서울시(市) 대기중(大氣中) 유해(有害) 부유분진(浮遊粉塵) 성분(成分)에 관(關)한 조사연구(調査硏究) -부유분진중(浮遊粉塵中)의 Benzo(a)pyrene에 관(關)하여- (Studies on Benzo(a)pyrene of the Suspended Particulate in Atmosphere of Seoul City)

  • This study was carried out to investigate air pollution by total suspended particulate(T.S.P.), benzene soluble matter and benzo(a) pyrene in Seoul city. The sampling areas were divided into commercial(Kwang Hwa Moon), indus-trial(Ku Ro Dong) and residensial area(Shin Chon). Sampling was undertaken by High Voulme Air Sampler for four seasons from January 1917 to November 1977. The T.S.P. was extracted with Soxhlet apparatus by benzene and benzo(a) pyrene was separated by column chromatography and thin layer chromatography. The concentrations of benzo(a) pyrene were measured by means of fluorophotometer, and following results were obtained. 1. Arithmetic average concentration for 1-day averaging time of total suspended particulate were $275.6ug/m^3$ in Kwang Hwa Moon, $325.9ug/m^3$ in Ku Ro Dong and $193.0ug/m^3$ in Shin Chon. 2. The seasonal variance of total suspended parti-culate at Ku Ro Dong and Shin Chon were $102.7ug/m^3\;99.6ug/m^3$ respectively and at Kwang Hwa Moon $39.9ug/m^3$. And the concentration of autumn is higher than of that spring at Ku Ro Dong and at Shin Chon, but at Kwang Hwa Moon, the seasonal variance is very little. 3. The concentrations of 50% frequency from geometric mean for 1-day averaging time were $264ug/m^3,\;300ug/m^3\;and\;178ug/m^3$ at Kwang Hwa Moon, Ku Ro Dong and Shin Chon. And geometric standard deviation were 1.27, 1.38 and 1.41 respectively. 4. The concentrations of benzene soluble mater were $26.9ug/m^3$ at Kwang Hwa Moon, $22.7ug/m^3$ at Ku Ro Dong and $15.5ug/m^3$ at Shin Chon, and the ratios to the T.S.P. were 9.8%(range 5.6-14.8%), 7.0%(range 2.4-14.4%) and 8.0%(range 5.5-22.1%) respectively. 5. The concentrations of benzo(a) pyrene were $8.5ug/m^3$ (range $0.8-29.9ug/m^3$) at Kwang Hwa Moon $10.9ug/m^3$(range $1.1-52.0ug/m^3$) at Ku Ro Dong and $5.8ug/m^3$(range $1.5-11.4ug/m^3$) at Shin Chon. 6. The results of this investigation were relatively high in compared with the recommended standards of suspended particulate in air of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and observed levels of benzo(a)-pyrene in U.S. city.

풍온(風溫)에 관(關)한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) (The bibliographical study on Poong-On(風溫))

  • This study has been carried out to investigate the cause symptom and treatment of Poong-On(風溫) by referring to 29 leteratures. The results were obtained as follows; 1. The factors causing Poong-On(風溫) is wind and heat. 2. The symptom of Poong-On(風溫) is as follows. fever, chilling, cough, sweating sign, chest discomfort, thirst, Doo Chang Wan Bi(頭脹脘痺), Yang Maeg Boo Hwal(陽脈浮滑), Eum Maeg Yoo Yak(陰脈濡弱), Seol Tae Baek Bak(舌苔白薄). 3. The treatment-method of Poong-On(風溫) is as follows. Sin Ryang Hae Pyo(辛凉解表), San Poong Han Ii Rae Pyo(散風寒以解表), Seol Yeol Hwa Eum(泄熱和陰), So Sul Ii Hae Pyo(疏泄以解表). 4. The treatment-herbs of Poong-On(風溫) is as follows, Eun Gyo San(銀翹散), Ma Haeng Gam Sug Tang(麻杏甘石湯), Jo Wee Sung Gi Tang(調胃承氣湯), An Goong Woo Hwang Hwan(安宮牛黃丸), Seo Gag Ji Hwang Tang(犀角地黃湯), Baek Ho Tang(白虎湯), Sa Sam Maeg Moon Dong Tang(沙蔘麥門冬湯), Ga Gam Bok Maeg Tang(加減伏脈湯), Saeng Maeg San(生脈散).

