The credit card system has been introduced as a new sales method in the marketing field in Daegu city since 1978. In order to increase its efficiency of distribution channel. we should like to find the better ways in the credit card system. For this study, we choice randomly 420 persons credit card holders of a department store in Daegu city. Since the credit card holders purchase products and obtain the utility and satisfactions. salesmen should establish the improvement strategis to meet needs and desires of credit card holders. we conclude that the establishment of the management systems should be based on the management concepts of modern marketing for consumer profit. Than the advantages of credit card sale should not only be recognized but also to translated into material gains by its successful utilization. When credit card sale would come to this, I believe that credit card sale will be helpful for business men activity and consumer's life.

As we have come to realize the problems caused by the modern civilization as well as the importance of the preservation of nature. Ecological building and urban design come to attract more attention. Therefore, the object of this study is providing the design factors and improving the design methods for the developments of ecological housing complex, harmonious with environment. Followings are the results of this study: 1. We need to turn to new trend-Ecological architecture which enables the co-exitence of nature and human being to come over the presence and face new decades. 2. Ecological architecture is based on energy-saving system and give people a healty and comfortable atmosphere. 3. In the city area, the house development should be undertaken to minimize the environmental problem through extremely high ehhiciency and technonogy. 4. We need a new development to preserve natural environment in the suburvan and small or medium city. 5. We have to develope the approach method, which is to maintain the frame of present ecological environment, to be in sympathy with geomorphology, to use the natural material in the rural community.

We intend to offer theoretical bases of earth construction technology through the analysis of cases of brickworks and plastering works in the city of Gumi, Kyeongsangbukdo. We search for those instances of earth buildings to confirm the trend that earth construction is recognized as environment-friendly, sustainable and newly spotlighted field to alternatives of building construction. We made a frame of analysis through theoretical consideration about earth construction and prior study. Then, we analyzed the selected buildings which is selected by priority in the city of Gumi as authorized preservation value, cultural assets and recently built modern constructions. We found out some problems in structural strength, durability and fire proofing and the invisible development of technologies of earth construction method in this case analysis.

Over a span of few decades, the world has seen the emergence of new viruses that have posed serious problems to global health .COVID-19 is a major pathogenic threat to the modern world that primarily shoots the respiratory system of human beings. Wuhan which is the capital city of Hubei, China was the first place in the world where first cases of COVID-19 emerged and the scores of cases significantly increased at an immense rate leading to city isolation and establishment of new specially designed hospitals. SARS-CoV had emerged from bats in china (2002) and MERS-CoV from camels transmitted via bats in Middle East (2012) where the previous versions of COVID-19 took place. Infections with SARS-CoV-2 are now widespread, like Nuclear Chain Reaction (NRC). In this review we will discuss the COVID-19 origin, transmission, incubation, diagnosis and therapies available at the present scenario.

The existing urban open space system of the German cities has an exellent frame, which is a result of the long history of its developing. The beginning time of that goes back to the end of the 18th century, as pri-vate gardens of feudal lords and the nobility became more and more public and public open space plannedwas appearing. Through the change from the feudal age to the civil society, the people's values on the urbanopenspace were growing. so that it had more social meanings. Since the Industrial Revolution in the secondhalf of the 19th century the environment of cities was getting miserable, what was the important cause ofthe birth of ideas and concepts of the urban open space type and its system.The fo1lowing concepts are they. which have influenced modern open space concepts of the cities InGermany decisively :'Garden Cities'.'Neighborhood'. This paper discusses major strengths of tall buildings that distinguish them as sustainable solutions for the built environment. It sheds light on some of the key attributes of tall buildings as well as materials and technologies that could boost their performance environmentally, economically and technically as well as the natural habitats containing them. Tall buildings are portrait as major successful options for accommodating the ever increasing urban world population, with little negative impact on ecologies and environmental habitats worldwide. The role of tall buildings as 'vertical garden sub-cities' mitigating modern city problems of 'urban heat islands' and sprawling cities is explored. A few building examples as well as city developments are presented which represent the new generation of sustainable tall buildings that are setting trends for future projects incorporating innovations in materials and building systems and designs.

This research reviews the characteristics of consumption oriented culture of post modern society and describes the food consumption culture based on the evaluative criteria pattern in eating in Ulsan Metropolitan City. The subjects consisted in 217 full-time housewives and 129 cooks. The evaluative criteria of eating scale with 4 components - the eating atmosphere factor, the preference factor, the quality factor and the table factor- is described and interpreted in the context of consumption oriented culture. 4 clusters were decided through cluster analysis; preference and quality pursuing type, high involvement type, consumerism culture pursuing type and low involvement type. Among socio-economic variables, the evaluative criteria pattern of eating was significantly associated with occupation. The results of factor analysis and cluster analysis proved that the full-time house wives and cooks in Ulsan Metropolitan city showed the propensity to consumption oriented culture in food consumption culture.

In the modern world, we can share information and new products as quickly as an email can be sent, or a parcel can be loaded onto an aircraft. But the brick-walled urban centres that sprung up in Myanmar around 150 CE suggest that ancient people could be just as excited about new information and products, even though the transmission of data and cultural objects followed a different path. These huge resource-intensive cities, inspired by the walled cities of India, were not built in sequence, as has been generally assumed, but in the same period. Once the Royal City arrived, the chiefly families of early First Millennium Upper Myanmar just had to have one.
