Tetrandrine is a bis-benzyl isoquinoline alkaloid derived from the root of Stephania tetrandra S. Moore. which was reported to elicit in vitro cytotoxic effect on HeLa cells and in vivo supprresive effects on mouse ascite tumor. Tetrandrine also induced apoptosis in a various cell lines. Recent studies have revealed that mitochondria has been shown to play an important role in the regulation of apoptotic processes. (omitted)

IT technologies(Chips, Grid and e-Science) are rapidly changed from 1965. In 1965, Intel co-founder Gordon Mooresaq the future. His prediction popularly known as Moore's law, state that the computer chips double in power every 18 months Grid computing offers a model for solving massive computational problems by making use of the unused resources of large numbers of disparate, often desktop, computers treated as a virtual cluster embedded in a distributed telecommunications infrastructure. In this paper, I will discuss current status of supercomputing technology and haw we can use these on CFD. Functionally, one can classify Grids into several types:

There has been a discussion about housing classes in sociology and cultural geography since Rex and Moore`s study that housing classes are existing according to home ownership. Besides social classes. housing classes as a variable which explains life styles are existing. The study of housing classes needs microsociological approach which includes multiple aspects of resident`s social class, family type, home ownership, residential area.

In this paper, we determine the structure of ${\kappa}-potent$ elements and regular elements of the semigroup ${\Omega}_n$of doubly stochastic matrices of order n. In connection with this, we find the structure of the matrices X satisfying the equation AXA = A. From these, we determine a condition of a doubly stochastic matrix A whose Moore-Penrose generalized is also a doubly stochastic matrix.

In this paper we consider the solvability and describe the set of the solutions of the operator equations $AX+X^{*}C=B$ and $AXB+B^{*}X^{*}A^{*}=C$. This generalizes the results of D. S. Djordjevic [Explicit solution of the operator equation $A^{*}X+X^{*}$A=B, J. Comput. Appl. Math. 200(2007), 701-704].

This paper presents a Tabu Search method to minimize a number of tardy jobs in the nonidentical parallel machine scheduling. The Tabu Search method employs a restricted neighborhood for the reduction of computation time. In this paper, we use two different types of method for a single machine scheduling. One is Moore's algorithm and the other is insertion method. We discuss computational experiments on more than 1000 test problems.

Using Generalized Inverse Method presented by Udwadia and Kalaba in 1992, we can obtain equations to exactly describe the motion of constrained systems. When the differential equations are numerically integrated by any numerical integration scheme, the numerical results are generally found to veer away from satisfying constraint equations. Thus, this paper deals with the numerical integration of the differential equations describing constrained systems. Based on Baumgarte method, we propose numerical methods for reducing the errors in the satisfaction of the constraints.

The section of Annulata under genus Hypoxylon is a member of the Xylariaceae which has ascomata with ostioles papillate ill a flattened disc. The isolates of Hypoxylon collected from the Tropic to the Temperate are compared with similar taxa and described. These isolations under Annulata section are illustrated with a light microscopy and a scanning electron microscopy. Hypoxylon archeri is newly recorded from Korea. A key to the species is also included.
