경량 부유체의 운동 저감으로 안정성 증가방법에 관한 연구 (Method for Increasing Stability by Reducing the Motion of a Lightweight Floating Body)

  • 해양레저활동 인구증가 및 관련 산업의 급성장으로 인해 레저 선박을 접안하는 계류시설과 부유체를 기반으로 하는 해상부유식 펜션 등 레저시설 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 연안에서 사용되는 부유체는 대부분 경량 부유체로서 중량이 상대적으로 경량이므로 연안으로 유입되는 파(Wave)와 상재 하중에 의해 쉽게 경사가 발생하여 안정성이 낮아 안전사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 이런 문제점에 대한 해결방안으로 부유체의 운동저감장치를 연구하여 알리고자 한다. 본 연구논문에서는 부유체에 운동저감장치(기압차를 이용한 운동저감장치)를 부착하여 운동저감효과를 부착하지 않은 부유체와 비교하는 방식으로 효과를 분석하였다. 효과분석은 전산해석시험으로 분석하여 부유체의 안정성 증가방법을 연구하고 그 효과를 검증해 보았다. 시험결과 분석결과 기압차를 이용한 운동저감장치를 부착한 부유체가 운동저감장치를 부착하지 않은 부유체보다 파랑에 대한 운동량이 저감되어 부유체의 안정성이 증가된 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 부유체의 운동저감 장치는 무동력 선박뿐만 아니라 동력선, 반잠수식 선박에서도 유용하게 사용될 것으로 판단되어 다양한 분야에 적용하여 연구를 진행할 계획이다.

어선과 레저선박의 효율적 관리를 위한 관리대상 어항 선정에 대한 연구 - 제주특별자치도 어항을 중심으로 - (A study on the selection of management target fishing port for efficient management of fishing boats and pleasure boats - Jeju special self-governing province focuses on the fishing port -)

  • In Jeju, in order to efficiently manage and coexist fishing boats and passenger ships in narrow ports, it is necessary to establish reasonable policies. The survey was conducted on 99 fishing ports, from December 1 to 31, 2018. A site survey was conducted on 30 parties (15 in Jeju City and 15 in Seogwipo City) concerning with the use of fishing ports in Jeju to review the appropriate conditions for selecting fishing ports as control subjects. The survey determined size of pleasure craft mooring within fishing port (20%), size of fishing boat mooring (20%), and accessibility of fishing port (20%) under on-site survey factors as well as willingness to form a consultative group between fishing boat and pleasure craft users (20%). Upon the request of the survey, positive and negative opinions were collected on the establishment of a safety control center in the fish port. Based on the survey results, the factors mentioned above were applied to each and every fishing port within Jeju. The bottom five fishing ports in Jeju with the lowest total factor scores were identified and selected as control subjects for review and study. Of the five fishing ports selected as control subjects amidst the 99 fishing ports in Jeju, Dodu Fishing Port had the lowest score of 22% among the national fishing harbors. Among the local fishing ports, Hwabuk Fishing Port had the lowest score of 18%, followed by Sagae Fishing Port with a score of 22%. Hamdeok Fishing Port had the lowest score of 24% among the fishing port villages, whereas Ojo Fishing Port had the lowest score of 24% among the small fishing ports.

안전·운용 지원 시스템을 적용한 해양레저선박 이송장치 개발 (Development of Transporter for Marine Leisure Ship with Safety and Operation Support System)

  • Recently, the interest in marine leisure activities has been growing rapidly with the work-life balance trend. In response to this demand, the Korean government is supporting fostering and revitalizing the relevant industries and facilities. In particular, a marina has been making efforts to change itself into a resort with multiple amenities instead of a simple mooring facility. However, the facilities in a marina for the transport of marine leisure equipment mostly consist of cranes and boat-lifts using ropes, which can result in incidents such as damage and accidents during lifting or movement. This paper proposes the equipment and support system for the safe transportation of marine leisure ships. Aluminum transport equipment was designed by performing a structural analysis to achieve a lighter weight than the existing steel products. In addition, a safety support system with alarms for tilting or obstacles and a slope monitoring system was developed to enhance the safety during operation and transportation. The safety support system developed in this study was implemented and installed in the transport system, and verified through commissioning on land.

최대월파량의 발생에 따른 사석방파제 배후면 피복석의 안정성에 관한 연구 (A study on stability of rear side armor with maximum overtopping)

  • Wave overtopping is one of the most important hydraulic responses of breakwater because it significantly affects its functional efficiency, the safety of transit and mooring on the rear side, wave transmission in the sheltered area, rear side armor stones and to some extent, the structural safety itself. In this study, hydraulic model tests has been carried out to investigate the influence of berm's size on overtopping rate by maximum overtopping rate and mean overtopping rate. The hydrodynamic characteristics of berm breakwater by the overtopping rate can be summarized as follows: 1. It is better to use maximum overtopping rate than to use mean overtopping rate for design of coastal structures in the point of view of stability. 2. When construct berm to decrease energy of waves that it was needed to make breaking conditions of wave on the berm. 3. Under the relative length of berm was over 0.13 overtopping rate was significantly decreased. 4. Overtopping rate affected significantly by the relative length of yhe berm than height of the berm.

