In this paper, we propose a key agreement protocol using Sylvester Hadamard matrices. Users obtain their common key by using a matrix shared in advance. Matrix construction is very simple, and the computation is quite fast. The proposal will be useful for communication between two users, especially for those having low computing power.

The thermal transport coefficients-the self-diffusion coefficient, shear viscosity, and thermal conductivity-of liquid argon at 94.4 K and 1 atm are calculated by non-equilibrium molecular dynamics (NEMD) simulations of a Lennard-Jones potential and compared with those obtained from Green-Kubo relations using equilibrium molecular dynamics (EMD) simulations and with experimental data. The time-correlation functions-the velocity, pressure, and heat flux auto-correlation functions-of liquid argon obtained from the EMD simulations show well-behaved smooth curves which are not oscillating and decaying fast around 1.5 ps. The calculated self-diffusion coefficient from our NEMD simulation is found to be approximately 40% higher than the experimental result. The Lagrange extrapolated shear viscosity is in good agreement with the experimental result and the asymptotic formula of the calculated shear viscosities seems to be an exponential form rather than the square-root form predicted by other NEMD studies of shear viscosity. The agreement for thermal conductivity between the simulation results (NEMD and EMD) and the experimental result is within statistical error. In conclusion, through our NEMD and EMD simulations, the overall agreement is quite good, which means that the Green-Kubo relations and the NEMD algorithms of thermal transport coefficients for simple liquids are valid.

Paratuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (Mpt) is a chronic infectious enteric disease with deleterious impact on the performance in ruminants. In Korea, ELISA has been introduced to detect antibodies to Mpt in individual cattle. However, comparison study with ELISA has not been studied until now. In total, a panel of 899 serum samples obtained from dairy cattle was analyzed with two commercial ELISAs for Mpt to assess the performance. Two ELISAs employed in this study were both licensed worldwide. Two ELISAs applied onto same serum samples showed the moderate agreement (kappa value = 0.60). There was non-significant McNemar test (p = 0.0614) between two ELISA results indicating that each proportion detected by two kits did not differ. In addition, the percent agreement between two ELISA results was turned out to be 96.8% which interpreted excellent reproducibility. It was shown from this study that two ELISAs revealed moderate kappa agreement performance. The implication raised is that when ELISAs as diagnostics are used to detect Mpt in individual cattle, positive reaction by either ELISA should be interpreted as serologically Mpt positive due to presumed low sensitivity of ELISAs and their test agreement being less than 100%.

Joux의 3자 키 교환 프로토콜은 키 합의 분야에서 가장 뛰어난 업적 가운데 하나이다. 하지만 Joux 프로토콜은 인증 기능을 제공하지 않아 man-in-the-middle 공격에 취약하다. 비록 Joux 프로토콜에 대하여 인증서 기반 그리고 ID 기반 인증기법이 제안되었지만, 아직 1 라운드에 실행되는 안전성이 증명 가능한 패스워드 기반 3자 키 교환 프로토콜은 제안된 바 없다. 본 논문에서는 Joux 프로토콜에 EC-PAK의 패스워드 인증 기법을 적용하여 안전성이 증명 가능한 1 라운드 3자 키 교환 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 그리고 렌덤 오라클 모델을 사용하여 프로토콜의 안전성도 증명하였다.

We propose some properties for fuzzy hypothesis test by fuzzy significance probability. First, we define fuzzy number data and fuzzy significance probability for repeatedly observed data with alternated error term. By the agreement index, we compare fuzzy significance probability with significance level and drawing conclusions the degree of acceptance and rejection by agreement index.

The dynamic characteristics of the strain energy hinge is very important since it affects the shape and the speed of the solar array deployment. The rapid deployment results in overshoot and undesirable residual vibrations. The experimental results are in good agreement with theoretical results.

The Radionuclide test (RN test) using radioactively labelled human albumin microspheres was developed recently to evaluate the patency and functional capacity of the fallopian tubes. 57 infertile women underwent this procedure as a part of their infertility work up. The results of the radionuclide evaluation were compared with those of the hysterosalpingography (HSG) and further the surgical findings of the laparoscopy and laparotomy. In 64.9%(37/57) of the cases, there was complete agreement between radionuclide test (RN test), hysterosalpingography(HSG) and surgical findings. In comparison with surgical findings, RN test showed a complete agreement rate of 89.4%(51/57), a partial agreement rate of 5.3%(3/57) and no agreement rate of 5.3%(3/57), respectively. Likewise, HSG revealed a complete agreement rate of 80.7%(46/57), a partial agreement rate of 10.5%(6/57) and no agreement 8.8%(5/57), respectively. It would appear that as opposed to the traditional HSG, RN test may give a better understanding of the functional capacity of the tube and may prove a useful method before and after tubal surgery.

애드혹 네트워크에서 보안을 제공하는 것은 매우 중요한 요소이다. 특히 역동적인 구조에서는 시스템의 안전을 위해서 개인키를 업데이트해 주는 키 교환 프로토콜이 필수적이다. 그리고 개인의 사생활 보호 문제를 방지하기 위해 각각의 노드의 아이디를 보호하는 것도 필요하다. 하지만 기존의 많은 애드혹 네트워크의 키 교환 프로토콜들은 이러한 보안 문제들을 동시에 고려하지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 익명성을 제공하는 키 교환 프로토콜과 개인키 업데이트 프로토콜을 제안하다. 또한 서로 다른 서비스 영역에서의 키 갱신 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜들은 여러 공격에 안전하고 서비스를 제공하는 이동 애드혹네트워크에 적합하다.

유엔기후변화협약 협상에서 재정 분야는 개도국 지원의 장단기 목표를 수립하고, GCF를 설립하였으며, 상설위원회를 구성하는 등 큰 성과를 나타냈다. 이로서 협약 재정메커니즘의 실질적인 작동을 위한 체제는 갖춰진 것으로 볼 수 있다. 신기후체제 협상에서는 선진국의 역사적 책임을 강조하는 개도국과 변화된 상황에 부합하는 개도국의 행동을 주장하는 선진국의 상반된 입장이 어떻게 절충될 것인지가 핵심 쟁점이다. 특히 합의 도출에 있어 이행수단으로써 기후재원의 역할에 대한 기대가 고조되고 있다. 본고에서는 협약 채택 이후 지난 리마 당사국총회(COP20)까지 재정지원 관련 논의동향을 정리하고 신기후체제 합의를 앞두고 기후재원 분야의 주요 쟁점과 과제를 제시한다.