정선 폐광지역 주요 관광자원 중요도 평가 연구 - 전문가와 지역주민 평가를 중심으로 - (A Study of Important Perception on the Main Tourist Resource of closed Mine Area in Jeong-Seon - The Case of the Perception of Professionals and Local Residents -)

  • This study was initiated by the fact that Kangwon Land and large sized resorts was failed the financial benefit to the local residents. This research analyzed the best important tourist resource among the main tourist resource by perception interviewing local residents and related professionals. This study shows that the leisure resource was most important resource field in Jeong-Seon. So more attention to the leisure resources and investment them. Among natural attraction resources 'Hwa-Ahm cave and Hwa-Ahm mineral water' is estimated to have most potential for the strategic financial support. In leisure sector 'High One resort' is judged to be more important attraction resource by professionals but a case of local residents 'Dong-gang Rafting' and 'Rail Bike' were estimated more important resources rather than 'High One resort;. Lastly, in cultural resources, although the importance is a bit behind natural attraction and leisure resources, 'Jeong-Seon 5th day market' and 'Araree village' should be the core linking other related cultural resources. In order to activate tour industry and development of Jeong-Seon area, it is necessary to find identify of regional owned attraction resources and to build tourist attraction infra structure by selecting core bases of existing major attraction points and linking other various resources to those core bases.

조증(燥證)에 대한 연구 (Study on Oriental Medical Science Documentory Records of Cho Syndrome)

  • Concept of Cho was used both etiologically and symptomatically at the same time. Hwa was the main cause of diseases derived from Cho, and its damage is on Jin-Eum. Cho is one of the members of Euk-Eum, which belongs to Whae-In, but it is also recognized as pathogen of internal dysfunction, therefore symptoms can be classified into two groups. Whae-cho-zheung and Nae-cho-zheung. Organs related to Cho are lung, stomach, intestine, kidney, liver and gall Bladder. Symptoms of Whae-cho usually combines Pyo-zheung, manifesting on lung and skin, whereas symptoms of Nae-cho combines Rhee-zheung, manifesting on internal organs and tissues. In treating of Cho, Ja-eum-yang-hyul-chung-yeolis the main principle. Chung-Yun-Pe-Weis used in Whae-cho-zheung and Sang-cho-byung, while Yu-Yang-Gan-Shin is used in Nae-cho-zheung and Ha-cho-byung.

  • 실내공간상에서 3차원 실시간 위치를 결정하는 다양한 측지기법들이 존재하지만 $100{\mu}m$ 이하 계측기 수준의 정밀도를 측정하는 방법은 여전히 Laser Theodolite 신호를 사용할 수밖에 없다. Rotary-Laser Automatic Theodolite(R-LAT)는 Fan Laser Beam을 주사하면서 회전시킨 후 주어진 공간의 수직과 수평을 계측하는 Laser Transmitter의 한 종류이다. 본 논문에서는 R-LAT에서 발생되는 Fan Laser Beam 신호를 취득할 수 있는 센서와 증폭회로의 개발을 통하여 3차원 공간좌표에 대한 회전변환행렬로 이루어진 알고리즘을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 기존 Laser Tracker에서 구해지는 공간좌표와 상호 비교하였다.

털며느리밥풀의 식물화학적 성분 (Phytochemical Constituents from Melampyrum roseum var. hirsutum Beauv.)

  • The herb of Melampyrum roseum var. hirsutum Beauv. was extracted with methanol and the extract was fractionated with n-hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate and n-buthanol. Repeated column chromatography of silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and Lobar-A lichroprep Si 60 led to the isolation of five compounds from n-hexane layer and ethylacetate layer. These compounds were identified as apigenin, linarin, pectolinarin, wogonin and mussaenoside, respectively, by the physicochemical and spectral properties.