  • The autopilot system targets decreasing labor, working environment, service safety security and elevation of service efficiency. Ultimate purpose is minimizing number of crew for guarantee economical efficiency of shipping service. Recently, being achieving research about Course Keeping Control, Track Keeping Control, Roll-Rudder Stabilization, Dynamic ship Positioning and Automatic Mooring Control etc. which compensate nonlinear characteristic using optimizing control technique. And application research is progressing using real ship on actual field. Relation of Rudder angle which adjusted by Steering Machine and ship-heading angle are non-linear. And, Load Condition of ship acts as non-linear element that influence to Parameter of ship. Also, because the speed of a current and direction of waves, velocity and quantity of wind etc. that id disturbance act in non-linear form, become factor who make service of shipping painfully. Therefore, service system of shipping requires robust control algorithm that can overcome nonlinearity. In this paper, Using GA algorithm,design autopilot system of ship that could overcome the non-linear factor of ship and disturbance and examined result through simulation.

  • VLCC SPM 작업이 주로 이루어지는 외해에서는 기상상태 및 파랑 영향을 많이 받고 있다. 기상악화로 인한 비상 이안시에는 강한 바람과 높은 파고로 도선사의 승선이 불가능하고 예인선을 사용할 수 없는 경우가 대부분이다. 현재 울산항에서는 기상악화로 인한 VLCC의 SPM 비상이안이 빈발하고 있으며, 신항만 건설로 SPM 주위에 방파제가 건설됨에 따라 SPM 이안 선박의 조종영역 기준을 제시할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 현재 우리나라에는 SPM 설치 기준이 없으며, 외국의 설치기준을 참조하고 있지만, 이 기준들이 일관성 및 근거가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 울산항의 SPM 비상이안 선박들의 조종영역 실태를 AIS 항해 테이터를 이용하여 파악하여 선박의 조종 영역 기준을 제안하고자 한다.

다습환경 태양광발전시스템 안전성 평가 (Safety Evaluation of Solar Power System in High Humidity Environment)

  • 수상태양광발전 시스템은 건물옥상이나 산지 등에 개발되는 육상 태양광 발전과는 달리 주로 댐이나 저수지 등 수면위에 부력체를 이용하여 태양광 모듈을 설치하는 새로운 개념의 발전기술로서 국내 저수지 수면의 약 5 % 정도만 활용하다라도 약 4,170 MW 규모의 발전시설 건설이 가능할 만큼 개발 잠재량이 풍부하여 환경에 대한 훼손이 없이 국토의 효율적 이용이 가능한 장점이 있다. 그러나 육상과 달리 수면위에서 태양광 발전을 하기 위해서는 부력체를 이용하여 모듈 등 발전시설을 수면 위에 설치하여야 하며, 이와 더불어 수위 및 유속의 변동 등에도 안정적으로 시설을 유지할 수 있는 기술이 요구된다. 이러한 수상태양광발전 시스템에 추가적으로 안전성을 평가할 수 있는 기술기준이 현재 정립이 되어 있지 않으며 본 논문을 통해 수상태양광발전 시스템의 표준화를 위해 고려할 사항들을 정리하였다.

A study on the optimal configuration of harbor structure under the combined loads

  • Response of harbor structure to environmental loads such as wave load, impact load, ship's contacting load, is a fundamental factor in designing of the structure's optimal configuration. In this paper, typical environmental loads against coastal structures are investigated for designing of the optimal harbor structure. Loads to be considered here are wave load, impact load and contacting load due to ship mooring. Statistical analysis for several harbor structure types under the corresponding loads is carried out, followed by investigation of effect of individual environmental load. Based on these, the optimal configuration for the harbor structure is obtained after considerable engineering process. Estimation of contacting load of the ship is suggested using effective energy concepts for the load, and analysis of structural behavior is done for the optimal designing of the structure in the particular load. A guideline for the design process of the harbor structure is established, and safety of the structure is examined by proposed scheme. For verification of the analytical approach, various steel-piled coastal structures and caissons are chosen and relevant structural analyses are carried out using the Finite Element Methods combined with MIDAS/GTS and ANSYS code. It is found using the Morison equation that impact load cannot be a major load in the typical harbor structure compared with the original wave load, and that configuration shape of the structure may play an important role in consideration of the response criteria.
