전단력을 받는 더블 앵글 접합부의 비선형 거동에 관한 해석적 연구 (An Analytical Study on the Nonlinear Behavior of Double Angle Connections Subjected to Shear)

  • 상용 유한요소해석 프로그램인 ABAQUS(ver5.8)를 이용하여 전단력을 받는 더블앵글 접합부의 3D 해석을 수행하여 접합부의 모멘트-회전 관계곡선을 구하고 앵글과 볼트의 응력분포를 관찰한다. 해석시 주요 매개변수로는 볼트수, 게이지거리, 앵글의 두께로 하였으며 유한요소해석 결과로 구한 모멘트-회전곡선을 Richard가 제시한 예측식에 적용한 후 회귀분석을 통하여 접합부 거동을 예측하는 데 필요한 매개변수인 초기강성, 소성강성, 참조모멘트, 곡선형태변수를 구한다. 또한 매개변수들이 게이지거리, 앵글의 두께 및 볼트 수 변화에 따른 그래프를 작성하고 또한 이 그래프를 이용하여 접합부의 모멘트 및 LRFD의 접합부 분류에 따른 소성모멘트에 대한 접합부 모멘트의 비를 계산한다.

순수 굽힘 시험기를 이용한 연강 사각관의 굽힘 붕괴에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Deep Collapse of Steel Tubes under Pure Bending)

  • In this paper the bending collapse characteristics of square and rectangular steel tubes were studied with the pure bending test machine which apply pure bending moment without imposing shear and tensile forces. Under pure bending moment, delayed buckling modes occur and depend on test length and shape of section. For delayed mode, the endrgy of bending moment is absorbed by strain hardening energy. The pre- dictions of maximum moment and moment-rotation angle curve from those concepts are in good agreement with experimental observations.

알루미늄-복합재료 혼성 사각관 보의 굽힘 성능평가 (Bending Performance Evaluation of Aluminum-Composite Hybrid Square Tube Beams)

  • Bending deformation and energy absorption characteristics of aluminum-composite hybrid tube beams have been analyzed for improvement in the bending performance of aluminum space frame by using experimental tests combined with theoretical and finite element analyses. Hybrid tube beams composed of glass fabric/epoxy layer wrapped around on aluminum tube were made in autoclave with the recommended curing cycle. Basic properties of aluminum material used for initial input data of the finite element simulation and theoretical analysis were obtained from the true stress-true strain curve of specimen which had bean extracted from the Al tube beam. A modified theoretical model was developed to predict the resistance to the collapse of hybrid tube beams subjected to a bending load. Theoretical moment-rotation angle curves of hybrid tube beams were in good agreement with experimental ones, which was comparable to the results obtained from finite element simulation. Hybrid tube beams strengthened by composite layer on the whole web and flange showed an excellent bending strength and energy absorption capability.

  • 콘크리트 충전강관 기둥에 모멘트 접합부를 만들기 위해서는 추가적인 다이아프램 설치가 필요하다. 그 중 내측 다이아프램과 관통 다이아프램을 용접하기 위해서는 기둥강관에 특수한 용접기술이 필요하다. 하지만 이런 기술은 제작업체의 특수장비 보유에 따라서 제작성 저하와 생산단가 상승 유도 등의 문제를 갖고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외다이아프램을 갖는 실대형 기둥-보 접합부를 제작하였고, 반복가력 실험을 수행하였다. 다이아프램의 용접 유무와 콘크리트 충전 여부, 형상에 따른 총 6개의 T자형 접합부 실험을 통해 내진성능을 평가하였다. 또한 외다이아프램 내력식에 대한 분석이 이뤄졌다. 본 실험에서 나온 결과를 인장내력식의 적절성을 검토 하였다.

Effect of RBS on seismic performance of prefabricated steel-concrete composite joints

  • To study the influence of different reduced beam section (RBS) on the mechanical performance of modular boltedwelded hybrid connection joints (MHCJs), this article uses ABAQUS to establish and verify the finite element model (FEM) of the test specimens on the basis of quasi-static test research. Based on, 14 joint models featuring different RBS are devised to evaluate their influence on seismic behavior, such as joint failure mode, bending moment (M)-rotation angle (θ) curve, ductility, and energy consumption. The results indicate that when the flange and web are individually weakened, they alleviate to some extent the concentrated stress of the core module (CM) and column end steel skeleton in the joint core area, but both increase the stress on the flange connecting plate (FCP). At the same time, the impact of both on seismic performance such as bearing capacity, stiffness, and energy consumption is relatively small. When simultaneously weakening the flange and web of the steel beam, forming plastic hinges at the weakened position of the beam end, significantly alleviated the stress concentration of the CM and the damage at the FCP, improving the overall deformation and energy consumption capacity of joints. But as the weakening size of the web increases, the overall bearing capacity of the joint shows a decreasing trend.
