본 연구는 수중 및 여가활동에 대한 수요 증가에 따른 다이버들을 위한 보트의 구조 건전성에 관한 것이다. 대상 선박은 선체 중앙부에 Moon Pool 구조를 갖추고 있는 소형 쌍동선이며, 연구수행은 ISO Rule 기반의 허용응력 산정을 통한 유한요소 해석법을 이용하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구수행 방법은 ISO 12215-5와 TC118.1225-7에서 정의하고 있는 계수를 산정하고, 종방향굽힘 모멘트, 비틀림 모멘트, 선저슬래밍 하중 등을 적용하여 ISO 기준과 허용응력 설계법(ASD)에 의한 적합성 여부를 판정하고 유한요소해석(FEA)를 활용한 극한강도 설계법을(LFRD)를 적용하여 수행하였다. 연구결과 문풀형 구조를 가진 선박도 ISO규정, KR규정을 적용하여 설계시 구조적 건전성을 확보하는 것으로 사료된다.

During the shipbuilding construction, the repair works will be occurred by various reasons such as the natural disaster, mistakes of engineers or workers, defect of material, and so on. The one of the engineer's responsibilities is to design considering every possibility and to prevent the repair works due to the mistakes during construction stages, but actually it is very difficult and impossible to avoid every mistake. However, it is also the responsibility of engineers to find the best solution for the unavoidable mistakes which is to maintain the capacity of vessel and guarantee the safety for the repair works considering the construction schedules and economic cost. In this paper, it will be introduced the brief of repair works to the structural damage of the moon-pool structure in drillship which is built in our shipyard. For the verification of the structural strength, the fatigue analysis has been carried out based on the guide of Classification society. Furthermore, the modifications of structure design and welding procedure have been applied to avoid the stress concentration in the moon-pool structure.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to develop a motivation scale for participation sport tourism and to produce implications of potential use of MSPST for sport tourism distribution emphasizing the needs of sport tourists and the functions required to satisfy those needs. Research design, data, and methodology - The Motivation Scale for Participation Sport Tourism (MSPST) was developed in three stages. A literature review generated 8 dimensions with 42-items in the first stage. Second, an expert review phase refined the initial item pool, which resulted in 35 items. Result - Exploratory factor analysis was employed to produce an 8-factor, 28 item pool. The reduced version was confirmed via structural equation modeling, indicating an acceptable model of fit. The final MSPST consisted of 8 dimensions of motivation, including friendship, family, solitude, challenges, intrinsic, achievement, nature, and competition. Conclusions - The MSPST is a valid and reliable scale of tourists' motives for participating in sports. The results supported the suggested measures of motives associated with participation sport tourism regarding construct, convergent and discriminant validity. A body of knowledge about motives provides insights for policy-makers seeking to support distributional industries for sport tourism and finally to promote economy on both regional and national levels.

The shutoff unit was designed to provide rapid insertion of neutron absorbing material into the reactor core to shutdown the reactor quickly and also to withdraw the absorber slowly to avoid a log-rate trip. Four shutoff units were installed on the HANARO reactor but the half-core test facility was equipped with one shutoff unit. The reactor trip or shutdown is accomplished by four shutoff units by insertion of the shutoff rods. The shutoff rod(SOR) is actuated by a directly linked hydraulic cylinder on the reactor chimney, which is pressurized by a hydraulic pump. The rod is released to drop by gravity, when triplicate solenoid valves are de-energized to vent the cylinder. The hydraulic pump, pipe and air supply system are provided to be similar with the HANARO reactor. The shutoff rod drops for 647mm stroke within 1.13 seconds to shut down the reactor and it is slowly inserted to the full down position, 700mm, with a damping. We have conducted the drop test of the shutoff rod in order to show the performance and the structural integrity of operating system of the shutoff unit. The present paper deals with the 647mm drop time and the withdrawal time according to variation of the pool water temperature, the water level and the core flow.

현재 원가반영발전경쟁시장(CBP : Cost Based Pool)에서는 발전사업자의 변동비용에 기초하여 공급곡선을 형성하게 된다. 그래서 공급 곡선에 있어서 는 비교적 불확실성이 덜하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 양방향입찰시장에서의 가격결정은 발전사업자와 전력구매자의 입찰데이터(bidding data)로 결정되므로 불확실성의 정도가 매우 심해진다. 즉 가격결정에 있어서 입찰데이터는 매우 중요하며 입찰전략에 따라 사업자의 수익이 달라지기 때문이다. 또한 수직통합체제 때와는 달리 설비용량의 증설도 계통의 부하를 충족시키기 위해서가 아니라 각 발전사업자의 수익성을 고려하여 수행된다. 따라서 중장기적으로는 설비용량계획의 불확실성이 존재하고 단기적으로는 각 발전사업자의 수익 극대화를 위한 입찰 전략에 있어서의 불확실성이 존재하게 된다. 이와 같은 상황에서는 과거의 역사적 데이터를 바탕으로 해당시장에서 발전사업자들의 형태를 분석하는 실증적 분석(empirical analysis)이 가장 설득력이 있지만 현재 우리나라의 전력 시장은 CBP 체제이고 TWBP 시장은 열리지도 않았기 때문에 축적된 데이터는 전무하다. 이러한 현실적 여건 때문에 불확실성의 정도는 더욱 심해지고 TWBP 시장에서의 가격을 예측하는 과정에서도 어려움이 더욱 커지게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가능한 다양한 해외 연구 사례를 참조하여 시장에서의 발전사업자 중장기적(설비), 단기적(입찰전략) 행위를 어떤식으로 모델링하고 시장가격과 어떤 식으로 연결되는지를 분석해보고자 한다.
