$with a Ga-melt. The bubbling technique in the atmospheric $NH_3$ ambient was employed and dark-gray-colored GaN micro-crystals with various sizes ranging from 0.5~30$\mu \textrm{m}$ were obtained. It was confirmed that product yield increased with increasing reaction temperature. The synthesized GaN micro-crystals were characterized by using a particle size analyzer, SEM, XRD and PL. The variation of reaction temperature from $850^{\circ}C$ to $1150^{\circ}C$ result in morphological change and in optical characteristics of GaN micro-crystals. Especially; GaN micro-crystals synthesized at 10sec showed the highest crystallinity and low yellow band luminescence.

  • It is not easy to find out syntactic error in a spelling checker systems of Korean, because the spelling checker is generally to correct each phrase and it cannot check the errors of contextual ill-matched words. Spelling checker system tests errors based on a words. Disambiguation of lexical ambiguities is important in natural language processing. Its outputs is used in syntactic analysis. For accurate analysis of a sentence, syntactic analysis system must find out the ambiguity of morphemes in a word. In this paper, we suggest several rules to resolve the ambiguities of morphemes in a word. Using these methods, we can reduce many lexical ambiguities in Korean.

  • The evolution of incipient soot particles has been examined by high resolution electron microscopy (HRTEM) and elemental analyzer in ethylene-air inverse diffusion flames. Laser Induced Incandescence(LII) and laser scattering methods were introduced for examining the change of soot volume fraction and morphological properties in combustion generated soot qualitatively. Soot particles, collected by thermophoretic sampling were analyzed by using HRTEM to examine the nano structure of precursor particles. HRTEM micrographs apparently reveal a transformation of condensed phase of semitransparent tar-like material into precursor particles with relatively distinct boundary and crystalline which looks like regular layer structures. During this evolution histories C/H analysis was also performed to estimate the chemical evolution of precursor particles. The changes of C/H ratio of soot particles with respect to residence time can be divided into two parts: one is a very slowly increasing regime where tar-like materials are transformed into precursor particles (inception process) the other is an increasing region with constant rate where surface growth affects the increase of C/H ratio dominantly (surface growth region). These results provide a clear picture of a transition to mature soot from precursor materials.
