The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the introduction of modern technologies in the public administration system in the context of globalization. Public administration is inherent in all known models of representation of social systems, characteristic management and other sciences of social management. This allows using the methods and technologies of management, marketing, social partnership and others in public administration and administration at a modern level. One of the main directions of public management and administration is social engineering, aimed at the development and development of the country's social system, and the tool is appropriate technologies. Based on the results of the analysis, the key modern technologies of the public administration system were identified in the context of the impact of globalization.

Computational calculations are now successfully introduced to design liquid crystal molecules for uses in modern active-matrix displays. These material technologies are practically applied to develop novel compounds, enabling formulation of advanced liquid crystal mixtures together with a newly developed mixture purification method. Typical examples of these liquid crystal mixtures are introduced for modern displays in various applications.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the features of the application of modern technologies for the development of distance education. The article emphasizes the features of the modern education system in Poland, reveals the peculiarities of improving the professional competence of a specialist in Poland through the implementation of multimedia technologies. Various forms of innovations implemented in improving the professional competence of a specialist are listed: improvement (rationalization), modernization, innovation. The forms of professional improvement through the introduction of computer technologies in general and multimedia technologies, in particular, primarily include various professional courses, qualification, preparatory, methodological conferences, seminars, postgraduate studies, foreign and state internships. At the same time, the main direction is self-education. The subject of professional improvement in the application of computer technologies by specialists is the updating of existing knowledge, exchange of professional experience, planning, as well as discussion of innovative works in which specialists participate. Professional growth of specialists can occur both during work and in higher education institutions during their studies. Modernization of computer technologies, especially multimedia ones, is a necessary condition for the functioning of specialists in modern society, since specialists are at the center of the educational process, during the improvement of professional competence. The main functions of the educational process necessary for improving the professional competence of specialists through the implementation of multimedia technologies are revealed. These functions not only contribute to the professional improvement of specialists, but also affect their solutions and optimize the maintenance of contacts between specialists. The importance of creating conditions that are consistent with the modern needs of innovative education is emphasized.

This study is arranged the principles of the preservation and restoration in pre-modern architecture, presented guideline of the Intoner restoration in there, and attempted relative-analysis by cases of Japan in curtain of Saporo Houheikan. Specially, because industrial materials as curtains were apt to recognize as consumption goods, historicity in that are contained the history of fabric, industrial technologies, and relations of traditional technologies. In this paper, we propose a system architecture of the AMI to be applied in the modern agricultural sector. Agricultural electricity costs in South Korea is very inexpensive compared with other industries. It is expected to increase oil prices to rise over the medium to long term so the facilities must to be installed for farmers in terms of energy savings and energy costs. The research and development of plant factory which can replace the ills of modern agriculture is very active. The technologies of smart grid and plat factory are good paradigm of next generation agricultural sector. Good use of smart grid technologies, the traditional energy consumption industries, agriculture sector can be self-sufficiency industry. In this article the AMI architecture is developed and it will be applicable for modern farmers plant factory.
